Another great experience at this restaurant! We went for happy hour and this time sat at the bar. Excellent service from the two bartenders. Once again enjoyed the cute Italian-inspired ambiance and delicious food and drinks. Really loved the Penne and Meatball items on the happy hour menu, along with the Parmesan Broccoli from the regular menu. Also loved the Instant Crush and The Hustle (both cocktails from the happy hour menu) which were refreshing and tasty, not too-sweet. It was Monday so we also were offered the Nonna's Dinner menu (pictured) which looked delicious so we'll have to come back for that!

We came in Saturday for their brunch. We made a reservation as it seemed it was hard to get in because many reservation spots were booked, but the restaurant was not very busy. The food was very hit or miss. The shrimp were ginormous and delicious. I had the omelet it was good but missing ham, so there was no meat in it just cheese and eggs. The prosciutto was absolutely delicious as well. I am gluten free so everything I ordered was good on a cooked level (not burnt) My parents on the other hand .... Everything was burnt. The avocado toast ... burnt Eggs Benedict ... burnt Chicken and waffle, you guessed it ... black (I'd say worse than burnt. Some things were good, but over all disappointed in the food quality especially as everything was made to order. The wait times for food seemed very long as well. I was expecting a wait as it was all made to order but they seemed extremely long. Last call for food was also 2:25, that was not stated on the website or told to us beforehand. I'm glad I booked our reservation early enough (1:15) any later I think we would have ran into an issue.

The best garlic bread I've ever had. $25, also the most expensive.

Don't be fooled by the 4.4 star rating. I have no idea how they maintain such a high rating. Almost everything about this restaurant was mediocre at best. There were two exceptions. The service was outstanding, personable and attentive. As well as it should be since there were maybe 4-5 tables being occupied at 7:30 on a Thursday when many other restaurants we wanted to go to were fully booked. Red flag. Second, the garlic bread at $25. Insanely overpriced but OMG! So good. Seriously amazing. I ordered the Beef Tartar app, $29. Actually a very large portion with good flavor, but nothing outstanding about it. For an entree I had the stuffed chicken parmesan, $50. Huge portion of very dry, luke warm chicken with an incompetent Marinara sauce that surely came directly from a can. The stuffing was unmelted slices of cheese that required a knife to cut through. We would have been better off at Olive Garden or similar chain restaurant. The wife's app, an Arugula salad $21(a massive portion) was so dry, lacking even a slightest hint of lemon vinaigrette as suggested by the menu. It was like eating a handful of plain arugula. I felt like a rabbit on a salad farm. We informed our server of our dissatisfaction and he immediately offered to remove it from the bill. The unsettling part was when we were told, " Yeah, that salad can be hit or miss". Her entree, a Bolognese $44, was tasty but lacked the depth of flavor you would expect from a quality Italian restaurant. Average! The Pinot Noir wine we were served, $25 glass was awful. If I had paid $10/bottle at a local grocery store I would have felt ripped off. If they are going to charge those prices the wine should at least be palatable. Final comment, the music selection being blaired over sound system was entirely inappropriate for an Italian restaurant.

We've been to the brunch several times, and it's become one of our first-day traditions whenever we visit Las Vegas. The oysters have always been delicious. Ironically, I got sick after this last trip, but I usually eat a dozen on my own, so that certainly hasn't stopped me from coming back! The base brunch is reasonably priced, especially if you skip the specialty items. There is an upcharge for dishes like fish and steak & eggs, but I think the regular brunch offers great value. That said, the food has been a bit inconsistent during our last few visits. At one point, the chicken and waffles were my favorite dish. Unfortunately, on this visit the waffle was overcooked and didn't have the same flavor or texture I remembered. The standout this time was the carbonara--it was excellent. For dessert, the cheesecake and tiramisu are an additional $10 each. The cheesecake was absolutely worth it. Everyone at our table loved it. The tiramisu, however, was just okay, and none of us finished it. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff has always been friendly and attentive. One tip: order everything you think you'll want early. If you wait until you've finished one course before ordering the next, you may end up waiting quite a while, which has happened to us on more than one occasion. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Planet Hollywood. A small detail, but worth mentioning--the restrooms are exceptionally clean and much nicer than the general Planet Hollywood restrooms. Overall, despite some inconsistency in the food recently, it's still a brunch we enjoy.

This place was AMAZING! Let me start with our server EDWARDO! He was a freaking ROCK STAR! He knew that menu so well and explained every dish as if he were composing a theatrical play. That being said..... The Food!! The garlic bread was the best I have ever had in my LIFE,, and I have eaten ALOT of garlic bread! The salmon was so good! The chicken parmigiana and sea bass was also great. Everything I ate was like a party in my mouth. Food was great. Service was Awesome! I have no complaints and definitely recommend this place.

