Pho was very flavorful and egg rolls were super good. Great price point too so definitely stop by.

This place is my favorite pho place because the dipping sauce is just so good. The orange sauce is everything when it comes to viet food for me, only sad news is they dont have viet pancakes.

The food was consistent in quality and taste; same as last time. Service has improved a lot. Came here for lunch and street parking was not a problem.

Four years ago my husband took me to this restaurant for our first date. He said it's his go-to restaurant. And since then till now we still think they have the best spring-rolls. And the RiceRoll with shrimp too, has to use the peanuts sauce otherwise it's too plain

AMAZING Food, great service. Only had one experience that did not go well, I ordered the Iced Lemonade and when I revived it, there was something floating on top. But they gladly made a new one right away. Love the Gia Lam special which is Grilled porkchop, chinese sausages, over easy egg : ) NOM SO DARN GOOD and I added the egg crab patty on the side:) must try and also their Beef Cubes and fried rice is a popular item. A lot of ppl raved about it and I tried some from my cousin and I must say it's flavorful. MUST TRY if you're around the area:) PORK CHOP is BOMB.com !!

This was a first time experience of having pho in Brooklyn and I didn't expect much. The reviews seemed good so my grandma and I decided to try it out. We were seated, not asked what to drink. The waiter gave my grandma hot tea and water for me. Not sure who ordered these to be honest. We ordered pho. Mine was alright. The broth was definitely watered down and lacking in flavor. Pretty skimpy on the brisket even if it was 7 dollars. The problem came when my grandma got her seafood pho (beef broth FYI). It came with assorted vegetables, the carrots were sour. The only seafood thing about the soup was 2 shrimps. 2! The only thing that stopped this from being a one star is that they took it back and brought her another seafood pho. This time containing 2 squid pieces, one fish ball cut in half, one shrimp (guess cause she ate the two from before), and a 1/3 crabstick. Easily became the worst pho place I been too (no exaggeration) and I been to a lot in a wi assortment of places.

Pretty solid Vietnamese restaurant in Brooklyn Chinatown. The main room is pretty spacious, with a TV way at the back by the kitchen, and wooden panels that give it a cabin-like appearance. Not amazing by any means, but certainly above average for this part of town. The spring rolls are really delicious; nice and crispy, they pack a lot of flavor. Not sure what the filling is, but these babies are really tasty. We tried two different pho. My seafood pho (#19 on the menu) was actually disappointing. The broth was tasty, and the noodles nicely chewy, but most of the seafood ingredients were of the pre-made variety: fish balls and crab meat sticks, plus two pieces of cuttlefish, and two shrimp. What I like better of this pho, in the end, were the vegetable bits (bamboo and mushrooms in particular). The classic Pho Dac Biet (#9 on the menu) was a lot better. Stick with the classics and you won't be disappointed.

Not a big fan of the food but it really has to do with my tastes. My family seem to love the spring rolls there and they are always keen on the soup noodle dish. Me, I would prefer Ramen. Small establishment and for the life of me, I don't know why the phones always appear to lose signals whenever we are there. I would like to explore the menu a bit more to provide a more comprehensive report.

The aunties are mentioned often in other reviews, and that's because they're amazing. They'll gladly explain what you need, especially when it comes to the super tasty (and extremely inexpensive) deserts that populate racks and the drink fridges here. Some are sweet, some are sour (the deserts, that is), they'll let you know. Honesty since a cake here is $5, you can afford to try everything! How on to the main reason that you came, the Banh Mi. You literally can't go wrong with any of the eight main sandwiches here. I've tried them all so you don't have to, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't. The bread is crispy, the ingredients are super fresh, and the tastes combine perfectly. The decor is perfect for this kind of spot. No frills. There are three tables and a bunch of chairs. It's exactly what I want in a takeout type place. They concentrate on the food. So, to wrap this one up. Go. I'd say that I'll be back, but I've been coming here for years. If you haven't, it's time to start.

All four dishes were delicious, and I would highly recommend the spring rolls and beef pho. The beef pho broth had deep flavor, and the noodles had a great, chewy texture and were different from the typical pho noodles in Vietnamese restaurants. The pho is also served with their homemade sriracha and hoisin sauce. The beef slices in the pho were a bit dry and overcooked, but I would still recommend you try the pho here; it was delicious. The spring rolls were big and packed with filling. We really enjoyed them! The fish lettuce wrap platter and pork skewer platter were exactly the same with the exception of the protein. The platters come with rice paper wrappers that you dip into water for 30 seconds, lettuce, mint, basil, cilantro, pickled radish and carrot, and cucumbers. The platters were good but also seems like something you can easily make yourself at home. The fish was a bit dry and overcooked, but the pork skewers were well made. Although I really enjoyed the food here, it wasn't special enough for me to want to return to dine here. Service: Service was excellent, and staff were friendly. At 5pm, we were the first party of 2 to arrive, and soon after, three other parties came after us. I'm not sure why the hostess chose to seat all four parties in one small corner of the restaurant while the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. Tables were placed very closely together, and seating was a bit tight. It seemed odd to seat everyone in one corner even when the restaurant was clearly not filling up. Ambiance: The ambiance and decor is lovely here. Seating is very comfortable, and the place is beautiful. It's well-lit and has a nice outdoor garden feel with plenty of sunlight. The restaurant is pretty big with tables for both small and large groups. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant!

I got the pho which I feel like it's a 3/5. The noodles were good, bouncy and chewy. Other than that, I feel like the price is too high to justify the meat and the broth. The broth and meat feels like I could get this elsewhere for $15 max but the price doubled here. I'm sure there are other dishes that are good, but this review is only for the pho.
