The funnest way to celebrate a birthday The package we choose had 10 bands included in the b-day package which runs you about $350 totally affordable includes the private area where your guest will gather and the jumpers will have 2 hrs of jumping action. We had outside food deliver from two different restaurants businesses to our party and the place was okay with it, which for us was a huge plus since 1/2 our family are vegans. You'll be assigned one staff member who will assist in any of your party needs, serving and etc. our staff member was super helpful the young guy we were assigned. I did not see an age limit to the jumpier as all us adults were jumping w all the kiddos -- and just if you are concerns about complete safety they have lifeguards to keep all in order. This was not stated anywhere when purchasing the tickets online, outside of the location upon entry, or here on Yelp where it states the hours. Not to mention the location, would not feel safe coming here in the evening as it's dirty and has homeless living on the side of the building. There was also a car parked on the sidewalk adjacent to the entry, which I'm assuming belonged to the one attendant running the place...? While this place may be for all ages, my four year old pointed out how the girl on the arcade machine was "not wearing a bra" ... inappropriate images on the games right in the lobby! While they are careful with dodgeball rules, staff was not correcting a teen group's rough housing behavior (cell phone keep away). I really like this place, my children and I always have a great time here but the reason for my 4 stars and not five is the lack of staff. There was only one rep walking around and he was inattentive, not really making sure kids weren't rough housing. What really caught me off guard was the fact that some of the foam blocks had profanity on them. My 7 y/o read the block stated below and when I took the block to the front desk rep, she quickly removed the block from my hand and so "ok". The front desk rep was quick to brush me off and didn't reassure me that these blocks would get checked. This was upsetting and I felt like she didn't care. The place is a great place for your child to experience a jump park for the first time, though there isn't that much activity's it could grow in popularity but the problem with it is that there are many areas where you can take off the covering of the sides of the trampoline and there is tons of springs and stuff and your child could potentially get hurt from those since people tend to not put it back then there are areas with metal stuff sticking out for example at a green bar where you can try to balance to the end right at the beginning there is two little metal things sticking out over all it's fun just dangerous for younger people. read more

With work and moving, I decided to take her for some fun on a Friday evening and they were so kind to give us an extra hour so my daughter was super stoked! We walked in with a quick and easy check-in, super helpful and kind. Place in general was pretty clean, bathrooms were clean. They even had vending machines with drinks but the Ice cream machine was down when I went. READ THIS TO THE END !!! If you consider going to this facility. Please read this review. I am trying to share my personal experience . The incident started with my kid get punched by another bigger kids in the face. My kid then fell down and blacked out for few seconds . My kids got back into conscious with blood in his mouth , bruise on the cheek, and red face. Crying running back to me. The bigger kid who throw the punch to him is at least one feet higher and 30 pounds bigger than my kid. We want to find out how that happened, we found the kid and his father. We know there are some balls like small basket ball size with the basketball hoops. We know there are not enough ball for every kids. But that's not a good reason to throw a punch. His father said he saw the whole thing but he didn't admit his son punch mine. Tried to talk this out but could not reached and common ground. We both agree to see the footage from the cameras . The staff said they "will " review the footage. Then they took the testimony for three kids including our son. After 30 mins they said the other party left. And then they told us that the Manager is not there on that day and NO one can review the footage from the video recorder!! Then they said probably next day the Manager will come back to the playground to review the footage and then give an incident report. My child got punch in the face on 11th, we called them on 13th, the staff said she is off . And then we called on 15th they said the Manager have no reply ( didn't pick up the calls) . And then we called again on 17th morning. They said the manager will get back to us on that day. Finally received the call at night. In the phone conversation, they trying to blame our son is the one who hits other kids. That is ridiculous !! My son is the one who get hurts. There are no kids get hurts and no one else want to report any injuries beside us. I believe Everything are record by the cameras ( but I guess they only use the cameras to protect themselves as company). We want to see the footage to see how my son get injured. They don't even want to show the footage to us. They said they are not allow to. As my personal experience in this facility / company, They did NOT give any care concern to my son who is injured. They tried the best to AVOID contacting us. Avoid giving out explanations and solutions to the incident at all. Later we FOUND out the STAFF WHO told us the manager is not there on that day who actually IS the MANAGER !!!! We called back another day, the stuff told me Deanna Is the manager. Then I realized she is the manager and she was the one who told me there are NO manager there on the day my son injured ! Recently , I had read a lot of review of this facility, found out that there are other parents who faced the same problem in this company. Who parents had also been told that the manager would get in touch with parents to resolves the issue. Unfortunately, Deanna does NOT resolve , or not even want to help to resolve issues. They are trying to FOOL us around from the beginning. They had tried their BEST to AVOID their company responsibilities and liabilities. This place is in bad condition, I'm surprised it's still open. I had not been in over a year. There are rips everywhere, exposed springs, and it's super dirty. All the vending machines are out of order, the men's restroom was out of order, my husband had to go to the gas station to use the restroom, by law they should have a working restroom. Hello, We had our son's birthday last week (Friday Feb 18th) at your Pomona location, and I'm very sorry to let you guys know that this place was disgusting. The Restrooms were full of graffiti, used toilet paper everywhere even used toilet paper on the walls. Nothing was kept up in the birthday areas counters, floors, etc. We cleaned the counters and the tables off ourselves. The entire staff was disorganized and had no management or leadership. The only time we saw an employee was when it was time to pay my balance and she ask for payment in the middle of us cutting the cake in front of all parents and kids. Really unprofessional and a bit embarrassing. Our kids couldn't even enjoy the trampolines due to other kids not following rules (no employees supervising or on the floor) and bullying our 9 year olds. I took my son and his friend (mid February 2020) for part of his birthday celebration. We didn't do the whole party thing at Get Air, but instead, this was one activity on his bday "To-do" list. My son's friend had actually gone the day before, but was very eager to return, which was a good sign. We've been to other trampoline parks, and Get Air is by far the best. There were several parties going on (there are spacious party rooms) and the volume of jumpers fluctuated as parties began and ended, but even at the busiest, it was never too crowded nor cramped; this is probably because Get Air is pretty big. We got the 2 hour jump passes (they even round up the time, so it was more like 2 and a half hours) and while I thought this would be enough time, the kids did not want to leave. There's a lot to do, and they loved the dodge ball and basketball the best. Check the website for specials. We got a really good deal. This is by far the most clean and safe park out there, while also having the fun and crazy additions for the kids. He loves the swing into the foam pit, the climbing wall, and the obstacle course the best. We got the summer pass which gives two hours of jumping any day, all summer long. It's already paid for itself. We've also had a party there and the whole thing was easy to coordinate and very well done with a good mix of what they offer and what they let you bring in.
