Never have I heard of this place, but when I got an invite I decided "why not? I heard it was reggaetón night?!" Cover charge before 10:30PM was 5$ on the list, so it wasn't bad. Music was POPPPPPIN as soon as you walk in.. servers all had a smile and pumping attitude regardless if you had a table or not. Drink prices were okay. Overall environment was very much "senoras in their 40-50s wanting to be 20" so be aware you'll have some hating eyes if you're on the younger side lol. I kept it friendly so I met a lot of friendly ppl. My only huge thumbs down was the.... BATHROOM (of course) dirty, smelly, and no toilet paper lol... honestly though, the music is gonna make me come back lol read more

I see many negative comments but I honestly don't see why . I went bar hopping with my husband and brother . We were walking down and heard music and saw it coming from giggles so we went in . I will say we were a bit shocked the price was $15 to get in but since we were having such a good nite we say who cares let's go . Other then the expensive charge to go in we had so much fun we danced non stop the dj played every single song we loved . We took shots and danced the nite away we will definitely be coming back . read more

came to see a cumbia band yet they haven't showed up. they keep saying they are coming at 11pm, nothing. Oh they are coming at 11:30pm, still nothing. People paid $60 regular price, $70 VIP for a DJ. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came in to end the night here. My boyfriend grew up in this area and hadn't been in a while. They're open for after hours but the bar was closed at 2. We tried taking a picture in front of the only mirror they had which was right outside the restroom and they flashed a flashlight directly in our eyes saying to move instead of politely saying that wasn't allowed or whatever the situation was. We then moved to a wall by the dance floor and they came back with the flashlight. Mind you there was multiple other people on the wall by us but they specifically came to us with a light in our face. I'll never be back here the $15 could've been spent anywhere else. Not only did this place sober me up but it left a bad taste in my mouth because this bouncer went out his way to ruin our night. read more

My girlfriend and I recently saw Los Hermanos Flores at this venue. The facility was fine but drinks were expensive and the line to enter was long and slow. But I'm really directing this review at the security guy with the very small man-bun atop his head... about the size of a dice. He was hardly working, instead dancing with and groping female customers. I really wouldn't care, but at one point late in the evening, my girlfriend and I were standing against the railing near the top of the stairs. Man-bun security guy decided to escort one of his female interests to the stairs. As if she needed her own personal escort, even though the path to the stairs was clear. He was grinding against her back side, waving his flashlight, and as he passed my girlfriend he reached out and ran his left hand across the front of her torso, from her left hip to her right hip, for a cheap feel. Completely inappropriate and obviously intentional. We won't be back. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the manager JOE offered me to sleep with him in order to get in...keep in mind I'm 21 he's in his late 60s... his security told me I could go in afterwords of course I kindly declined and walked away.. I would never recommend this club not even to my worst enemy... beware of joe and security !!!!!! read more

So worried about dress code. People came in hoodies, sneakers, exercise clothes, ripped jeans. Waited 30 minutes in line to enter as the free guest if you were registered online. DJ wasn't great. Nowhere to sit. Bottom floor never opened. So the top floor was so crowded I had a panic attack. Drinks pricey but good. Security was helpful. I danced as if I was a sardine in a can. Left after 2 hours. read more

I've only come to this place for latin singers' concerts, and I've always had a great time. The concerts are standing only for both VIP in front of stage and general admission in the back. It gets super packed when concert happened so I recommend you to buy your tickets in advance or get there early to buy your tickets; and get a good spot for videos and pictures. Drinks are on the strong side so I recommend you to take it easy on the drinks for concerts so you could actually enjoy and dance throughout it all. The DJ plays great music while waiting for the concert and after it. Concerts usually last for about 1hr or 1hr and a half. Everyone is really nice. There's always someone going around picking up empty cups and even servers if you want to order drinks without leaving your spot to go to the bars. Male sure you have cash on you though. Bouncers are nice and make sure everyone is behaving during concerts. I've never had a problem. I'll keep coming back for sure. read more

