The bees were back in 3-4 days and they would not stand behind their removal. The woman that answers the phone said "we expect our clients to have the good sense to remove the structure where the bees were living." Not sure how you do that with a house or in our case a wall. It was never explained to us in advance that their process was temporary or that it would take more than one step to remove the problem. Rude, unprofessional and never showed up. Called to make an appointment. The woman was so disorganized and told me I had to wait while she found a piece of paper to write down my number. She scheduled me for Monday morning. Called Monday morning to confirm and the SAME woman said she never spoke to me or made an appointment with me. After reminding her of our conversation, she said someone will be out between 4pm-6pm. I confirmed with her my number. At 6pm No call no show. BEWARE!!!! One of the bee technicians broke into my neighbors backyard through a side gate removing the unlocked padlock. As he was looking at her contents in her backyard she confronted him and he had no explanation why he was there. I suppose he thought nobody was home because her adult son had just left minutes before he entered her backyard. He was extremely rude and disrespectful towards her. My neighbor was clearly shaken up, scared and she felt very intimidated by him. She was afraid to come outside of her home until the two workers finished the job and left. Had I known this at the time I would have fired them and insisted they leave my property immediately. I did contact the owner of this company and have not heard back. read more

In the mid-morning I set up an appointment with Jose for a free estimate. He was to come between 1:30 and 3:00. At 11:45 I called to cancel. Jose complained that he had already set his men's schedule and would now have to change it. I said I was sorry but had to just cancel. Jose would not just accept this and continued to argue with me and explain how inconvenienced he was. I felt sorry about that, but I needed to cancel and did not want to reschedule. He just wouldn't give up and kept trying to get me reschedule. He would't let the call end, so I hung up. Then he called back two times to continue arguing with me about the situation. Finally I just wouldn't accept the calls. That is totally unacceptable. I would never consider dealing with this company again. read more

Bad experience with this company. First the woman who answered the phone was terribly disorganized. It took a few calls to get an appointment. The technician who showed up was a nice guy. He sprayed the hive on our roof, took my $150, and then recommended $850 worth of work to remove the hive. Why spray if it's not going to solve the problem? On top of that, the spray didn't even slow the bees down. I called back a day or two later and the guy who answered was incredibly rude. Eventually they agreed to send their guy back to spray again at no charge but it took 2 more phone calls to get this appointment from the disorganized office assistant. Again this second round of spraying didn't do much. I eventually had another company come out who said that spraying was a waste of time since the bees had built a large nest with honey in it. They said I got ripped off for the spraying. This other company removed the hive for $750. read more

Posted my original review and pulled it until the job was finished. Look at the reviews I have up and see that 99% of them are positive and 4 or 5 star. I'm not irrational, and generally I call regional and district managers to rave about excellent customer service, because all too often people complain but never compliment. My review is as stands. Wow, just simply wow. These guys were hired by Patriot Environmental Services to remove a hive from a tree that Edison was in the process of taking down. Not only did the guy swear the entire time, he simply refused to remove the foam and cling wrap that the previous company used to trap the bees in the tree. Yelling.. "It's too damn hot (it was only 90) and I've been doing this too long. I can't get to the comb and I can't see it and I'm NOT digging that shit out of the tree. I don't know why people do this, but it makes my job more difficult." Then insisted I loan him a hammer (WTH? no tools?) and that I punch a hole through the foam so he could poke his wand into it. I'm sorry, but aren't you the one getting paid? To top that off, he was suppose to be the owner. He didn't use proper protection (suit up) increasing the risk of an accident that I'm sure my insurance would have had to cover. This was by far THE WORST experience I have EVER had with a business in my 49 years of living. (Okay, the contracting company that tore my roof off then doubled the price might have been worse, but they were nice about it.. lol) He then proceeded to spray almost a gallon of poison blindly into the trunk of the tree and at the base (a small bee inlet) until it was running out onto the ground. When I asked about my dogs, he insisted that in 15 minutes it would be dry and fine. (I doubted it) This is a serious environmental concern and likely should have the company investigated. I generally allow people to have bad days and not review based on one bad experience. We all have bad days and I didn't slight Patriot for their choice in pest control, they were as astonished as I was. Maybe this was an episodic sign of Alzheimer's or Dementia. Either way, be careful, He insisted "40 years! 40 Years! I don't need this shit!" So if you think your problem might be shit and not a simple easy clean up, then I would go elsewhere. Also he used SO much spray and I'm sure that comb is at least 5 feet tall and I bet he didn't get it, because of his lack of effort. I would think drilling a few holes into the hollow tree could have solved the problem and spray in different locations. I don't know, I'm not an exterminator. The Result: Two days then three went by. I called them at the end of the second day to let them know a few bees were lingering as he stated they might. Day three i receive a call from the secretary who was very pleasant on the phone but I could sense her frustration with the situation. I told her bees were still coming and going, although significantly fewer. Isac told her that if they were not gone, that he would need someone with a chainsaw to open up the tree so he could access the comb properly. This in all it's apparent idiocy is why he was called to begin with. The tree company refused to cut the gigantic trunk until the bees were removed. Maybe he should have stated he doesn't work on bees in trees unless a chainsaw wielding man is there to make his job easier. One week later the tree company shows up to remove the trunk section, expectedly, as soon as they started cutting the bees made their way out. As soon as the trunk was opened, the bees swarmed and left, making their temporary home on a nearby bush. Is there a reason to use a company who expends an enormous amount of poison, hastily and then doesn't even get the bees? Regardless of the situation, their enormous amount of complaining was ridiculous, that of an entitled teenager. Take your chances and go with them if your job is simple, or.. Look elsewhere. They quoted me a very reasonable price and were at my house in less than 2 hours. These guys are extremely professional and courteous. They took care of a large wasp nest in no time. We had a serious bee issue with bees getting into our house through the fireplace as they started to build a hive in the eve next to our fireplace on the exterior of our home. The bees were very aggressive and it was an urgent matter. We had called a national pest company (Terminex) that was supposed take care of the situation and they didn't even show up and we could not even contact the technician or office manager directly because of their large call center . My wife called her friend who recommended All Valley Honey & Bee. She easily contacted All Valley and Nico showed up when he said he would and took care of the issue with the urgency and care we needed. Also, the price was very reasonable. These guys know their stuff. I had the Bee Guys from Tustin come out because I had lots of bees by my pool. They charged me $150 and said the bees would be gone in 5-7 days. They were, but they came back. They then told me that they were different bees and I would have to pay an additional $150. I called All Valley on the advice of my Pest Control company and they were great. They showed me that the Bee Guys had stuffed some paper in the hole and sprayed foam to seal it. What they didn't do was remove or tell me that was at least 10 pounds of honeycomb inside and the bees would continue to come back until it was gone. All Valley removed the honeycomb, instructed us on how to seal the opening and discarded the waste. I highly recommend them. read more

