Love bringing my daughter and niece here. The place is big. They have a lot more activities than other jumping places. A lot more seating areas for the adults watching over the kids as well. Terrible for toddlers. My four year old kept being told he cant jump everywhere and hes restricted to one area for toddlers. All the fun areas are for bigger kids. Theres much better, inclusive places for kids than this. I cant bieve i paid for one area. read more

BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR STUFF STOLEN at this place. My 17 yr old grandson had his nice tennis shoes stolen while his group was there on 2/2/2019. His complaint went to deaf ears and was told that a posted sign clearly states that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Also, while he was paying at the counter, an older gentleman was complaining that his wallet with much cash was stolen. Cameras don't cover the area where personal items are left while using the facility. My grandson reviewed the film with their asst. mgr. Don't think it would matter to them anyway. I took my daughter and as we proceeded to pay the guy ringing us up asked if she had socks on didn't specifically ask if they were their socks. She had bought socks from sky zone and figured it would be okay to wear them since they were the same style socks. 10 minutes in a female employee told her that next time she needed to purchase their socks so my daughter said okay and proceeded to jump. 45 minutes later the same lady came up to her and told her she was no longer allowed to jump because she didn't have their socks. Place is big but too many rules and regulations for younger kids. If kids are 46 inches or less have dedicated spot way in the back or some corner. There is area on side but it doesn't look inviting so my kid didn't want to even go there. Most little kids want to play with their older siblings but can't. Area for little kids is not worth it. Parent has to pay if they want to be with their toddler. It is expensive as well. So don't waste money, go to sky zone much better. read more

Came here on a Sunday morning right when they opened, we were the first ones there. I have a 2 and 5 year old under 46 inches. We are asked upon paying if us parents, my husband and I would like to jump to which we responded, YES. We were told since both were under 46 inches we adults were no extra charge, which was great! Once we entered the jumping area we were greeted by 2 staff members who showed us the little jump toddler area, which is very small compared to the rest of the place. The second we walked in we were being watched. My 5 year old wanted To go to the bigger foam pit which we were told it was ok. My husband and I joined the kids in the foam pit and we were told we couldn't jump which is not what we were told at the time of paying. There are so many restrictions to where you can and can't jump. Which is tough having little ones because the toddler section is not great at all. We were constantly approached being told we can't do this and can't do that it, it turned into harassment. We were constantly being watched which was so uncomfortable we got a refund and left. We were there about 30 minutes and were approached 5 times! We will not return read more

ATTENTION anyone with kids under 46 inches! Your kids will only be allowed to jump in the corners, Rockin' Jump San Dimas is WAY better, no rules.This was the most boring and lame trampoline place EVER. I came here with my family, my daughter age 3 wasn't allowed to jump on most of the whole trampoline. We were stuck literally in the CORNERS ! Apart from that there was so many rules and they are strict about it. My daughter fell and I went to help her a guy came like running to us and said you have to get up you can only stand on the trampoline, same as other kids. Basically you can only jump that's it no flips nothing. Rockin' Jump is way better no rules besides only 1 and that was no triple flips that was it. You sing a waiver because you might get hurt what's the point in signing one if you literally can't do anything besides jump. read more

Overall, I would say my experience was subpar. I had contacted Get Air by telephone to inquire about the hour bogo deal this location offers on Tuesdays. I was interested in purchasing my tickets online as well as filling out the waiver so everything was good to go once I got there. The representative told me to pay for the one hour and the location will honor the free second hour once I get there. Upon my arrival, I explained this to a gal named Ashley. Ashley took great pleasure in telling me I had to pay an additional $10 for the second hour for both of the tickets I purchased, while everyone around me paid the $15 for two hours. When I explained to her and told her someone from the company promised it would be honored upon my arrival, she laughed in my face and told me there's no way I could've spoken to anyone there because the number online directs to a call center. I requested a manager at this point. Once the manager on duty came out, she was able to call her boss and get the approval. Jumping around felt as though I was a little kid again! My fiance and I had a blast! Upon jumping in the foam pit, my fiance got a swipe of fecal matter on him. We brought this to the attendants where they looked inside the pit, but didn't have much luck finding the source. I can't say much on the cleanliness as we never found the source of the findings, but overall the layout was great! The A/C is nice and the options for you to jump around on are tons of fun. Overall, I would return with hopes to not deal with Ashley. But, otherwise all of the other gals were great. Thank you for a fun night! read more

I wasn't impressed with this place. Not that it was bad, but maybe I'm just out of touch of todays prices or maybe it's just that I'd rather take my kids to something more outdoorsy, but it was where my daughter wanted to go for her birthday. I think the prices are outrageous $25.00 per kid for 2 hours and you can't use any other type of socks , you have to buy the ones here for $3.00 each, so my total for. 2 hour outing was almost one hundred dollars...adding the snacks, which are each $1.00. I will only come back if I have to, to please someone, but if I can I will take my kids elsewhere. By the way, I just was told that I needed to move out of the massage chair because it was for paying customers. I had just finished the 6 minute massage for $2.00 that my husband insisted I try. It was my first time here and didn't realize that the chair was beeping that my time had ended ...oops sorry my bad. read more

