I called in and was seen within the hour by Kim who did such a wonderful job. The salon was quiet and clean when I came in and I was greeted soo promptly it was great. I came in around 6:15 for a pedicure and they closed at 7, so I would've understood if I couldn't have been seen but they fit me in!! Kim was amazing and genuinely thoughtful with her work. She checked to make sure I was happy with everything multiple times which I appreciated so much. They have this sparkly gel polish that looks like a bit of a galaxy basically and Kim did a lovely job with the design. So now I have little galaxy toes. It's so nice I have to upload a picture, but I'm not showing my whole foot tho, that's a bit intimate.

If you can not do gel nails, you should not offer this service. I have been wearing gel nails so long I am familiar with the process ... the gel used was cheap, the kind of gel you buy off Amazon. I was cut multiple times. I wanted a design, but I saw my nails looked horrible. I said forget the design. I was charged 70 00, but I did not complain, paid, and left ... two weeks prior, I had them do gel x nails this was my first time doing gel X. The nails lasted 6 days before they started falling off If you love quality nails, this is not the place for you it is overpriced serving mediocre work. I'm very disappointed now that I'm wondering if the reviews are real I am going to post a picture of what I wanted vs. what I got!

On a random visit at my sisters and my old hood, I decided I needed a manicure and pedicure. I did not want to go back to places I used to go to when I lived around here which brought me to this place. I walked over, not sure what to expect. I could not make my mind up about color or style, and decided on a whim to do a chrome French manicure and pedicure. I was worried it would be messy and uneven and I was pleasantly surprised. They did an excellent job. Now I'm trying to figure out how and when to come back!

They pay good attention to detail + take in your needs to assure a beautiful manicure or pedicure. My mom came to town + they did this set on her that she loved + she's very particular. I've gotten a couple regular pedicures here and every time I get what is needed and everyone is really nice. Clean and relaxing environment. Definitely one of my favorite nail salons on the West side with reasonable prices. read more

I have never gotten a mani-pedi before and decided to do so on a whim one afternoon. I love the idea of getting nail art and with Halloween approaching, I found some designs online and brought the photos to 66 Nails and Lash for my appointment. Well, my nail tech Jenny did an AMAZING job of customizing and catering exactly to my requests and my nails came out PERFECT for the spooky season! I also got a nice pedicure from Holly (sp?) with a relaxing foot scrub and massage. Both ladies were so kind, asked me for everything I needed, and the price for the service was reasonable (in my opinion): $150 for everything. I will definitely be back with more nail art requests! read more

Staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful! I was able to schedule an appointment online very easily on the same day. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Prices are reasonable, it's my first time coming to a salon in LA and I'm obsessed! I showed them a picture of the acrylic French tips I wanted and they turned out amazing. Came in as a walk-in just for a service-only manicure and regular pedicure, they were able to get to me right away and completed everything very quickly. I told them I had a new tattoo on my leg to avoid, and they were perfect about working around it. Nice and quiet salon with massage chairs, water temp was just right, I'm so glad I came in! I got just what I wanted at a great price point ($85), I'll definitely be back. read more

I have been coming here for maybe 5 yrs when Jack use to work there coz he is really good. I think it was last year when it was bought by another owner and I am not joking when i say this, i go and have my nails done by Jack at least ones or ones every 2 months before and the pricing was the same. I remember when it was $22 for a regular pedicure then within a 5 yrs of time it went all the way to $28 which isnt bad at all. No complaints especially Jack was really awesome. Then this new owner came and i think he has his own people- Jack either was fired or he just quit. Everytime I come for a pedicure coz thats all i do - only "regular" pedicure and i even bring my own nail polish the pricing is really weird. Last year it was $28, then I came after a month and a half and the price went to $30. Then just yday I called to make an apt for pedicure and i asked how much, she told me its $33. So i asked the lady, do u raise ur prices every month? Coz i told her i was just there abt 1 and a half month ago and she said no. She told me that, thats all been like that for awhile .I told her im gna go back to my credit card charges and see. And sure enough when i went back and look they charge me $30 not $33. So i called her back and told her- then she told me if I pay cash she will charge me $30. I was like, but u told me u always charged $33. They are lying. And they dont do a good job. I just go there coz its close to my house. Jack is the only one who can do a very good pedicure. Another i noticed is, they dont like it when u only wna do "regular" pedicure. They want u to do more so they can charge u more. Very greedy and does a shitty job!!! I will definitely NOT recommend this place. I have all the rcpts if anyone wants to see. This place prices goes up every month. Terrible!!! read more

