I checked all avenues because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, I don't like giving low stars to local businesses.

I forgot to ask the name of the associate who helped us get checked in and paid up. He politely greeted all customers who entered and made sure everyone was addressed. It was so busy, customers kept walking in. I have no idea if they had appointments like I did. But there was an issue with a vehicle that caused one of the bays to be blocked for a long period of time. But the technicians found a way to work around it despite the setback! Good teamwork. My issue took just over an hour, unfortunately. It took the most time waiting for a space, but once they took my truck, they lifted it on a Jack and replaced the sensor quickly. All in all another good experience!

Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Went to Freeman Toyota and they thought front end could easily last 50K miles more and they did brakes cheaper than LxToy quoted with all same Toyota parts and even with $250 hr labor including 4 discs. I appreciate Freemans honesty when LxToy was dishonest about front end. Front had been rebuilt 10 years previous and only had 10k miles on repair. Rubber on front end was deteriating due to age but not bad yet.