Hired them to remove wasps from my roof. They left a huge nest teeming with wasps & larvae. Tried several times to get them back out to remove it and got a lot of "we'll call you right back," and "we'll send someone today" but no action. The wasps are still there. read more

I've been using All Valley Honey & Bee for years. Today we had our roofer out. A wasp nest was created under our shingles creating a hole and a leak in our roof. I called All Valley and within two hours they sent someone out and eradicated the very large nest. They also inspected our entire exterior and found quite a few nests. What a find they are! I highly recommend them - from the person who takes the call and schedules to the experts they send out. And please note: if you have a problem with a bee hive they will come and if at all possible to do, will remove the hive and transfer it to a safe haven. The work was done very professionally. I was worried about the mess that would result from taking care of this and they were great about protecting our belongings and cleaning up the mess. I wouldn't call this company if I new what i know now from experience. they were recommended to me by another exterminator company, but it was one of the worse experience ever. i called and a guy answered the phone, i explained the situation, he told me the price and that they should be paid on the same day. we set up an appointment for the following day in between 9am to 11am. so they called me around 10 telling me they would be at the building at 10:30 and i explained to them that our resident manager was at the building and that i was getting the check at the main office to pay them. all of sudden our resident manager called saying that they had left because i wasn't there. so i called their suppose office and the same guy answered the phone. i explained the situation to him and he sent the guys back. when they got back i was waiting already and one of them said, that they had left because of their boss in the office had called telling them to move on to another job, when i had spoken to them when they got to the site. i told them that this isn't professionalism at all and that i was going to write a review on yelp as well. read more

I was watching ABC Channel 7 News when there was a segment on bee hive removal featuring All Valley Honey & Bee. i was so impressed with their knowledge regarding bee removal, I figured they would be able to get rid of a wasp's nest hive high up in a tree in my backyard that's been bothering me. They came out with a crane and removed the hive within 1 day and the situation was handled. Not only that, the price was reasonable considering they brought out a crane! After reviewing this website and seeing that they relocate bee hives, I decided to make an appointment. They arrived and informed me that they kill the honey bees and then remove the hive. I stated that that is not what I understood both viewing their website and speaking to an employee over the phone. I refused service and was charged $75! They came out when they told me, and they took care of the problem and put screen material in the vent, so the bee's would not come back. They gave me a three month guarantee. After having unsatisfactory experiences with several other companies over the years, on the recommendation of a neighbor, I had All Valley out to remove bees and honey from the wall of my house two years ago. The bees came back this spring and I called them out again. Their contract has a clear and prominently placed 3 year warrantee in the contract. They removed the bees and honey and repaired the wall all at no cost. I don't know where the other reviewer got the idea that they don't have a written warrantee. My two year old contract had it very clear and right up front. I am very happy with All Valley. read more