We were craving Italian food and this place has great reviews. It's on the 2nd floor of Planet Hollywood with a very cool and spunky vibe. However, everything fell pretty short especially at the price point it was at. The veal meatballs were the best with a great crunch on the outside with a gooey cheese. The fries were recommended by the server but was extremely average. The chicken parm was very dry. The carbonara was good but a little too thick and dense in flavor to the point you get sick of it. Unfortunately, I do not plan on coming back.

There's a lot of pricey places on the strip, but this one was one of my favorites. Everything tasted good and service was exceptional! We started off with drinks: Cafe Paradiso (their version of an espresso martini. Not overly sweet and perfect espresso flavor.), instant crush, and La granita. For apps, we got: half dozen oysters (tiny but fresh), veal meatballs (so tender), and the pull apart garlic bread. The meatballs and bread were highly recommended by our server. Excellent! Would definitely order both again. For entrees, I wanted to go lighter since I was going to be on a flight in a few hours. I got the bone marrow as my meal. Delicious, tender, flavorful. I loved it! My friends got pastas: rigatoni, bolognese, spaghetti carbonara. We also shared steak fries and roasted broccoli. Yummmm!! They had dessert too, so we shared the tart. Honestly, one of the best experiences I had from beginning to end. Can't wait to come back here! It was a hot day but the patio would be beautiful on a cooler day. Service is also great. Our server was really nice. Gave us a rundown of the menu. They made sure we had refills on water, checked on us a lot if we liked the food or needed more drinks. Had a really great time here!

Came here for the AUCE brunch on Sunday morning (4/19) we were seated quickly, and had a great seat on the patio overlooking the strip. Our servers Brian and Reese were great from the start, offering to take some photos of us. We started off with the bottomless mimosas and the cheesy garlic bread which was amazing!! I'm sure they try to fill you up on bread so you might eat less of other things but it was delish. Some other favorites were the oysters, tuna arancini, spicy pasta, chicken and waffles, and the tiramisu French toast. Overall a really great experience and great food, worth a visit!

What a great meal! We had heard about their famous garlic bread, so we were sold. Celebrating 10 years and wife's 40th for our trip to Vegas, Caramella's did not disappoint! Started with some Red wine and THE BEST GARLIC BREAD! So cheesy, and crispy, but soft. I preferred the pesto, my wife the red sauce, but both were delicious. We also did the veal meatballs, which were good, but by the time we were done, we regretted 2 apps lol I had the Carbonara, she got the spicy penne vodka, with no spice. Ended with Tiramisu and a complimentary scoop of coffee Gelato. The tiramisu left a litte to be desired, BUT paired with the Gelato was very good. Armando, our server, was excellent. The girl working with him, missed her name, was great as well. Overall, everything was excellent. We liked it so much that we came back for drinks at the speakeasy, which was awesome! The DJ chick was Rockin! Playing some 90s/00s bangers! We would definitely come back again next time in Vegas. Check them out!

I came here for date night and the food was incredible. Our server, Isaac, was knowledgeable, friendly and had the perfect recommendations. Our cocktails were so fun and all the dishes were a mix of wonderful flavors. The speakeasy is a romantic vibe for after dinner drinks.

If looking for great Italian food, Caramella is the place to visit. The food taste great from appetizers to the main course. You must try the warm garlic cheese bread with marinara and pesto sauce. The Calamari was delicious. I had the rigatoni and ravioli. Both dishes were excellent in flavor and presentation. Besides the friendly and clean atmosphere, the service was top notch. Bradford our server was friendly and helpful with questions we had for him about the food offerings. Before leaving , you must go into the speakeasy located at the candy shop area. The unique drinks in there are great. The staff are friendly in there also.

We pulled up for an early dinner at 4pm like the organized queen that I am and basically "bought out" the place with our presence. Four tables total? I love a private dining experience without the private dining bill. Instant royal treatment. After a full day of... Vegas decisions, I needed recovery, not regret. Enter hot jasmine tea, which quite literally brought me back to life. 10/10, highly recommend making one good choice after several questionable ones. My ex (don't ask, I clearly make some poor decisions) and I shared a salad with a rosemary honey mustard vinaigrette that was fresh, light, and doing emotional repair work. Then came the main event: filet mignon, lamb chops, and asparagus. Everything was great, but the lamb chops? Tender, flavorful, and easily my favorite. Honestly... better than most of my Hinge dates. But let's talk about the real highlight. Armando. The server. Not the ex. Armando made the entire experience. You ever sit across from your date and think... wow, I chose the wrong person at this table? Yeah. That was me. The personality, the service, the charm... my ex could learn a few things from Armando. 10/10 would come back. Next time I'm upgrading my reservation to "table for one... and Armando."

