I have been here a couple times and my last encounter was drastically different and unpleasant many safety hazards and no regulation of anything and I mean anything bottles all over floor anyone jumping anywhere with no employee insight. Oh my! What to say.. well first off.. this is where my friends and I go to have a little fun therapy! This will definitely do the trick if you are looking to be active and have some fun without getting extremely hurt. Perfect place to practice pretending like you're a stunt double in a movie. Okay let's start by saying , I got the Flippin' Awesome - Party Package $424.99 I decided to add a privet room for an additional $25 . Check in was fast and easy the girl who helped us with our private room was so attentive, and awesome . This is the worse part and the reason why , I'm giving it 2 stars I would've gave them 0 but the young Hispanic girl who helped us was amazing . Sorry I'm so bad with names , So I would say at 5 a clock a African American girl rush into the back of the room and started cleaning ( removing our table covers and any type of decorations ) mind you we had a lot of guests still in the room , I wish they would've gave us a heads up 5 min before rushing us out like if we wear trespassers . That it was time to empty out the room . 2 hours flew by it felt like an hour we lost track of the time . I understand we only agree to 2 hours when we did the contract , but just the way she came in rushing us out like if we did something wrong ! I was supper embarrassed with all my guest's. I am a single father of two boys now 8 and 7 and work from my computer wherever and whenever I can. Apparently the number you are calling is a call center that connects you to a "shift lead". My only question before leaving Rancho Cucamonga to drive 35 minutes to this location is whether or not they have a Guest WIFI before I make the trek in traffic to come here. After the drive, and spending $46 I was told, "I'm sorry we don't give out this information". I requested to speak with a manager and was told "there isn't one". I asked for the owner and if they can get someone on the phone and was told "we don't do that". I then called back the customer number and asked to connect me with someone / anyone in charge. They put me on hold and came back with yeah we told you there is WIFI but I just spoke with the front desk and they won't give that out. No S@&T Moral of the story, they will tell you there is WiFi to get you here, then spend your money and then tell you "I'm sorry"??? My daughter wants her party at this place. I went ahead and booked the party weeks in advance. Since I've never been there (my husband and daughter have) I decided to make a visit. Here's what I found- Approached the front desk, barely was able to ask a question when the girl says "did you fill out a waiver"? Ok, so everyone needs a waiver, but what happened to "Hi, how can I help you"? Unfortunately it did not get better. I had to walk around myself and peek into these SMALL TINY party rooms. Is that what I get for all the money I'm spending? I still don't know. I asked for a manager - There wasn't one. Do you know what else there wasn't? ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm so upset. Update** just called to cancel. The girl couldn't care less that I just canceled a $900 party (and she's an assistant to the manager). I like is spread out compare to some other trampoline park in the area but the lack of staff and parent comfort puts them to shame. The two staff should really be observing their rules are not working but rather on their phones or visit each other. Don't feel too secure and they have holes in their security cameras too so there hard to prove injures corners. read more

I'm very disappointed in this location . I booked my large team party for December 11, 2022 back in October 14, 2022 with customer service . I specifically asked for the big open room next to the bathrooms . That open area accommodated us perfectly last season . Mind you last season we had a wonderful experience so that's why I booked with them again . This time horrible!!! I had a party of over 60 people . 35 special needs jumpers and their families. When we arrived the hostess shows us to this little tiny party room and tells me that's what I booked . I said NO I booked the big area . She said no sorry that was booked with people that came in to reserve . Customer service has done that to them before in her words. I said no I booked that room back in October . She just said no well you can have these two rooms . So now we have two small rooms with a wall in between where I'm supposed to hand out 35 trophies and the families couldn't even see their child receive them . The worst part is the big open area they had two small parties with less than 10 people sitting in . All my families seen the little parties and started getting upset with me like if I created this mess . We talked with the manager and no one would admit fault . I have called customer service numerous times and no one will return my calls or give me a straight answer or sincere apology to why they disappointed all my special needs families . I have been more than patient and they have been giving me the run around . I hope the owner sees this and makes changes to your facility because it's a shame it's being run like this!!!! read more

Is it a fun place for kids yes. My kids enjoyed the different areas and places that can be used. The safety was lacking since there seemed to be not enough workers to keep track of the normal crowd and the 40 day camp kids that were there as well. Big kids in the little tot area, kids swinging on top of kids... all in all there needs to be better eye kept on all areas to ensure safety. I will say as a parent it is less then superior. The prices are average for a jump experience but then you add on the face that you have to purchase their jump socks. Seemed a little over kill. After you do that there is no WiFi, and a lack of seating around the entire arena to watch your kids since you feel you have to with not enough employees....unless you want to pay for their massage chairs. After paying and doing the waivers online it still took almost 30 minutes to check in because of the line. Once we got in we understood why, there are way too many people. To add to it there isn't any workers walking around or ensuring people are acting safely. Great place to have a birthday party! The package price is totally reasonable and the kids looooved it! Our group had kids ranging from 1 to 16 years old, even my 66 year old mother in law was able to get some exercise in. You are assigned a host for your party, and our host Jess did an amazing job! She set up our decorations, stored our food upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed through out our party. Making things less stressful for me. The woman, who seemed to be in charge...possibly the manager was also very kind, patient, and on top of things. I had to dock one star because the check-in process was a headache. You have to fill out a waiver for every person in your party (please let everyone know to do it online before hand-it really is a pain for everyone eager to have fun). There were also a couple of guys at the check-in desk that gave some of us the wrong wristbands and No one got socks.. which aye yai yai was a pain in the arse because the kids were ready to jump, only to be sent back down to get socks! We were also told over the phone that we had a party room.. and when we got there it was changed to a party "area" with tables.. which totally worked out for us but initially was a bit of a disappointment. Get Air is a bit on the small size from other jump venues I have been to in the past with my kids. I found it also overpriced for what was offered. It is very crowded and unkept. There was lots of trash, water bottles and masks on the floor. The biggest issue for me was the lack of attendants in the jumping area. The first 45 minutes I was there I only saw one person walk the permitter and then not seen again. Several of the jumping stations needed an attendant to help with lines. My kids did have a good time but there is definite room for improvement. read more