They say free before 10 o'clock. They fail to say that you have to call in order to get in for free. So you're forced to pay the $30 fee per each person person overpriced beer which a solo cup of beer is about $25 mixed drinks can go from $30 up which are poorly made. Dj. Dj music sucks what'd been better if they'd just played Pandora or spotify straight I would give it a lower rating But one is the lowest you can go I also feel that security is very aggressive. I would Recommend that you save your money and try another club read more

Horrific experience... We paid VIP for a rock en español show with Los prisioneros, they opened doors at 9PM. VIP was basically a couple of barriers to block people from going to the front by the stage. It was completely packed both in vip and In General, we couldn't even move without bumping or hitting people. Drinks were overpriced 11$ for a 12 ounce beer. For 2 and a half hours all everyone was doing was listening to music through YouTube on screens. The band didn't show up until 11:45pm ALMOST 3 HOURS AFTER DOORS OPENED! The band proceeded to play and you couldn't HEAR THEIR VOICES! After 30 minutes of playing the band got frustrated and left. People began booing and screaming to give them their money back. Then when I needed some fresh air because it was so packed, the owner follows me outside and starts talking to me with an attitude saying that there's no in and outs. We proceed to argue about it. He then kicks me out of the club, this club is completely overrated, the owner is completely out of his mind and greedy. The worst club I have ever been to, don't waste your money on this poor excuse of a club. read more

I have not been at this club in a while, and once I decided to come, I was highly disappointed! Although, the club has undergone some renovations, there are no chairs, stools, or places to sit on the street level floor. This is a calamity for the ladies, as they need to rest from time to time. There is not even an area where you can buy a bottle service. Stand up during the entire night is not that much fun. They should add chairs on the street floor level! The high volume of the bass does not allow to enjoy the songs. Whoever is the sound engineer is really bad! Also, the DJ plays too much Cumbia. Not a fan! read more

Definitely not a good place to go for a concert. Went to see ELVIS Crespo last night and left disappointed. It's a little room where they had this "concert." People were pushing and shoving because they want to dance as if they were on a big dance floor. I almost got kicked out for pushing someone back. I told the security guards the drunk grandmas ( they look like they were in their 40's) ... anyways the old ladies behind us kept bumping into us and spilling their drinks, the security guards didn't do anything about it. Like at least move them to an area in the back if they want to dance all crazy & it wasn't just us who they were bumping into, the lovely couple beside us suffered as well. The rude as security guard told us if we didn't like it to move cause they weren't gonna tell them anything. "They're allowed to dance however they want..." , he said. Well then I should be allowed to punched them if they keep bumping into me on purpose and spilling their drinks,and shouldn't get kicked out for it!!! ... Also, Their drinks were expensive af! 3 whisky & coke $41.00, Paid $26 for and adios and a sex on the beach. The adios was decent the SOB was ehhh (I've had better, for a better price too) Rude bartenders, rude securities, ratchet/drunk grandmas Will definitely not recommend this club to my family, friends and everyone else. Between this one & La Mirage, we'll definitely choose La mirage. read more

The security guards at this place aren't accomodating, unfortunately they made me feel in an unsafe environment. They don't have proper manners to be apart of society and aren't willing to change this, as condescending as they are they behave like police officers which they are not but which they were, however, they know that deep down their heart they can't be police officers without high school diplomas or papers so it will be hard on them. read more

So I've been to this nightclub many times before but this time I made it for a concert. I bought a so called "VIP " concert ticket thinking it was going to be easier to get seat for my mother. Little did I know was that once I arrived there were no more seats available (and that's that only about 20 people were here) I asked the one in charge a person named JOE well he very rudely told me he couldn't do anything regarding it not even giving me any options. What a regret it was to buy tickets here. Wow I can't believe what just happened I was using the restroom and some lady just started swinging at me(punching me! Out of nowhere!) worst place ever and security did nothing about it!!! I still can't believe it!!!!!!!! read more

I must admit i have been in this club quite a few times in the past. Especially before Conga Room opened, this was one of the few clubs we knew that played Latin music. Upstairs is big and they play pop, rock, reggaeton... Downstairs is smaller and they play more tropical music: cumbia, salsa and a bit of merengue. It can get extremely crowded and hot and there are many older patrons, so not a place you go to see and be seen, if you know what I mean. I wouldn't come by myself or with just girlfriends, but as a group it is ok. I recently went back for a concert and was surprised to see how much better the upper floor looks, it seems renovated. They had many screens playing videos. Although it was a great concert and I was able to see the band very close, the music was way too loud and not very clear. There's a parking lot in the back and easy to find parking. I paid $6 and it was cash only. read more

