I love the idea of getting nail art and with Halloween approaching, I found some designs online and brought the photos to 66 Nails and Lash for my appointment. Well, my nail tech Jenny did an AMAZING job of customizing and catering exactly to my requests and my nails came out PERFECT for the spooky season! I also got a nice pedicure from Holly (sp?) with a relaxing foot scrub and massage. Both ladies were so kind, asked me for everything I needed, and the price for the service was reasonable (in my opinion): $150 for everything. I have been coming here for maybe 5 yrs when Jack use to work there coz he is really good. I think it was last year when it was bought by another owner and I am not joking when i say this, i go and have my nails done by Jack at least ones or ones every 2 months before and the pricing was the same. I remember when it was $22 for a regular pedicure then within a 5 yrs of time it went all the way to $28 which isnt bad at all. No complaints especially Jack was really awesome. Then this new owner came and i think he has his own people- Jack either was fired or he just quit. Everytime I come for a pedicure coz thats all i do - only "regular" pedicure and i even bring my own nail polish the pricing is really weird. Last year it was $28, then I came after a month and a half and the price went to $30. Then just yday I called to make an apt for pedicure and i asked how much, she told me its $33. So i asked the lady, do u raise ur prices every month? Coz i told her i was just there abt 1 and a half month ago and she said no. She told me that, thats all been like that for awhile .I told her im gna go back to my credit card charges and see. And sure enough when i went back and look they charge me $30 not $33. So i called her back and told her- then she told me if I pay cash she will charge me $30. I was like, but u told me u always charged $33. They are lying. And they dont do a good job. I just go there coz its close to my house. Jack is the only one who can do a very good pedicure. Another i noticed is, they dont like it when u only wna do "regular" pedicure. They want u to do more so they can charge u more. Very greedy and does a shitty job!!! I will definitely NOT recommend this place. I have all the rcpts if anyone wants to see. I called in and was seen within the hour by Kim who did such a wonderful job. The salon was quiet and clean when I came in and I was greeted soo promptly it was great. I came in around 6:15 for a pedicure and they closed at 7, so I would've understood if I couldn't have been seen but they fit me in!! Kim was amazing and genuinely thoughtful with her work. She checked to make sure I was happy with everything multiple times which I appreciated so much. They have this sparkly gel polish that looks like a bit of a galaxy basically and Kim did a lovely job with the design. So now I have little galaxy toes. It's so nice I have to upload a picture, but I'm not showing my whole foot tho, that's a bit intimate. read more

After 14 years of being a loyal client with Huyen (wyn) as my technician, always tipping generously (50%). the attitude and quality of service have dropped dramatically. I went today with my daughter for pedicures and she got a manicure. I had regular pedicure. She had gel for both services and her manicure was $65 and her pedicure $50. Felt like they over charged for manicure. They did do a great job and massage was amazing for pedicure. Just left feeling like they overcharged for manicure! read more

If you can not do gel nails, you should not offer this service. I have been wearing gel nails so long I am familiar with the process ... the gel used was cheap, the kind of gel you buy off Amazon. I was cut multiple times. I wanted a design, but I saw my nails looked horrible. I said forget the design. I was charged 70 00, but I did not complain, paid, and left ... two weeks prior, I had them do gel x nails this was my first time doing gel X. The nails lasted 6 days before they started falling off If you love quality nails, this is not the place for you it is overpriced serving mediocre work. Best salon I've ever been to. They are not at all aggressive to your nails and get the job done well. Their steps are many and detailed yet they finish much quicker than other salons that have less steps, as well as the powdered acrylic nails do not become yellow like I've had with another place. Loved them when they first opened, however the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up since then. I was charged $55 for a very basic gel manicure, no design, no French tip, nothing. The gel also started peeling back less than a week later. very disappointing. Time to find a new salon. read more
