This place is great. The price is very fair, free chips and salsa, and good portion sizes. Service was also excellent, and you can see where they're cooking, so you know it's being made fresh to order. The only thing that would make this place any better is if they had a liquor license! We came in and seated ourselves; we were greeted warmly right away by our server. The decor is cute and modern with bright colors and has a good vibe. The menu is really interesting - there are a lot of good items on it and it was hard to choose! I was really tempted by the birria ramen - I may have to come back just to try that. I like that they have traditional Mexican/Tex Mex food as well as wings, burgers, and salads. Anyone would be happy eating here. To start, the chips came out hot and freshly fried and the salsa is nice and mild with a lot of tomato flavor. My Mom ordered the Ghost smash burger and I had the spice dusted wings. Both of those come with fries or tots, and we got fries. I also got a side salad with their southwest Caesar dressing, and it was really good. Topped with fresh tortilla strips and a decent amount of dressing - it wasn't overdressed, but I might get it on the side next time. Fresh and yummy. I really enjoyed the wings - they were a decent size and not overly breaded or frozen wing dings. These are legit chicken wings and I love the spice mixture as well as the delicious cotija ranch type dressing they come with. That's really good. My Mom's burger was also delicious - nice and hot with queso sauce and a fresh soft bun. A pretty perfect large burger. I will say that they're using frozen potato products, but with such a small workspace, I can see why that's necessary. And I'm not mad at it - the prices are very reasonable, and they came out hot and crispy with seasoning on them, so they're definitely decent. We'll be back every time we're in Pontiac! Nice Taco restaurant. For my first visit here I ended up getting the Street Taco Platter of three taco's, where I chose the AL Pastor, Barbacoa and Pollo Asado taco's. These taco's were authentic Mexican style taco's served with doubled up corn tortilla's, with seasoned meat (able to mix and match the meat of your choice) , onions, cilantro and a lime slice. Ingredients were fresh and meat was cooked to perfection although I felt it need a bit more of a flavor pop through some amped up seasoning (minor gripe). Beside the three taco's, gratis chips and salsa were also served with the meal which were very good and the favorite part of the meal for me. Relative to the facility and staff, the Facility itself is clean and bright with a bit of a spartan/utilitarian feel to it where there is both indoor and outdoor seating which is definitely a plus. Relative to staff, my server was very prompt and very friendly and had good follow up throughout the meal and appears to be a strength of this business. Nice! Overall I was quite pleased with my initial visit to this business and will definately be looking to dine here again the next time I am in the area. read more

When I was here, they did not sell alcohol unfortunately.. but the service was nice. The ambiance was cool as well just small. The prices are average, it is right by Trinity hospital. The food was just okay I had the Birria tacos and it wasn't nothing spectacular. But I will go back again because of location. read more

I finally got a chance to stop by and try some tacos. The 1st time I came I got the steak tacos and they were so good and flavorful. They're just the right size so you get full off of eating 3 of them. I came by a 2nd time and got a steak, chicken and shrimp taco. My favorite being the steak and chicken because they season them so well. The meat is cooked perfectly and not dried out. The chicken taco lacked flavor which is odd because how do you season the steak and shrimp but put nothing on the chicken? I'd come back, they have a whole menu of other dishes to try. They're usually pretty empty when I come so service will always be fast. I recommend checking them out. My 1st and 2nd experience were good. read more

bright clean interior with modern decorations, easy to get to right off of Woodward. Friendly greeting as soon as I came in the door quick table service. Lots and lots of gluten-free options on the menu. Today I had the Cally chicken tacos with beans and rice and a strawberry cucumber blended drink that was so good. I ordered another one to go. They got a great name, they got the right decor, but they left a lot to desire on the food. The chips and salsa were good and the server was very nice and helpful, but the entrees that came out were all extremely lackluster. All 3 meals had flavorless meat that looked more freezer burned than cooked. The cotija cheese that topped everything tasted a bit turned/sour and the guacamole was possibly green a few days ago. For my experience this evening, this place is a good candidate for Gordon Ramsey's Restaurant Rescue. Me and my friend came here right as they opened, and it was amazing service off the bat, the young lady in there was super nice and accommodating. The food took a little bit of time but that was excepted with how early we came, and our server gave us free coffee and chips and salsa for the wait. Ghost has claimed the restaurant location at South Boulevard and Woodward, and it's a welcome addition. I've now eaten at Ghost half a dozen or more times, trying different items from a Mexican + eclectic menu. What's clear in every dish is that they've thought about how they want to prepare the flavors and experience. In a sea of Mexican restaurants that offer bland copies of standard dishes, I found Ghost's offerings to be flavorful and often different in unexpected ways. For example, a standard order of cheese enchiladas was different than any I've had before. And then there are the unexpected items that pop up on the menu, like a chimichurri steak at dinner, which was a nice option if you're in the mood for something that might be viewed as Mexican fare adjacent. My daughter and I stopped by after driving past admiring the cool signage. We decided to have lunch and what a great find! The young man that greeted us was very friendly and nice. We sat down to a basket of the most delicate chips and 2 different salsa's. Yum! We couldn't even decide on an entree as there were so many delicious choices. We both ordered taco's, I know, you are thinking "boring" but they were amazing and the best we have ever had! I had the fish and my daughter had the coconut shrimp. The gentleman on a business trip behind us was from Mexico and said it was the best he has in a long time. We will be back for a entree dinner in the next few days!
