CZ Custom Shop in 3 weeks time transformed my CZ 75-B into a brilliant shooting firearm. They replaced and polished the internals with a full trigger job, new sights and zero'd it in absolutely perfectly. The trigger weight pull is about half of what it was and it's ridiculously smooth. So bad experience with them for the first time ordering online. I ordered some magazines from them and give difference billing add and shipping add that without any problems when I order from any other online business like Amazon, mcarbo,. When they sent me an email informing that my order was "suspended fraud" because of difference of billing and shipping add. I replied and told them the reason and wait. Almost one month past I went back and check my order which was still "suspended fraud"! I wrote an email again and explained one more time why my billing add is different from shipping and tell them if they don't want accept my order they can cancel it. Then they just CANCEL my order! I purchased a CZ Custom P-01. When I received it the rear sight fell off the gun the first time I racked the slide. The barrel is marked CAI, Georgia VT which I assume to mean Century Arms International. The front tritium sight was barely visible in low light. I reached out to them and was offered a return shipping label so they could 'fix' the gun. I already paid close to $1500 with shipping and taxes and transfer fee. It should not need fixing. I chose not to send it back to them. I have replaced the sights with other tritium sights. I reached out to CZ-USA about the barrel and was told CAI does not make CZ parts. I reached out to CAI and was told the same thing. CZ Custom would not explain it either other than offering to 'fix' the gun. An expensive lesson learned. However, my Shadow 2 Orange from CZ-USA is perfect. read more

Currently having issues on the base plate of CZ SP 01 tactical magazine. Called in spoke to Stuart, he was friendly and helpful. Dipped by to pick up +10 springs met Stuart in person and was a nice guy. I am planning to have some modifications done on my gun and heard about a company out of state that does excellent work and then found out about CZ Custom and they also are excellent. These are the 2 best companies in the country. We are lucky to have CZ Custom ( Super Reputable Company) right here in the Valley. (Side Note: for some of the bad reviews) I try to be nice guy as much as possible but I have my moments when I am not so friendly. No one is perfect! I think we can all agree that being good at something does not give you the right to be obnoxious. Sometimes we incorrectly perceive an offense or we might be a little impatient and be easily offended. I am in control of me and I can choose to let other people effect the way I feel, but I refuse to. Anyhow, I am done preaching. Poor Customer Service I purchased parts for my CZ75 SP-01 and had issues with the (Reach Reduction Kit) I called and left voice mail - no call back Sent an email - no response Literally had to go to Facebook and message someone for help. Finally got help and was told to email specific individuals, after 1-2 lazy response meaning, they barely answered the question and had no motivation to help much less even follow up, forget customer service going above and beyond, It can't even be qualified as customer service. If you know what you need in terms of parts, they do ship fast. But if you have questions or concerns or not sure if the part or item is what you need, go to Cajun Gun Works or CZ-USA if you can. read more

I bought some custom CZ grips and the checkering was too rough, the tips too sharp and made my hands bleed. So i went back to the shop and said give me a refund or tell me how to solve the issue. The owner who claims to be a CZ gunsmith told me to just buy another grip. So I figured if i got a file with fine edges I could just file the sharp points down. it took a few weeks while watching TV, but the end result was a smooth grip. ANY first year gunsmith could have know how to do this, and the fact this guy didn't confirms what I have heard--he doesn't know much. I have also talked to him at national gun trades and he doesn't seem to know much. And this store doesn't seem to have anything in stock. Yet the national CZ company uses him as a rep for custom work and other stuff I don't get it. But if you like CZ stuff you should still visit the store they do have some good stuff if in stock but I will never let him work on my gun read more

Purchased a P10c from this shop as they were the only ones in town who had one and these guys clearly don't care much about their customers and rely on being the only game in town for CZ. Example one: When I purchased I asked about adding some of their own after market sights. I asked if they'd install and they said they would but it may be several days before they "could get around to it." Several days to install simple handgun sights..... Example two: Found out they were selling an aftermarket trigger for the P10 and after seeing they were sold out, called to see when they were expecting a restock. I spoke to the same guy who sold me my gun (thick New York accent) and he said they were sold out. I asked when they were expecting more in and he said he wasn't sure with a very indifferent tone. I asked if it would be a couple weeks vs couple months and he said "yeah maybe one of those." The dude is just a dick and I've seen other reviews commenting the same. Train this dude or promote him to customer. I don't know if they are so busy they don't have to care but I will gladly send my CZ guns out of state for service rather than ever deal with someone who cares so little about earning/retaining my business. read more

