    Pumpkin Spice Latte

Classic diner vibes! I got a fancy Pumpkin Latte that tasted like fall in a mug. Then came Two Eggs over easy with corned beef hash and rye toast. Perfect! My older daughter went classic with ziti and red sauce, while the younger one went all in with three giant sliders cooked perfectly medium rare and smiley face fries (because why not eat food that smiles back?). She's already planning her next order: same thing, but with cheese. Both girls were too full for the included ice cream, so our server let them pick massive cookies from the pastry case instead. The only downside was a lack of napkins but we made it out alive. NOTES / TIPS: **Tons of parking, plenty of tables **Extremely friendly staff **Wheelchair-accessible **Betty Boop, Rat Pack decor. **Pay up front like a true Jersey diner

$15.75 panini with fries $15.50 mambo app (potato skins , chicken fingers, mozz sticks) $14 patty melt with fries $22 fettucine alfredo with chicken (comes with salad!) - both big! $3.25 soda solid diner. i liked the prices for the quantity. food was alot. i couldnt finish my pannini as it felt like a big sandwich (imagine two cheeseburgers next to e/o for volume comparison). everyone enjoyed their food! service was fine. nothing bad about it. we were seated near the side entrance which has a cool active toy train in the overhead that you can see moving. that was a nice touch. the only thing i wouldnt get would probably be the mambo appetizer that was a "good" deal. i would come again!

‼GET THE CHILAQUILES‼ Coffee is pretty good here and so is the service. Jessie our server was a rockstar and was extremely hospitable. She even brought me hella extra syrup even tho I didnt see she already brought me a ton and extra butter. Thanks for believing in me Jessie that I could consume that much syrup!! You must get the chilaquiles from the brunch menu - they side with refried beans here which I find more at home in Cali than here on the east coast. I was so happy they came instead of black beans which is more typical over here or no beans with chilaquiles. Everything was so good!!! Definitely returning here and was worth a 20 minute drive when there are other diner options closer to home.

Chicken Parm Sliders and fried fish

One of the best chicken parm's I have had . The chicken parm sliders come in a set of 3 with a side of fries. Was 10.95 . The sliders were very filling. I also ordered fish and chips. The fish was nice and flaky, I wasn't a fan of the breading for it. It came with fires as well. Which you swap out. Pricing for it was 22.95

After coming here for takeout many years ago, we decided to FINALLLLY dine in for the very first time recently ...... ANDDD we were quite surprised with how good our experience was here. We dropped in at around 6pm on a chilly Friday evening and I always knew that this diner, with a mini putt putt establishment looking exterior, was decently spacious, but when we sat down, it felt EVEN bigger with the split layout where it felt like there were 2 dining rooms - one on each side of the main entrance. We ended up getting seated in the dining area to the right of the entrance, which seemed to be the more "entertaining" side. Not only was there a large screen TV on the wall, which our kids actually had no interest in since it was showing the news, BUTTTT there was an overhead toy train going around above our heads, which kept our kids quite entertained during our meal. As for the menu, as you'd expect, it's your typical diner menu - heavy emphasis on breakfast items, but lots and lots and LOTS to choose from. I ended up with Two Over Medium Eggs with Corned Beef Hash served with Home Fries and Toast. My better half got Steak and Over Medium Eggs with Home Fries and Toast. As for the kiddos, we went with the Kids Silver Dollar Pancakes and Kids Grilled Cheese with Smiley French Fries with both Kids meals including 1 drink or 1 dessert. Verdict? VERY, VERY good food. I'll be the first to admit that I can be just as harsh on diners as I am on "regular" restaurants. I hold them to just as high of a standard on their food, especially breakfast since they probably have had eons to perfect it. The missus and I realllllly enjoyed our individual breakfast plates. I've been to some diners where I've thought that I might as well have cooked the breakfast myself, BUT NOT HERE. The egss, corned beef hash and home fries were excellent from my plate and the steak was very tender from my wife's pick. Typically, I'm not a fan of home fries b/c the quality is really inconsistent from diner to diner, but I loved that they fried it to a crisp here. As for service - pretty good. Our waitresses were friendly and the food came out quick. The parking lot in the back is huge, so there's plenty of parking and the diner never really got extremely crowded, but it was still pretty busy that evening. Bottom line, mark Saddle Brook Diner down for your NJ diner tour!

Always a great time stopping by after visiting my mom at the cemetery next door. Love the vibe and the decor. Great service! I did not love the matzah ball soup but everything else was awesome!

I was in the mood for shrimp in a basket expecting little baby shrimp was surprised, absolutely delicious also came with onion rings.