I've come to this club on and off in the last year. My buddy introduced me to this place, in what began our adventure into Latin clubs. Last night was an independence day event for a few central American nations. The place was at capacity, and it was fun. This place is managed pretty well. The cover is only $10, and the line usually gets going pretty fast. The bouncers are nice, and the bartenders are efficient. There are two floors, the main floor and the lower level. The main floor has two bars, plenty of seating (bottle service starts at $300), and an outdoor smoking area. The dance floor is pretty big, but it gets crowded fast! The bartender knows my crew, so our drinks come out pretty good. Below deck, there is a smaller dance floor, some seating, and a another bar. Last night the air conditioning to this area was out, so it got pretty hot. The crowd is a mix of young party people, older swingers, couples, divorcees, and those who don't know when to quit ;-) Aesthetics will vary quite a bit as well. You won't get much of the cholo/chola type here, just people looking to have a good time. read more

Made a reservation for a birthday which was supposed to include free entrances for birthday person and guest and a table downstairs. When we got there they said the name was not on the list, the girl host was very lovely, however the guy who's in charge of the reservations came and was rude and unapologetic. He asked if he had confirm the reservation and I said yes and showed him the text messages and he still didn't acknowledge it or take any responsibility. You would think that after reading the text messages he would have apologized and let us in, but that was not the case. We ended up paying to get in since we were already there and didn't want to ruin the birthday. read more

I'm surprised this club has such low reviews :( I came here once with one of my girlfriends and we had such a good time! the atmosphere was fun and the crowd was friendly. Guys actually asked us to dance versus walking to us with a thrusting pelvis LMAO The drinks were also good, and decently priced! The wait in line wasn't too long, I think it was 10-15 minutes max. We found parking about a block away from the club. Did not come across any "douchebag" bouncers. Got in with no problem. I love how the upstairs was latin music and the downstairs was hip hop. Would definitely go again! read more

The drinks were the main reason you came, while the food was just an add-on. The prices were elevated, but you had a good menu selection of libations (nice local craft beer list) to choose from. The customer service was easy, friendly, and straightforward. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $42.00 BEFORE any discounts/tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... They have a really solid beer selection, but the real winner is their cider--it's 8% alcohol, which is insane for a cider, but hey, I'm not complaining. They had the hockey game on, which I definitely appreciated, and they also have a pool table where you can write your name down to play. Not sure if there's a charge for that, but either way, it's a nice touch. They're open pretty late, and while the location doesn't have a bunch of other bars or spots around, the upside is tons of parking--which I totally love. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out and maybe even making some new friends while you're there. (If you go in, tell the bartenders, I said hi)

I have been to this club and a many other latin clubs and I have to say his is the trashiest club north of the border! All you see is a bunch of Mexican idiot there! I could swear I saw my gardner and maid there. I have seen grandmas and grandpas there. People go there with their entire family. My friend met a girl that was there with mom, dad, brother, sister, aunts and uncles. I have met underage girls here as well. I met a girl that was 15 years old. She said she got in because she knows one of the bouncers. She said if you don't have your ID just slip the bouncer $20 and they will let you in. 90% of the girls are FAT and UGLY! They are beyond fat and ugly. Most of the girls are 300+pounds and sit on the railing by the bar and block the way! I saw a girl there fatter than Carol Yager (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carol_Yager). To the fat girls that go to La Diosa: If you are so fat that you can't dance why do you even bother to go there. Just play some music at home and hang out with your stupid ugly friends. We love Spanish music but that is all this place has to offer (except the fact that they play the same songs over and over). You are unable to dance because the dance floor is sticky because of all the spilled drinks that they don't bother cleaning up and the the stupid Mexican girl that spilled her drink on me on purpose because I accidentally touched her as I was walking by. The dance floor is very small and you see a bunch of drunk people dancing on the walkways and blocking the way. The dumb people at this club don't seem to care when they see someone trying to walk by and when you try to squeeze pas them they will either get angry and push you or spill their drink on you. The bathrooms are right next to the dance floor so when you are dancing you have to smell the nasty bathrooms. This place also lacks proper air conditioning and people's nasty sweat makes it unbearable!! Do yourself a favor and pick another place! read more

