I called a few companies either the prices were outrageous but also the customer service sucked. I had a roach infestation out of no where I never had it before. I was panicking and stress at the same time. the moment I called a nice lady explain in detail how we can get rid of them. She emailed me a prep sheet and she went over the phone with me step by step. I had a lot of questions and she was so patient with me. I wanted treatment asap. In 2 days they were at my house. They were available the next day but I needed time to prep. A techician by the name of Devin arrived in the window that the lady over the phone Camille told me. He helped me with my pets to take th out of my house and he also explain to me the process. Very nice young man. They said they would come back for a follow up. The first spray was great I didn't see no activity but they still came bat 15 days later to do another treatment. Now I hired them for monthly services. The team is fantastic and their prices are affordable. I recommend Centrex Pest Control. Thank you for your services

    I'm leaving this review based on multiple bed bug related visits to my apartment over the last year…read moretreatments and follow up inspections about six total visits overall through my property manager. The biggest issues were professionalism and care of the unit. On one visit, the technician made statements implying I was the source of the bed bugs that I "brought them in." Regardless of cause, that kind of blame felt inappropriate and unhelpful, especially when the problem appears broader than one unit. On the most recent visits, my apartment was left in worse condition than before the room was left heavily disturbed, there was noticeable residue left behind, and afterward I observed damage that was not present prior to service window covering, curtain damage and new scratches scuffs on my wood floors and furniture. This was a stressful experience, and I expected better care and communication especially after repeated visits. Because of the repeated issues, the condition my unit was left in, and the way the situation was handled, I would not recommend this company.

    Owner tried to hustle me for $6000 of repairs he said my attic needed when I called a different…read morecontractor it was just $350 for a single sheet of missing insulation over a single room. This is after paying that much already for attic remediation, which after seeing the work was not worth the extreme expense, nor hassle the company will put you through. Nearly every time I called for service that was botched. Either they came on the wrong days, or came to do the wrong service. Would then say they would need to charge me to come out on the correct days or do the correct service, but would then "make exceptions" after I would complain to the owner that it's their mistake, not mine. When I would point out they are trying to charge customers for their own errors everyone would say it's just company policy. Buy they'd make a big deal about making an exception for this one time, like I should be grateful. Gopher service was also a nightmare. After not taking care of the gopher over multiple visits they stopped coming. When I called to ask why they stopped coming, and pointed out that they said they guaranteed the work, they said oh then it must be different gophers in the same spots and same behavior somehow, which conveniently isn't covered. Was told I had to pay for a second gopher service for them to finish the job. After wearing me down with argument after argument I just caved and paid for the second service to get the gopher removed out of exhaustion and desperation. Stupid of me, I know. For the quarterly service they do not top up the bait stations every time, and the spider spray does not work. Went to go cancel and surprise, you guessed it, they want to charge a cancellation fee that's more than the quarterly service itself. Everyone at the company will point the finger at someone else for the constant mistakes and failures, and they are hidden fees and charges everywhere, it's so exhausting I just got tired of dealing with them, which honestly I think is part of their playbook. The tipping point for me leaving this review was the attic repair estimate. After seeing how they quoted me $6,000 for a $350 repair that was the nail in the coffin that they were absolutely taking advantage of us the whole time. I would never recommend.

First of all it took them 5 times coming back to fix the ant problem in the house since the houses in my area are known for that. My previous pest control company it took 1 time! I have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks I keep my house clean so that wasn't the issue. Second this guy jumped my $5k custom gate on the side a couple months ago which he admitted today and since then I have had issues with my gate. I realized he went to my home and literally was going to do it again because my neighbor called. This man is not small man he looks to be almost 300 pounds so all of that weight on my gate I am just in shock a company would even allow this!!! This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! I am so over this company! Do no whatever you do /sign up with them! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! So I told him you know what you need to come back another day! He responds oh well I guess we'll come back sometime in between the valley and here that sounds super convenient! He literally said this so loud that my neighbor heard! Just to add I did reach out to them and the owner called back left a message saying he was going to cancel the account and to take care! They do not care about your experience!

As you can see, this company's reviews are 5s or 1s, nothing in between. I wish I could give them a 5, but I can't. The morning of the fumigation, we asked the person if we could walk him through the house and he said, "No, most people just leave the keys." When we returned, it appeared that they did a really good job. HOWEVER, one of my rings was missing. I won't go into all the details, but I absolutely know that guy took it. I filed a police report, but ultimately the guy denied taking it. Words to the wise: If you contact a company, make sure you know if they are subbing out the work to another company. Also, INSIST on doing a walk through with them and be present when they leave the property. AND take your valuables to a safe place. The instructions talked about tying up your food, but did not mention anything about taking your valuables with you. And the way they talk made me feel like the idiot for even suggesting that we do a walk through. I should not have trusted them as much as I did. It never dawned on me that someone would jeopardize the integrity of their company by stealing from their customers.

Noticed one of the guys took long to get out of the house. Wish I would have asked him why he took so long inside by himself. Once we were allowed back home, I noticed money and jewelry were missing. Probably was that guy that was inside by himself. So disappointed. Not only were we robbed, but they also damaged the inside of the ADU we have on our property.