***What a disappointment*** This business has clearly changed under the new ownership. After 14 years of being a loyal client with Huyen (wyn) as my technician, always tipping generously (50%). the attitude and quality of service have dropped dramatically. It's disheartening to feel like my loyalty no longer matters. Perhaps they believe there are enough customers to overlook good service, but without it, it's only a matter of time before people leave. I went today with my daughter for pedicures and she got a manicure. I had regular pedicure. She had gel for both services and her manicure was $65 and her pedicure $50. Felt like they over charged for manicure. They did do a great job and massage was amazing for pedicure. Just left feeling like they overcharged for manicure! read more

Absolutely killer; they do the best job on the west side. been to a few spots and this is by far my fav. would love to gatekeep but they're honestly so good they deserve the hype. clean, professional, fast but not at the cost of quality. Best salon I've ever been to. They are not at all aggressive to your nails and get the job done well. Their steps are many and detailed yet they finish much quicker than other salons that have less steps, as well as the powdered acrylic nails do not become yellow like I've had with another place. I've come to them about many different designs, some quite complicated, yet they succeed in making them come out beautiful every time. Even if I moved a long distance away I would still come here. Loved them when they first opened, however the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up since then. I was charged $55 for a very basic gel manicure, no design, no French tip, nothing. The gel also started peeling back less than a week later. very disappointing. Time to find a new salon. read more

Sandy's office was so pretty and calming, and she was so friendly! She explained to me how she makes the sugar she uses with just lemon, water & sugar, and showed me how it only sticks to the hair and not skin. I waited in her comfy waiting area for my friend to get sugared, & made my own appointment for a couple days later. When I came back for my appointment, Sandy was bubbly and made the whole time feel really fun. She has funny pics & sayings posted on her ceiling to look at when you're lying on her table haha! She gave me squeezy balls because it was my first time getting sugared, and she prepared me so I wouldn't be surprised. It was actually not as painful as I thought it would be! I also had a red light treatment - which I know is great for anti aging. My first appointment was over 2 years ago now. Just ike my friend experienced, I have noticed my regrowth has been slower and less, and the hair is finer since I have seen Sandy regularly. Parking is super easy in the lot in her building, or at one of the meters out front. It is really easy to schedule with Sandy & has she really gone out of her way to be available for me to come in. I bragged so much after that how much Brazilians do not hurt because she made the experience SO unpainful and I am forever grateful for that. She has such a beautiful energy and I recommend those who are more on the sensitive side go to her! The only downside is she left quite a bit of hair and wax that I had to remove myself afterwards. For my second wax, I went to Mya. I did not really enjoy the experience that much. She was very blunt and told me how unempathetic she is to peoples pain because she's been doing this for so long. This was also a super painful waxing experience. She used big strips and barely held the skin down afterwards. She's a good conversationalist though. When she said she was done I was genuinely confused because it was so quick and it felt like nothing was taken off. But when I looked, she actually got me cleaner than my first time. There was no hair, no bleeding, and it looked exactly how I wanted it to. If you have a high pain tolerance and want fast and efficient service, go to her! Although she's not for me, she's professional and definitely for some other people. One thing I like about European wax in Westwood is that they take you fast! I've never had to wait long, and you can literally schedule an appointment like an hour before if you wanted to. It's never too busy in there, and they respect your privacy. The environment is clean, and things feel judge free.
