4 broken dryers (just in this one frame!)
    Matt B.

This place is the absolute worst. In the past 8 years I have been forced to do laundry here (due to proximity) there have been no visible upgrades but rather a large scale degradation of the facilities. The machines are old as heck, and at any given moment at least 25% of the machines are out of service. So many times machines have ruined clothes with random oil spots or faulty spin cycles. Oh! And dryer doors regularly pop open leaving clothes to spill all over the nasty floor... The lack of working machines in combination with the NOPA laundromat desert, means that finding machines to use is a pain in the butt almost any time of day. Also there is a 3rd party laundry service that will take over massive amounts of space during the day hours. The entire space is filthy. There is dust and dirt everywhere, machines smell like mildew and are rarely cleaned. Homeless people congregate in the back, setting up camp with laundry carts. The management is clearly apathetic to the conditions faced by their patrons, happy to accept our money as we are forced to endure this garbage.

When things that are too big for our washer and dryer need to be cleaned, we go here. Washers, depending on size, can be $2.25, $4.25, or $6.00 a load. Dryers are 25 cents for 8 minutes. The office area is closed, but there are an ATM, a dollar bill changer, and a soap vending machine, so the basic needs are met. Two couches and some lounge chairs give a nice feeling to waiting for the laundry to finish. Unless you're like me, and zone out on watching the front-loading washer. Which is how I found out that to get all the soap out, you might have to use TWO complete wash cycles, the second without soap. Last week a guy was sleeping on one of the couches in the daytime.

Is it sad that one of my favorite things about my new house is that I now live right around the corner from the best laundromat ever?

Customer care is excellent, the rinse duffel bag is easy to handle and fashionable too. The best service w/ny specifics for detergents, pricing is very convenient thanks rinse! UI of the website was good on inception. Keep in mind the price per pound per subscription is…read moreslightly different than not having a monthly subscription so make sure you skim through the website thoroughly. The customer service was excellent from beginning to delivery of the wash Clothing they're on Text and they are helpful and you can also call them. The pickup valet was pretty good, pretty cool, very friendly and a hard worker whereas the drop off valet that left the clothes off, wasn't so friendly or helpful at all, but that was the only pitfall that we had and customer service was on top of it. I really liked the service I believe it is a premium service. I don't think it's it for it's everyone, but for premium clients is a good thing for example clients like me we live busy lifestyles or we have circumstances that require us to wash our Clothing using a premium Service as such. So it was kind of pricey but at the same time what do you expect for a premium service and it is a service of washing clothes that very few people offer so logistically I give them credit for pulling this through and I think it's a great service that they're offering and I think it's a great idea and I will continue to use our system. Who was delivered clean folded nicely and the sacks that they carry and they smell great so far so good. At first, you have to adjust yourself to this kind of Service because you have different people you have to work with and that's perfectly understandable so I'll be ready to work through the Ins and outs of pick up and delivery and ordering and setting the right service for yourself and understanding how the company works so be reserved in that area. I asked a lot of questions and all my questions were answered right as I asked him so that's a very good sign of good customer service.