Awful experience here. I was viciously attacked by the security guards. I had to be hospitalized as a result and they intentionally covered their tracks by deleting the footage of the attack. I thought the security guards were there to promote peace and ensure safety, not to incite violence and brutally inflict pain on their patrons. By the look of the reviews, I'm starting to see a pattern here. Drinks are super expensive and the security guards are ready to pounce on anyone for the most trivial reasons. All around? A big fat no. You will not get another dime from us. Steer clear of this crooked and greedy quagmire. Also, the ratios are all off. Too many pervy men, very few women. Downstairs feels like a dungeon with all those weirdos gawking. Also, tons of undercover cops looking to fill the coffers of the Glendale Police Department with new dui cases. I am about to write my first review and what better place than to review a club. I found this place pretty interesting as on a weekend we are stuffed inside like a cheese between the sandwich but still people manage to dance somehow with one had and one leg(the other hand and leg are busy hitting someone). But i noticed no one complains and everybody has a smile on their face. I almost hit one person thrice on a stomach and every time he put up a smile on his face and said "no problem". No doubt he was high. Now I know why clubs have alcohol(to prevent violence). On a more serious note this place plays cool music and they mix it up very well. 10$ cover charge might be little on a higher side but once you are couple of drinks down, it wont pinch you. Signed up to review this place so I'm pretty sure this is getting filtered, anywho.... This place sucks major nalgas. Horrible customer service, watered down drinks and they charge cover. Definatly NOT worth it, this place is going down quick. Even if you sign up for the "guest" list you still have to wait in the long line, and if you didnt show up way before 11 you end up paying cover. Crowd is sketchy so we left the table unattended and took our purses to go dance, the numbnuts gave away our table to other people, staff made no effort in accomodating us. Guys are barely high school grads or have criminal backgrounds. Most reviews of this club are accurate, it blows. The club is dated, loud, and grimy. I went to club Giggles last friday nite and it was wack !!!!!! they say on their commericials and flyers, over a 1,000 people. It was 350 people there and the crowd was ugly!!! Of the two bars, one was open for drinks and snacks. Show was about two hours, one intermission, and we were able to go outside and return with no issue. Sound was adequate for the venue, no complaints. I didn't use the restrooms so I can't judge those. I enjoy the history of these classic theaters, and am so glad I was able to see a performance here at The Globe Theater!

This is a terrible business. I went for a fundraising event and they had a sign flipped about…read morecharging 18% gratuity. The pizza slice was told to be $6 then it was close to $8. I was very upset because that is just shady business practice. I would have tipped 20% and bought a drink but instead they ruined all of that by being rude and trying to hidden charge. I asked politely for a refund and was demeaned the entire time saying I was making it difficult. It was not easy getting a refund and the owner had to go to the office. So rather than chill and network, I had to wait for my refund and have them make a scene about it. The supervisor lady went up to the front and got a food ticket (which I did not ask for) and I don't know what she said but probably bashed me to the front to get it. This makes me look bad when I was NEVER asking for free food. All I wanted was for upfront pricing and to enjoy my night. Such terrible service and won't be back. Update: the owner saw I gave him a bad review and instead of reimbursing on the card he gave me coins and started yelling at me saying "You gave me a bad review. You want to make this difficult?" in front of a bunch of people almost making me cry. Completely lost my appetite and can't believe how unprofessional everyone was when I was trying to have a fun night. Absolutely awful. Update 2: lying that I was yelling when you were mad you got called out about adding gratuity without notice is slander. There are not multiple signs throughout the venue. A simple apology and comping the pizza due to a glitch would have resolved this. Instead they complained I was difficult, yelled at me in front of others, and took 30 minutes during this issue. The owner was not gotten until 15 min after the supervisor realized the software issue and he took his sweet time to give me coins. His statement of 6 min is absurd. Now, instead of being happy about my time here, I would never recommend any of my industry friends to book this venue or be back. I hope that is worth it for the owner.
