Mind you this is a Sunny Saturday morning prior to 12 noon. Redlands Tire Shop was my 4th choice and the only ones who picked up. They were direct and clear on options they had for me due to the flat tire. They didn't try to hackle me into making a purchase but did make recommendations. Their customer service and support is amazing and recommended to anyone who is looking for help and time is essential. Wish I can drop their names to give them my sincere thanks. They do accept major credit cards, I will pay cash to avoid 3% surcharge but that is common for these types of services.

They over inflated 2 of my tires and under inflated the other 2 by 7 PSI each. They also told me 3 hours and ended up taking almost 6 to complete it. My mother went recently to get a new starter and brakes, they told her that het coolant was leaking but she hasn't seen anything so she said no to fixing it. They call her back and tell her that the tech was trying to be "so careful" but his elbow touched the coolant tube and it "fell apart"... and that she would have to pay for something to fix it. She went with the cheaper option at $160 instead of $400, embarrassing that they wouldn't offer to fix it as they were the ones that broke it. I'm not a fan of them taking advantage of her as there was no way for her to drive her car safely without fixing the coolant tube.