We visited today, 12/29 and I really wanted to like this place but I don't think I will ever be returning. We came with a wide range of age of children, one year, four year old and nine year olds. My one year old was playing in the little air area but there was older kids in that area and no one was supervising... no point in having separate zones if rules won't be enforced. The vending machines were practically empty a few Gatorades, Diet Coke And coffee. The icing to the cake, my sister ended up breaking her forearm while jumping and this place had no proper first aid kit. This did not exist at this location. They gave us a bag with ice and tape. The manager seemed confused or just wanted to get rid of us. We asked for them to call the ambulance and they asked "are you sure you just don't want to take her?" We gathered all of our kids and drove her ourselves. It's not their fault but they need to be better equipped for incidents like this. They happen and they should be prepared. read more

BEWARE - we had an event at this location this past weekend. The location overcharged our account upon check out. We were not even given a copy of the breakdown. Just a CC receipt which didn't even show the breakdown. Had to sent their reservation department an email to get a copy of the breakdown. Upon checking, we noticed they had charged us "Tip" in the amount of $115 which we never authorized, neither did they mention anything about the tip. Had to call / email their reservation department several times. Finally, got a call from the manager at the Pomona location who was trying to make things up and justify the unauthorized charges. I told her I will be filing a dispute / chargeback with the CC company. She said, she will ban us from coming there and hung up. In today's competitive World, customers expect better service than how I felt dealing with their Manager at the Pomona location. Get Air needs to teach their staff basic customer service ethics and professionalism. If the staff had requested for "tip", we would have happily given it, but seems like they just force people to "tip" the staff by adding it to your bill without your consent or knowledge. Instead of apologizing for this fraudulent charge, the manager added more insult to the injury by being so unprofessional, rude and unethical #SHAME read more

Inside is a bit bland but it's functional and clean and they kept the AC pretty cool. Was here on a Tuesday and the special was BOGO. Buy one hr get one hr free. My daughter is under 46" so it cost $9.99 for 2 hrs. I loved that I wasn't required to jump so I wasn't required to pay. Honestly if it wasn't for that deal I would not have stopped in. My daughter had fun and the area was really big so it never felt crowded but there are definitely better trampoline parks. There is also a large area for eating snacks and some vending machines but the options were pretty sad. I noticed a lot of parents w toddlers, so I assumed that they would have also appreciated a juice option vs only coffee, soda, and Gatorade. read more

Hosted a party for my sons 8th bday. My guests ages were from 2 years old to 15. We all had so much fun, even the adults (parents)!! Place is pretty big with plenty to do for every kid. My sons favorite was the warrior ninja obstacle course. My kids were extremely tired but happy at the end of the night. Checking in for my party was easy. Ally guest signed their waivers online before entering the trampoline park. When I arrived, Leanne (hope I spelled that right) introduced herself right away and was extremely helpful, courteous and kind, from start to finish! She helped me get all my party supplies from my vehicle and set up the room, while my guest checked in and jumped. She helped with everything my party needed and kept my party going smoothly and on time. Leanne, thank you for going above and beyond for me and my guest!! You are appreciated. I liked how there was seating all through out the place for parents that didn't jump and just wanted to watch their kids. I believe I saw massage chairs too (for a fee). Women's bathroom was clean. Other than the smell of sweaty children and their feet (which is very normal) the place was kept clean. My only safety concern was the ninja warrior course...where are the foam squares? The rock wall & rings are pretty high up and there were no foam squares in the pit. My two kids fell to the empty black mat underneath and kinda got hurt, once or twice...or more...I stopped counting. Lol. Their adrenaline was at , so they didn't feel it then but sure did feel it the next day. I'm sure they would have been there the whole time but their younger cousins were scared of the fall and weren't as daring as my children! Overall, we will definitely be back again! My 7 year old son and I needed to waste sometime during the day and this was perfect!! We came on a day that our school (not local to this place) had a non student day and I thought that maybe the local school would also be out for the day. But there was no one here!!! We paid for an hour 8.99 for him and 13.99 for me-only because I was jumping also. And we played for a whole hour all by ourselves!!! You have to wear their specific socks (which are $3 a pair). There are tons of massage chairs for parents to sit and relax. Or if you don't want to pay for that you can sit throughout the space. There are vending machines but no food and drink up on the play surface. It is nicely air conditioned and clean. On Tuesday and Thursday's they have a toddler jump (kids under 46 inches) jump from 10-12pm for $8.99 with an adult for free!! We will be back for sure! read more