As a Las Vegas local, I've done Caramella's weekend brunch in Las Vegas twice in the last 4 months, and it went from being one of the best in town to a cheapened up disappointment in less than 12 weeks. Since my last visit, several items have been removed or are now an upcharge (like the chicken parmesan). It's no longer the exceptional value it once was, and it's evident the kitchen is trying to cheapen the ingredients in an effort to charge more, give less, and save money. When restaurants do that, they never survive. Considering the price point and the hype around the venue, I'm sad that I can no longer recommend Caramella's weekend brunch. The space is undeniably stylish, but that's where most of the positives end. If you go, make sure you ask in advance to secure one of the coveted tables outside that overlook the Strip. It's great in nice weather, but the interior tables are fun too. The brunch itself feels more focused on atmosphere than actual food quality. Across the board, dishes were underwhelming, poorly executed, and nowhere near worth the cost. Portions were small, flavors were flat, and several items arrived lukewarm, which is pretty unforgivable for brunch classics. For what they charge, you expect something memorable, and this was forgettable at best. Sad boxed pasta with bland sauces? Stale bread topped with plain avocado? Oily spaghetti? I mean, come on. Do better! I was at least expecting homemade pasta at a swanky Italian joint. There are plenty of vegetarian options however, but I do wish more dishes were included. The brunch doesn't include dessert, for example. What? The saving grace is the absolutely delicious garlic cheese bread, and it is the star of the brunch. The problem is, you're paying a ton of money for bread. BREAD. Let that sink in. The last visit we opted for the all-you-can drink champagne (two hour limit). It was excellent quality and our server kept it flowing until we hit the two hour mark. Instead of just being honest and saying we hit our limit, he told us they had "run out of champagne." Dude, seriously? The four of us had only consumed 3.5 bottles, so that just felt super tacky for him to say that. Service didn't help the situation. It was slow and disorganized, with long waits between ordering, drinks, and getting our food. Staff seemed overwhelmed or uninterested, and simple requests took far too long to be addressed. The whole experience dragged on in a way that made it hard to enjoy even the parts that were supposed to be fun. Overall, Caramella weekend brunch feels like a place designed for photos but not for actually eating or getting a decent value. With so many better brunch options in Las Vegas that deliver both atmosphere and quality, this one is easy to skip. Save your time, your money, and your appetite for somewhere that lives up to its price tag.

They also have some booth style seats which is great for parties because you can have a bit of separation. Our family personally loves the back semi-private dining room in the back. Calamari, portobello fries, truffle fries, and the sweet potato fries are always crowd favorites choices for apps. I love the portobello fries the most. I have had mostly brunch here but the menus are not limited to only the brunch menu. We love ordering savory foods and then ordering a sweet brunch item to share. All the pastas are good and have a big serving. I personally haven't ever had the same entree twice but everything has always taste good here. The one thing we really really love about this place is their affordability. You get big portions and it's not going to break your bank. Most entrees are $20 and under. You do not see that a lot anymore! Service is really nice but can be a little slow sometimes. We don't feel like it ruins the experience because we're spending time with family. We will definitely be back and back again.

We arrived at 5:05 PM, just five minutes after the restaurant opened at 5:00 PM. When we got there,…read morethere were already two customers sitting at the bar. We asked if we could also sit at the bar, but the host told us it was closed. He even went to ask the bartender since there were already people seated there, but the bartender said no because the bar was closed. This was very confusing. If the bar was truly closed, why were two customers already sitting there? If there was a specific reason, it should have been explained instead of simply turning us away. The inconsistency made us feel unwelcome and gave us a poor first impression. I hope management can improve communication and provide a more consistent experience for future guests.

They will customize any of their dishes.. example. I ordered the sausage and peppers, added pasta, and veggies to it. They didn't just add more peppers or onions, added mushrooms, asparagus, carrots, I'm sure more. So good! Wife had the salmon, loved it. Aunt had shrimp scampi, loved it. Pasta is made fresh there. Wish I got a pizza.. maybe next time: the service was awesome, professional, funny , engaging. Will definitely go back!

The mozzarella sticks are unique. Cheese fried in a tempura batter, light and crispy. It was served with marinara but I liked it better with ranch. We shared a pepperoni pizza that was pretty solid. I had the beef rib ravioli in a mushroom cream sauce off the specials menu that was absolute heavenly. My family enjoyed the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti and meatballs and the risotto. You must try the butter cake with tiramisu ice cream. Totally decadent! The cheesecake was dry and had an artificial strawberry sauce. The servers were all excellent and friendly. Definitely going back soon.
