I placed my order through a 3rd party app called Slice and ordered a couple days ahead for pick up which is nice to be able to do. You also get points towards a free pizza and small discounts. I ordered the 28" pizza special that comes with 1 topping for $32.99. Even though for 1 topping, for as big as the pizza was, I thought it was a great deal. I wasn't expecting too much or to be wowed because you can't expect much when it's that price and for the size. Surprisingly it wasn't bad at all. It fed a lot of happy basketball kids. I could tell the ingredients were fresh because it was so good, not only to me but the whole family...it was a hit! There was enough to feed about 17 of us and even had some left over for everyone to take home. I called in to ask to put the tomato and basil only on one side for the little kids in my family and they gladly did. I arrived right on time and they had just taken my pizza out of the oven and I watched as they sliced it. Perfect timing. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need to feed a crowd. My son asked if we could go here more often too...we'll for sure make that happen. The guy that made these was slim with dark hair. Heard he is an owner and has proven not to give a damn! He's been caught sitting in his car during business hours, chilling, while the incoming calls are ignored. Opening hours are 10:00 am, and he has arrived at 11:30 and states to come later because he just arrived and it takes 40 minutes for ovens to heat up... UNBELIEVABLE! Been looking for a good pizza place here in Spring Valley, finally found one. I spoke to a woman on the phone who was obviously busy with other orders so she put me on hold, no problem. She kindly took my order of the 14" Alfredo pizza and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there exactly 15 minutes later and it was ready! It obviously is a family owned business since the young man who helped me at the counter asked his mom where my pizza was. The pizza was delicious! Since that was my first time there I didn't leave a tip, but I will next time. It's nice to see hard working family businesses give there best even during these hard times. Bought 2 giant sized pizzas. 1 special, 1 half pepperoni&half cheese. I ordered through yelp. Estimated delivery was suppose to be at 610pm, but I ended up getting it closer to 7pm.. But I still tipped& said whatever. I'd say it's up to par with pizza standards, my guests ate up everything! I ate it like hours later after it arrived, so I can't really voice my opinion on the freshness of it. Decided to try this place since it's so close to where we live. Very disappointed. The pizza seemed like day old pizza, the wings were hard and totally flavorless. The employee told us that the wings were double baked then fried and tossed Buffalo sauce............hhhmmmm no. So we ordered a plain cheese pizza and some cheese bread to go along with our home alone movie night the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I ordered the 28 inch hoping 1 would be ok for 3 kids and for my wife and I. Let me just say I had the funniest time getting this monster pizza in my tiny car! I was so happy with the pizza and the service. Right on time! I had about 8 (sizeable) slices my kids each at least 5 and my wife about 3 or 4 and we still had a lot of leftovers hahaha. Tried it once more and was again disappointed. The crust was a little chewy,I payed $4.50 extra for an additional topping and I barely seen anything. Literally like 10 pieces of pepperoni for a giant pizza. Also had Italian sausage and literally not much as well. Again super thin and barely any sauce. Was doing hard work on my home with some friends, and we ordered a large supreme pizza, salad, 2 liter soda, and cheesecake online, for delivery while we worked. Things were generally tasty, but hit a few issues. 1. They didn't have cheesecake available, and so my order got blocked after they called me and I was too busy to know for 15 mins. 2. Deliver took almost the double estimated time (1.5 hours vs. 45 mins), and we were given the wrong order (2 different pizzas instead of the one I said). I told the delivery driver up front, and she said "I don't think so..." and tried to get away. I went inside and confirmed it's the wrong order, then had to run after her to say so. They ultimately made good - gave us the pizzas that we didn't order, then delivered the one we did. So... it was overall a bit messy, and we were *starving*, but I appreciate the efforts to get things done right. read more

The pizza is absolutely fabulous with it's wonderfully delicious hint of garlic flavor that is somehow infused into the crust giving it this wonderful aroma and flavor that is seriously lacking at many pizza joints. They have this great special for a large 14" pizza (pepperoni or cheese w/o a limit on quantity) for only $5! Not a big you might say thinking of Little Ceaser's but ohh no, not the same quality at all. They don't have that same tacky chewy pizza dough and tasteless sauce with a sparingly amount of cheese like other joints. They pile on the flavor along with great customer service. Not in the mood for pizza... no problem! They also make salads, lasagnas and meatball subs to name a few. They deliver ($5 pizzas require a 3 pizza min) and do pick-up as well. Doesn't matter which way you order it because either way it will always be made fresh immediately after placing your order and ready to go in no time at all. Can't wait until you get home to eat it. Then sit at the table right outside or the one inside and ask for a paper plate, buy a can of soda and start eating. This place used to be the best pizza around (Lemon Grove/Spring Valley area), however things have drastically changed due to new ownership about (one year ago). My husband always calls the order in and waits the amount of time quoted before driving to pick up the order. The last four times, we have walked in and the pizza has not even been prepped yet! When we question why the pizza is not ready, we are met with a smirk and an arrogant attitude from a young kid who claims he is the owner. He always says it will be ten minutes more. I don't know about you, but I have better things to do with my time other than sit in the parking lot of a shady area, wondering if I will make it out alive. What's worse is that if we actually wait, the pizza is super dry and usually overcooked. The last owner's were friendly and customer service oriented. Horrible service F this place ! First off I've called this place 3 separate times , order pizza , they tell me how long it will take and hang up quickly before I can leave my name, they don't ask... AND every time I go in to pick it up they have no pizza ready! And say it will be 15 minutes longer and when I explain to them I called 20 minutes ago and placed a order they talk amongst each other in their foreign language and rudely reply with " No pizza ready , 15 minutes" . It never fails ... And to top it off the cooks are ALWAYS smoking outside they come in then cook . How Disgusting!!! I will never come here again !
