Found this cute little shop today and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice of an experience it was. The empanadas were delish and the Cuban sandwich was chefs kiss. Came across the cutest cafe while in Saddle Brook and you know I had to sample their latte. The place is filled with motivational gems and quotes all over the coffeeshop and just gives you good vibes and a pleasant aura all around. The server was very friendly and was quick to recommend an acai bowl, which I obviously ordered. Sat upstairs and there is ample seating here. My latte came with wonderful foam art of a rabbit which I thought was very unique. Acai bowl came shortly after, and it was pretty tasty. I'd come back and sample some of their sandwiches. read more

Stopped in while passing based on reviews. Meticulously decorated and well maintained. Small parking lot in back. The Croffle bacon egg & cheese was good but overcooked. Excellent presentation. Fantastic tasting coffee. Attentive and friendly table service from Celeste. My only issue is that anything added to your coffee besides milk, they up charge 80 cents. So i paid an additional 80 cents for a splash of half & half that they put in. This takes nickel and diming the customer to a whole new level. Buyer beware. read more

Came here on a Thursday morning and was greeted with a positive attitude from everyone ! This place truly makes one feel at home. I had the coconut latte on this visit and enjoyed it a lot! I would say more than the lotus drink they have which is a favorite . Also had the mozzareppa which me and my mom split and it was also delicious and filling! Ok, lived in this town for over 20 years and finally a cute cafe opened up to the public! Came here after dropping off my son and initial reaction was "omg SO CUTE". The place was inviting and aesthetically pleasing with this beautiful purple colored wall and a floral arrangement toward the back of the restaurant. You walk in and there are a few bench seating to the right hand side and you're led to a bigger seating area up a short flight of stairs. We ordered our food and drink and in the back. My husband and I ordered a croffle which is like a croissant/waffle mixed together and it was delicious!! The fruits were fresh and mixed in so well with the warm croffle. The croffle was cooked perfectly where it wasn't too crunchy making taste too overcooked. My husband loved his bacon and cheese one (I think that's what it comprised of) and said it was one of the best breakfasts he's tasted! This was a great place to stop and grab a cup of coffee as well and a nice place to sit down with a friend or two for a quick meet up! I wish this was located in a bigger place and not in the Main Street. Parking is In the back but very limited to a few cars. This is a perfect place to stop by for a quick drink and to grab some items to go! The service was great- we had our food brought to our table and as we were leaving, the girl at the registered thanked us and apologized that she didn't get a chance to check on us during our stay (which was totally fine- she was working the register!) Tried this new cafe on my way home. They have parking which is great since they are on a main road. The inside is super cute and def picture worthy. Service was good. Greeted upon entering and then made a great recommendation when I asked for one. I got the coconut latte and it was so good. If you like coconut this one is it for you! Sweet yet strong. Great value for the price especially in today's economy. Will be coming back in the future to try other items. I also love that God is in their decor. read more

This was my first visit to Gigi's Café in Saddle Brook, and it definitely won't be my last! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. The café itself is a great space to get work done. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were. Firstly, my lavender coffee was amazing but they told us that if there were any empanadas we didn't see out, they'd be more than happy to make them fresh for us. I will be back very soon!! read more

I went with my cousins who live in the area. It was my first time. I opened the door and it felt like I was walking into a yoga studio. I'm talking about the calmness, the vibe, like that zen feeling you get when you're meditating. Once the door closed the outside world stayed outside. We were 6 adults and a toddler. Even the baby was behaving. Gloria, the owner, is sweetheart. She cooks everything herself. You feel the love. I think this has been one of the most gratifying reviews I've written so far. The Gigi's pernil sandwich was so good. I didn't leave any crumbs. It tasted like my mom's seasoning with the owner's own twist. My mom was Ecuadorian too just like Gloria. It made me nostalgic. I had the Pineapple Passion Fruit Refresher. It tasted like real fruit. It was deliciously refreshing. It was hot afternoon when we went and that drink hit the spot perfectly. My aunt had a mango and a strawberry yogurt because she couldn't stop at one. The place is super cozy. She sells journals and cups and some books to help with your spiritual journey, if needed. So if you want to enjoy a moment away from the outside world while enjoying some delicious coffee, juices, fruit bowls, and sandwiches, Gigi's cafe is the place to go.
