I'll start off by saying I have NEVER had a bad experience here until today. Hailey and the other nail technicians I've had in the past have always been amazing, kind, attentive, and welcoming. They've always made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience today was very different. The nail technician who did my nails seemed rushed, aggressive, and dismissive. I had to explain multiple times how I wanted my nails done because he kept trying to do them his own way instead of listening to what I was asking for. There was also a moment where I thought three coats of polish had been applied, but when I asked about it, I was told only two coats were done and was told I could "look at the cameras" if I wanted to verify it, which felt unnecessary and rude. Overall, my nails turned out okay in the end, but only because I had to repeatedly speak up and guide the process myself. The biggest issue wasn't the final result, it was the attitude and overall experience. I have had a love hate relationship with this place but am finally done with coming here. This place is ok for the price (40 for a gel pedicure, which is why I kept going), but they are totally hit or miss. The pedicure's look ok from afar, but close up you can tell it is sloppy. Sometimes they are good and detailed, other times they are terrible. They used to have a man that did amazing work and he seems to no longer work there. My recent experience was very rushed as the tech was going between 3 different clients at the same time trying to do all 3 pedicures. The result is also below average. Missing corners, uneven filing, not painted to the cuticle, gel cured on top of my skin. I'd rather just pay the extra 5-10 dollars and go somewhere else. In other times, I've had to wait an hour to be seen because the owner will take on clients for business without actually being available. This salon seems like it's rated well because of the bio gel with Hailey. I have seen her work and it looks good. I've tried this salon for biogel (not with Hailey though). The biogel ended up peeling off, something that doesn't happen with my regular tech at a different salon. read more

Just no!! Probably the dirtiest nail spa I've ever been to. The lady who did my nails didn't swap gloves between me and the girl before me. The bottom of the foot tank was so dirty and had tons of sediment I could feel through the nylon bag. The owner and another girl were gossiping with a customer about past customers and you can tell they are just so rude and don't give any effs. This time, I made sure to book an appointment three days in advance specifically to avoid that. I had a very disappointing visit at this nail salon. I arrived five minutes early, expecting to be seen on time. Instead, the owner (Hailey) informed me, in a very cold manner, that they had taken another customer and I would have to wait. I explained that the whole point of making an appointment is to avoid waiting, but she was dismissive and rude. There was no apology or attempt to fix the situation. This location is located off Reseda and Plummer there is plenty of parking it's located in the shopping center of Baskin Robbins. The shop is nice and clean and I love the remodeling she has done to this place to make it her "own". Hailey has amazing taste and she does a great job with designs. Making an appt is easy and I also like Lulu she does a great job on my pedicure. Overall prices are very reasonable and if you looking for the best nail tech Hailey is the one to go to. On 5/7/25 that was $60 before tip. $25 for regular pedicure, $15 for gel, $10 for French tip, and $10 for callus removal add on. They turned out beautiful. Very quick service, only about 30 mins. Staff was nice, there weren't that many customers at my appt time (~4pm); however, my nail tech seemed to rush while doing my nails and it doesn't appear as "clean" as I would have liked it to be. I just went in to get my nails done after work. A younger nail tech helped me out and was extremely rude about my nails. She acted disgusted about my cuticles and stated why I had too much skin around my cuticle. She continued to talk about how gross it looked. This is extremely unprofessional. The worst experience ever! Hailey ( the owner) is the rudest and most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. If I could I would give a zero start to Hailey ( the owner ) and the services that I received I would. I had an appointment with Hailey (the owner) at 4 pm. It was my very time to her salon. Although I made the appointment specifically with her she had another tech do my nails without communicating that with me. When I asked if she was Hailey and she was going to be doing my nails she caught an attitude and started to speak her language then aggressively and rudely told me me that she and the other tech works together and I needed to just relax and let her do my nails. I complied although I was not happy. The worst yet to come. The lady she assigned to do my pedicure gave me the WORST pedicure ever. Not only she did not cut my cuticle the way I asked her to she butchered my toes and cut into the skin on my two big toes until I bled. ( please see attached photos) As a result it has been a few days and I can't even wear shoes. I voice my concerns 3 times during the pedicure and Hailey did nothing about it. The lady started to polish my nails without even cleaning under my nails, I politely asked her to stop and asked Hailey if she could have someone else finish my pedicure because I was extremely dissatisfied. Hailey told me no snd told me if I don't like the way my pedicure was done next time I come I can pick someone else. After she told me that I politely told her that if she would not have someone else finish my pedicure I would just leave with my nails without polishing them because I would need to go to another salon do get my pedicure redone. I was baffled when Hailey responded and said " okay your total is $95 "and asked me to pay for the full services .since I am A business owner myself I decided to talk to her in the most respectful way possible and told her how I truly felt and told her that she is handling this very unprofessionally and she should never let a customer leave her salon dissatisfied without making an effort to resolve the issue. She started getting very defensive and raising her voice at me . At that point I realized that her customer service and standards were really poor compared to what I was used to so I just paid without saying anything else and just left.