Over the past 2 years I have dealt with the CZ Custom several times and I guess it is finally time to write a review. I've gotten to know Robert, Stuart and Tyrone and have always found them to be accommodating in every way. What has motivated me to write the review today is the way my visit went down today. My main competition firearm is my CZ SP01 Accu Shadow. While cleaning it today I noticed that the rear sight had a broken pin and was just flopping around. It was just a pin that has to be pushed out and another one pressed in. A 5 minute job tops! After getting pretty much blown off my one of my regular gunsmiths I decided to make the trek down to Mesa and was resolved to wait my turn in line for the repair. I figured I would be out my CZ for a month or so. I arrived at the Custom Shop and was buzzed in with my pup. I explained what was wrong and they took the ball and ran with it for a touchdown! The broken pin was jammed in and they couldn't get it out. They had to remove the rear sight to work on it further. The 5 minute job went to 10 and 15, then 20 minutes. They finally came out and told me they couldn't extract the pin and want to replace the rear sight. At this point I had no choice since I had no rear sight. Once replaced I would have to re-sight in the gun. I told them Ok. Another 10 minutes went by and still no gun. Then Tyrone came out with my gun and a test target. They replaced the sight and zeroed it at 10 yards. When I asked them how much I owed them, they told me not to worry about it. I couldn't let it go like that so I made sure I gave them enough money to at least buy a couple of pizzas and lunch is on me... Thank you very much. CZ is a great firearm and the CZ Custom Shop is the place to deal with. Customer service is the name of the game and I have never had a bad experience here. read more

I recently ordered a Blade tech DOH from CZ Custom and was thrilled with them. Outstanding customer service, not just and automatic email response but also a personal Email from Zoe letting me know my order was being processed and shipped. The item was in stock as advertised, that sounds like a given but a lot of times especially with holsters they don't actually have them in stock, they place an order with the supplier after they get your money. I bought Czech Mate CZC Multi Optic Side Scope Mount for cz75 sport orange - this mount plate not steel, its from aluminium. not fit exactly vortex venom and not fit ADE red dot sight - rear pins different size from front .also if you want used thumb rest you need buy longest bolt 13.5mm long( not included )also pins I need only 2 included but I need 4 .and I ask cz custom team to send this 2 long bolts and 2 pins - I send 2 e-mail never respond . poor service read more

A little hard to find, but worth it if you have a CZ and need parts or service. Look for the name Ghost Products, not CZ Custom above the door. These people really know CZ products and how to work on them. Their prices are also pretty good. Not the lowest, but their customer service is excellent! I purchased a CZ 75 Compact SDP online. Then it was received it had two dot sights rather than the three dot sights described on the CZ website. The front sight is barely visible in a dark room or outdoors at night. The trigger which was suppose to be part of the custom package was gritty. I contacted CZ immediately and was told that I'd have to talk to The Custom Shop who did the work. It took several phone calls and emails but was finally contacted by Stuart. Stuart told me that I'd need to send the gun to them and there would be a cost for replacing the sights. Factoring time lost, cost of shipping I'd been better off to have a local shop do the work. Also, when you pay an extra $700 for a gun you'd expect that they would do better work and attempt to take care of their customers with a little more concern. At this point my advice is to buy the CZ 75 Compact and have the sights and trigger work done by a local reputable gun smith. read more

Don't call because all you will get is a voice message telling you the specials, don't leave a message because they don't call back. They leave email addresses you can email them at, but don't email all of them because I got yelled at for that too. Oh, and they double charged me and I've left two VM and 3 emails and not one peep back and this is 24 hours after I sent the original email. Oh, and I ordered the gun with 3 magazines and they sent me 18 rounders (illegal in NJ) when the order said it would ship with 10 rounders. So I couldn't get the magazines with the gun, but they said they will exchange them, overall a great gun but not a great experience. read more

Contacted them over an upgrade they did for me a year ago. Long story short it cost me nothing to get it repaired and they exceeded my expectations on the length they went to to make it right. I give it four stars instead of 5 because after contacting them on the problem I got zero communication from them. Had it not been from fedex emailing me I wouldn't have any idea when it was shipped back to me.