This is a fun place for little kids of all ages. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It opened a few months ago and love this place because it's closer to home. They have double stamp Thursday and after the 9th stamp you get 1 hr free. On tues and Thursday's from 10-12 kids 46" or smaller get to use the entire park!! Found a place where my little guy can burn some energy! My son loves will be bringing him more often. read more

Gianna presented my family with phenomenal customer service at the front. At first I was timid in brining my kids here for safety purposes. Gianna suggested I jump with my kids to ensure supervision and gain my own perspective. Upon reaching the floor Quincy greeted us and immediately started interacting with my boys. Made my kids and myself feel welcomed and like we were family. He delegated responsibly and really got on a personal level with all the kids. The place is fun for kids. It does however need some cleaning and revamping. It's smelly tore back. Customer service needs help.

The place is brand new, everything is well-kept and clean. There was absolutely nobody here, which is fine if you don't want the crowds, but I am taking my 3 year old to play with other kids and have fun and we were the only ones here. The staff is clearly just following the guidelines of what they have been instructed to do, they are moderately friendly, but lack any sort of energetic quality for a place like this. They all stood around like police officers just telling me that I can't jump in the toddler area with my daughter (even though nobody is here), she can't jump in the regular area with me, so there is literally no way we can jump together at all. She fell and twisted her knee and instead of expressing any sympathy or concern for her, the staff member came over with a pen and notepad to "record the incident." After that, he walked away and only came back a few moments later and offered an ice pack, probably only because another staff member told him to. Two stars are for the cleanliness and new equipment, everything else was sub-par and disappointing. read more

I came here with my family over thanksgiving break as they were visiting from out of town. Everyone was really excited to jump around and have fun with the little ones. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and strict rules put a damper on our experience. We've been to many trampoline parks, and understand there are safety rules, but this place was really over the top. Kids and adults can not jump together anywhere in the park (even though we were the only ones there) so my son lost interest really quick and was so sad we couldn't hold hands and jump like we usually do. The place had referees everywhere and their demeanor was militant like and completely un-fun! It seemed like they were trying to reach a quota for how many times they could blow those darn whistles! We really weren't doing anything crazy and got the whistle constantly! "No sitting on the trampoline" "no stepping foot on a trampoline in the kid area" "don't pick up the foam block it's only for decoration". My sister even got whistled for doing only one part of an obstacle course instead of doing the whole thing. After a little while we were all so tired of being whistled at that we ended up sitting around on the floor. Again, I totally understand safety rules, but the employees should enforce them with in reason, and display a happier demeanor otherwise. They were like robots and we all felt awkward having them stare at our every move without a smile just waiting to blow that whistle. I'm sad to say we won't be returning and will be visiting our favorite trampoline parks more often. read more

Do not come here!!!!! My son is under 46 inches and can not do anything here... So dumb they have a middle jumping area we're they can divide for younger kids, but since they don't divide it. they have a jumping area with no one jumping on it. they don't want younger kids getting hurt they have a smaller area were they have a ton of kids jumping together hurting the smaller ones. There is huge difference between a one year and a five year old and this place doesn't see that! Don't come here if you have kids they can't jump anywhere in this trampoline park. I would just like to say I'm a dissatisfied customer, but not with the employees, with the environment created by the customers mostly complaining about rules they signed a waiver saying they would follow, it's hard for my kids to enjoy their time jumping if they have kids who are clearly over the 46" running into the little air area, as well as having parents of other little air jumpers walking around in the area jeopardizing my kids' safety as if they weren't even there. I expressed my concern to one of the boys at the front desk and he was extremely nice, but there wasn't much he could do to help me other than go up there and explain to the kids and parents that they are not allowed in the area due to their size, and it was disgusting looking at the responses he got from the parents expressing their "concern" for the safety of the children as if they weren't the ones putting them in danger in the first place. As a parent I'm appalled by the attitudes and demeanor of other parents when it comes to how they "watch" their children as well, it seems like the time their kids are jumping in reality is just social hour for all the local moms while their children just run wild, it bothers me when the parents are so deep in conversation they don't even realize that an employee has been chasing their child around the park for the past 10-15 minutes and then they all have the same response getting angry with the employee for simply doing their job and enforcing the rules we all should be aware of. read more

Super fun and love the set up. Great for my babies. LOVED the toddler time. BUT the autism socks are HORRIBLE. My husband tried 3 different pairs before they gave him the regular socks. I tried the autism socks and tried to make them work, but after jumping for a few minutes, my ankle was loosing circulation (red indentation on my ankle). When I asked to exchange for the normal socks that my husband got I was told because I was jumping, I would have to buy a new pair. Not the greatest customer service. I am all for the motivation of the unique socks, but make sure they are comfortable. read more
