In addition, you get to use the entire space! One time we went and there was maybe 5 other families. The next time we went we had the entire place to ourselves! Great idea with beautiful facility, and if your children are 46' or taller than you will have fun. But don't bother bringing the little ones they have a tiny square that's for the tiny jumpers with no adults allowed on to keep them company. I understand it's for safety purposes but the owner did a horrible job leaving such a small section for little ones Most of the staff had great attitudes except for a shorter Hispanic girl she took her job way to serious and really had no personality and quite and attitud I didn't catch her name but the others on staff were genuine. read more

So expensive for limited amount of play. It's a lot of fun for the kids but i have a 3 and 6 yer old and the 3 year old couldn't play in all the areas the 6 year old could and since there's no real dividers that separate the areas it's frustrating trying to stop the younger one from following his older one. Best one I've ever taken the kids to! Huge, lots of different pits, super cool American Ninja Warrior-type courses that challenge kids AND adults. They have dodgeball (my sons fav) and beams and tight ropes (gymnastic-crazed daughter's fav). The Little Air section for the smaller jumpers is only a trampoline/wall and foam pit, so not much to do and probably not worth paying for them unless you're with older jumpers and just need something for your toddler to do while you wait. We had a buy-1-hour, get 1 free today (Tues) so that was awesome. They request that you wear their brand of grippy socks. Very clean, lots of places for spectators/parents to sit and watch. They have a small snack bar that we didn't use and party rooms. read more

This is our third time hitting get air and it never disappoints! My 3 year old and I always have a good time despite the fact that she could only be in the "little air" section. However, we are both able to take turns jumping into the foam pits and the small obstacle course. The staff is always friendly and this particular time I had a young man named Sebastian greet us in. He was super professional and even comforted my daughter on our way out as she was not very happy to be leaving after our hour was up. Went here for a child's birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. The reservations were made well in advanced but for some reason there was an incredibly long wait to even just check in. There were 2 lines and they had us stand in one line and when we reached the front, they asked us to stand in another line. (Took about 30 minutes of the party just standing in the lobby before someone could help us.) The lobby/check in process is very disorganized. The manager was rude to us as well; however she was at least able to extend the jump time for what we had paid for. As far as the actual trampoline park it was enjoyable. They had mini obstacles like seen on America Ninja Warriors (but for children), a small basketball court, a dodgeball court, and a pit of foam blocks that you can jump into. First time visit was GREAT! Sebastian checked us in and has a winning personality!! Our group was 2 moms and 3 teenage boys and we all had a great time. A young lady on staff saw that we had a plastic bottle of soda in the jump area and very kindly explained why it can't be there - I really liked how she told us and I really recommend this place. I happen to walk in when there was a Terminx gentleman talking to the cashier. He was giving her RAT traps!!!! I happen to over hear "place them all around where you see them run around". GROSS!!!!!Honestly the only reason I stayed was because my kids were already excited about going. I knew that if we left they would have thrown a BIG fit. The whole time my kids were in the Foam pits I was so paranoid that I would see either RATS or MICE running around and crawling around my kids. I was uncomfortable and so grossed out. Just the thought of having rat nests under the foam pits was getter me more paranoid. And the thought of rat urine, fleas or feces on the square foams which kids play with is disgusting!!! These critters carry around diseases!! I only stayed for 1/2 hr when I payed for two hours and for three kids. I will not be returning and decided to inform other parents. I would appreciate someone's honesty if they happen to know what I know. This is not a lie but the honest truth. read more

Sebastian and his beautiful hair make this place even better. I had a problem with one of the massage chairs (probably my fault) the manager came over right away and took care of it. They have Carlos watching over the kids and keeping everything safe. It's very clean and there's plenty of room for people who aren't jumping to sit and watch their kids. I had a party at Get Air this past Saturday and it was a wonderful experience! The party hosts were Katherine and Amy and they were both AMAZING. They were both enthusiastic, friendly and extremely helpful with the set up as well as throughout the party. Katherine also helped me decorate the room which I really appreciate. They both kept checking if I needed anything and they were always available. This was surprising since there was several parties going on that day. Overall I was very impressed with them and with the manager Ashley who is doing a great job making Get Air the number one party place. I would definitely recommend this location. This place is literally run by children. Both in the sense that kids run around like wild animals while their parents are phone zombies and the staff is all under 18 years of age. I've been doing gymnastics for a long time so I like to go to trampoline parks to practice. I'm doing back tucks, front tucks, back handsprings while kids keep running and jumping on my trampoline while I'm on it. I politely tell them that we could both get hurt and to please stay on their own tramp square. Eventually I accidentally ended up landing on some kid's neck. One of the children who works there comes up to me and tells me to please be considerate of the fact that there are children running around. I explained to him that the rules are clear, one person per tramp, and I am being considerate by staying in my own square. He rolls his eyes and walks away -- typical teenager style. I finally got fed up so I go up to the front desk and ask for the manager. "Angel" tells me he's in charge. I asked him if he was the manager and he broke eye contact and said, "I'm in charge right now." I told him exactly what was going on and he apologized. Good start to a positive customer service response except that he offered no resolution. I'm never going back to this place. I blame both the staff for not patrolling and ensuring kids are following the rules and parents for paying the entrance fee and neglecting to make sure their children are comporting themselves appropriately. I've been to dozens of trampoline parks literally across the country and this is by far the most poorly run one I've ever been to. Oh yeah, the men's bathroom was filthy too. I'm never going back again. It's a zoo run by underage folks being paid minimum wage. Stay away. Seriously. read more

The fact that this place does not offer free WiFi is the reason for the 2 stars. I would definitely not recommend this place if you are driving far to get here. It's not worth it. It's a very basic environment. Unlike other jump places, there is no food or lounge area for Parents. They have some tables to sit at but it's not very inviting. The employees are all young and obviously have no customer service. The Manager is non-existent. This place would be so much better if they modeled after other jump places and make it more welcoming for everyone. read more

If you have kids under 2 you will be confined to a small space... So if you want to pay $10 an hour for a small area for your kids go for it! Top it off been there 4 times and playing in a bigger area! Come to find out it was never allowed because today they decided to enforce the rules! Make sure areas of play are clearly understood when we check in! And dont be strict just on certain days then!
