I'm used to seeing just the proprietor, but often I'll meet his staff who I find friendly, skilled, and diligent to their stations. I would love to say more but the proprietor is so humble that I don't know his name yet, just that Pita Pockets consistently cooks good food. Apparently, their Turbo pocket is original, and could be a good journalism scoop. Otherwise, they'd need food carts outside to keep up with much more traffic. Maybe someday there's a Turbo Trust passing down the restaurant? :)
