affordable options, I would highly recommend ordering the tilapia with the additional sides i.e. tabbouleh or hummus.

Really disappointing experience…read more I placed a $200+ Uber Eats order for myself and guests on a Friday night, expecting a reliable dinner from a BBQ restaurant. Instead, I waited over an hour with no update. When I finally called the restaurant to check on the order, I was casually told that it had been cancelled because they ran out of food. The problem is that no one bothered to notify me. No message in the app, no call -- nothing. I was simply left waiting for over an hour for an order they apparently already knew they couldn't fulfill. What made it worse was the attitude on the phone. The person I spoke with was rude and dismissive, with no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Now I'm told the refund could take up to 10 business days to return to my credit card. Running out of food happens. Ignoring a $200+ order for over an hour on a Friday night and then being rude to the customer is unacceptable. Plenty of better BBQ options in the city -- I won't be ordering from here again.

I think they are going for the back yard cookout theme- a bunch of guys at the back working the slow cooker. It smells like a bbq, slow and smoky. Overall a decent place but no parking. The Main Street streetcar does stop right in front.

We came here on a Thursday night with high expectation for authentic Lebanese food. The place…read morelooked the part - regulars idling about outside, a constant stream of takeaway with delicious smelling meats, and groups of families and friends enjoying their evening in the messy yet homely sit down restaurant. Unfortunately I left with a strong sense of disappointment. We ordered beef shawarma that was dry and dull (though I concede that if we had gotten the house made hot sauce it would have likely been fire), and then ordered two skewers of shrimp with some sides. The seafood is served from a secondary restaurant to the beef/ chicken one - and though they didn't seem incredibly busy, we waited 45 minutes for two skewers! The more frustrating aspect was that I definitely saw people order and receive their food before me. When I asked, I was told that people had preordered food before coming, and while that may be the case I refuse to believe that two skewers took 45 minutes. I would have understood if someone told me they forgot about my order or they had a problem with the kitchen, but none such explanation happened. They didn't even apologize and the cashier seemed to actively avoid me, and instead busied herself by chatting with friends or cleaning up the odd table. In the end we only received the food after we actively started to leave without it. If there was a friendlier service experience I would go back and give them a second chance, but the cashier's attitude really put me in a bad place. I hope that this was a one off especially since they seem to have such a loyal clientele.

Sujuk shawarma bowl: the sujuk shawarma was more tender & moist than sujuk. It was a generous meat portion & moist & tasty. The flavour profile being different to shawarma was nice too. The sauces were very generous. Garlic sauce was pretty garlicky & Ghadir sauce was sweet but didn't seem to have character. Both were very creamy. The fries were fresh & seemed to be Cavendish fries.

Decided to have lunch here on a Saturday afternoon and I was very pleased!…read more The quality of the meats were amazing - they were tender and very flavourful. The banchan were very good and we were able to get refills on them which is always a plus when going to KBBQ. The dining experience is interactive, with staff providing grilling assistance to ensure guests cook their meats properly. The ambiance is stylish and modern, making it a great spot for date nights and group dining. Also a plus is they do validate parking if you've parked in the garage! I highly recommend trying this restaurant out if you're a KBBQ lover. Definitely will be coming back!

High quality, great service, pricey, but worth the dime!…read more A premium Korean bbq spot that is worth the hype and price tag. It's dry aged meats so you can expect the pricing to be higher than other Korean bbq's. The service was top notch with servers coming to check in with us throughout our meal. The food was amazing here and the quality of their meats is definitely the highlight. Here's what we got: Yukhoe (raw beef tartare) 5/5 - So fresh, so delicious and a must get appetizer. Pairs perfectly with the sweet pear slices and delicious crisps. Cold Noodle Soup 5/5 - Chewy noodles with a cold broth that is the perfect carb and contrast to the bbq meats. Refreshing and delicious. Heritage No Name 5/5 - Such bang for buck in my opinion. $25 for 240g of this premium heritage pork. When cooked, there was no porky flavour at all, it got so brown when cooked that it almost looked like beef. A must get! Marinated bone-in short rib 5/5 - This was so good and was one thick piece of short rib. My favourite meat of the night for sure. Like all Korean bbqs, this spot also serves a variety of banchans and kbbq comes with a complimentary soup that I thought was the best compd soup ever (compared to all other kbbq places). I loved this restaurant and can't wait to be back! A must try that is worth all the hype.

The large bowl comes with 2 lbs of meat, it was a lot! The curry goat is as pretty flavourful and quite tender, rice was just average. Loved the choice of toppings and I particularly enjoyed the sweet potato and pineapple/sweet corn salsas. The Carribean aioli was fantastic and full of spice and flavours, as you would imagine. Will definitely come back to try their sandwiches and jerk chicken in the future.

Our…read moreclients took us here as we were the out of towners and wanted to show us the OG spot for the famous lobster tower. The restaurant was surrounded in tanks full of lobster, crab, seafood and then a ton of dry aged steaks. Definitely something you don't see in California. Clean and spacious. Service was what you would expect from a Chinese seafood restaurant. Overall the meal was good, for me and a few others at the table the star of the show was actually the fish. The lobster while impressive when they brought it out was not as flavorful as one would have expected. And same with the king crab legs - my favorite have been the ones I've had in SF. Was interesting to come and experience it but I wouldn't come back. I prefer quality food over an IG-moment.

The establishment is famous for its iconic, towering mountains of deep-fried Hong Kong-style lobster and giant Alaskan king crabs.Without a doubt, the food is exceptional. The seafood is extraordinarily fresh--pulled straight from massive surrounding glass tanks--and prepared to absolute perfection with their signature Maggi sauce and garlic toppings. However, the major downside here is the notoriously slow and chaotic service. Due to the massive crowds, servers can be hard to flag down, orders take a long time to arrive, and the staff often feels rushed or inattentive. Despite the frustrating wait times and subpar service, the spectacular flavors and theatrical presentation make it a worthwhile destination for patient seafood lovers.Watch the massive lobster towers being prepared and served fresh at this iconic spot
