My family and I placed an order at 6:20 and requested it be delivered at 7:45, they said no problem. We called at 8:15 to see if they had an estimated time of when the pizza would arrive, they said they just left the store and it should be there shortly. Fast forward to 8:45 and we still haven't received the delivery, so we call back and they said that the driver just left five minutes ago, however they also told us that a half hour ago. They straight up lied and hadn't even made the pizza until we called at 815 and then lied when we called. They have the worst customer service in the area. Ordered the 12" BLT pizza. Sounds great on the website, it's a "specialty" pizza, "Bacon, tomatoes, and cheese melted together then topped with fresh lettuce". I was excited to try it! When I got home, and opened the box I couldn't believe the amount & size of the lettuce topping, huge pieces, so I pulled it off to chop & cut into smaller pieces. That's when I saw it - Lots of the lettuce was brown, wet and slimy . . . yes it was ROTTEN!! GROSS. I was shocked at the amount of rotten lettuce. The quality of the pizza has gone down considerably. I ordered a white pizza substituting mushrooms for the tomatoes. The mushrooms were canned, the crust was horribly oily and soft. It needs something to add flavor. The box was soaked with oil. read more

Great place to grab lunch. We usually call ahead and our food is ready when we get there. The lunch specials are a really good price. It's less than 9 bucks for a pizza and drinks with the lunch special. The pizza is usually not too greasy and the ingredients taste fresh. This is a weekly lunch spot for me. read more

I get a little nervous when I ask the hotel staff where I can order food from on a business trip. Are they actually good, or are they just paying kickbacks to the hotel? In Gianni's case, I got a pleasant surprise! With about 40 different wing flavor combos, I decided to go with the spicy buffalo jerk and their old bay wings, and they delivered! The wings were big, cooked perfectly, and impressively packed with flavor. The buffalo sauce got a bit greasy, but it seemed like they made the wing sauce with actual butter, so there is that. I also got a "small" salad, and I was impressed by just how big it was - the portion size could have easily been offered as a dinner salad. Moved into Bel Air last month; knew there were several pizza shops at the bottom of the hill and have been trying them all. Gianni's has been my favorite by far. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some dry old bay wings. Order was ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes as promised, and was hot and fresh. Pizza was great, lots of good cheese and sauce, seemed like very fresh ingredients. The wings were great, too. I'm excited to try some of their other flavors, although I know the old bay will be a favorite. Quick, cheap, and delicious pizza and wings, right down the hill from BelAir, I think this will be my go-to place. They have takeout and delivery, plus a decent sized dining room in the shop itself. The dining room isn't anything special, but would be a great place to sit down for a pizza with the family when you just need to get out of the house. read more

Pizza has hand tossed crust and they cook it thoroughly. Crust is not raw or greasy like some other places. That is worth an extra star in my review. Lunch specials give you plenty of food for the money. Calzone is good. read more

Walked in expecting a great pizza, however the staff ignored our presence. Cashier was talking on phone and never did say hello, welcome or asked us for our order!. She actually turned her back to us. There were 2 other men in the background and they also ignored us. About 1 minute of waiting we walked out. The place was empty so you cannot say it was busy! Every time I order from here my order is messed up. I have ordered the same thing for over a year now at least once a week. When I have called to have it fixed I have gotten hung up on and they are rude. Tonight I ordered 3 orders of celery with my wings and they only sent me one. No sense in calling because they don't care. There is no management in the store and when you ask for an owner's number they refuse. I did track the owners number down eventually but they did not return my call. Money down the drain every time. I have thrown away so much nasty food from them it is sad. Will never order again. I ordered the every day special. Mild wings with ranch, extra cheese on the pizza, and a 2 liter. The only thing enjoyable was the soda. I was told on the phone that it would be at least 30 minutes... an hour and a half later it was here. The wings were cold and so was the pizza, and no ranch. I dont know what happened to this place. My family had orderd pizza and hot wings with extra sauce and they were great! The young lady that took my order had suggested a special to me that saved me several dollars on my order.