Been here a couple of times already, food is amazing, the waitresses are very nice and attentive, prices are excellent!

Hot or miss experience here recently. Ordered a cheese steak with no onions. Came loaded with them, but server never came back once to check on meal - so I just dealt with it and picked off as many as I could. Otherwise sandwich would've been good. Would maybe give them another try if/when in the area.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning around 8. Extensive menu, but the kids menu was a bit of a let down. Pancakes were the only option on there for breakfast. A egg and sausage option would have been great. We waited a while to order while numerous staff glanced out direction and continued to serve the other 4 tables near us. We had to get up to get someone to come take our order, apparently the person didn't show up whose section it was - too bad that doesn't excuse the fact that other staff saw us sitting and didn't inform anyone. The food was good once it came out - good portions. Plenty of parking in the back.

It wasn't until the 17th century that this meal became a more common practice, especially among the wealthy, who would have rich dishes like scrambled eggs alongside coffee and tea in the morning. The Garden State is still known as the diner capital of the world. Located off Essex Street in Hackensack, this establishment is one of the handful of 24-hour diners. With its unique harlequin decor, Chit Chat remains a chic, upscale diner that we frequent often with friends and family. Upon arrival this morning, my partner, his family, and I were greeted by the staff at the host station, and we were able to get a table quickly. The menu was extensive, and we took our time looking but did not feel rushed. Their menu includes a lot of things one may not find on a regular menu. We decided on their brunch menu and ordered Raspberry & Brie Stuffed French Toast, Santorini Benedict, Bro-Nana Cocoa-Nuts Multigrain Pancakes, and Chorizo Hash & Eggs with a choice of a complimentary mimosa, bloody Mary, or Bellini. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. The portion is healthy and the prices reasonable. The service is consistently fast and friendly. Our server was Ashley. Today, breakfast isn't just about nutrition; it's a cultural ritual.

We arrived a little after 9pm. The service of the young server was perfect. He was prompt, polite and attentive to our needs. The food was as good as you can get at a highway diner. We got what we expected and enjoyed it. Desert, however, is another story. D is allergic to anything that contains caffeine. That means no coffee, tea, certain pain medications and NO CHOCOLATE. She asked me to go to the display counter and see what kind of cheesecake there was. There were many different kinds: mango, orange, caramel, banana and more. Unfortunately, this diner's idea of garnishing a desert is with a creme topping loaded with CHOCOLATE STICKS, CHIPS, AND COOKIES! (see attached photo) EVEN THE DESERT LABLED VANILLA CAKE WAS FESTOONED WITH CHOCOLATE HOO-HAH! When I mentioned this to the management, I was told, "Well, we have rice pudding and baklava." No matter how I worded it, he just couldn't seem to comprehend that a good 90+% of his deserts had chocolate which was discriminatory against people who are allergic to chocolate. I even tried to put it in another reality for him. I asked if their baker made anything with peanut or peanut butter. He replied in the affirmative. I asked if they had a special preparation area so that there were safe deserts for a child with a peanut allergy. He didn't seem to understand the premise. So, if you, or your child have ANY food allergies, I strongly suggest that you avoid the Suburban Diner at all costs. We will be doing so in the future.

I was excited to check out this local sports bar in Lodi after seeing all of the positive reviews…read more Honestly, it was a little underwhelming for me. Maybe I just ordered the "wrong things". Either way, my experience didn't live up to the hype. I visited on a late Saturday night. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant. The entrance can be tricky to find... It's located in the back on the left-hand side. The exterior and interior are both pretty dark, dull, and dingy. It's not the most inviting atmosphere at first. It has a divey, industrial, and rustic vibe to it, but hey... sometimes the best food comes from places that don't look like much. So I try not to judge. It wasn't too busy, and the service was attentive. The menu has your classic American comfort food - wings, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc. They switch it up with daily specials like skirt steak, chicken parm, and pasta. They have a full bar with cocktails, drafts, bottled beers, can ciders, and wines. You can even do a four-beer flight and make it a tasting experience! I ordered: *Dark & Stormy Cocktail [Goslings Dark Rum, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice] ($14) - Not the best one I've had, but it was solid. If you like ginger and rum, this is a must try. The dark rum has hints of caramel which works really well with the spicy ginger beer. The lime juice adds a citrus kick, so it's a really refreshing drink. *Margarita ($18) - As a tequila girly, I've had my fair share of margaritas. This one didn't do it for me. It was a little too sour/tart, which overpowered everything else. *Cubano Sandwich [includes roast pork, black forest ham, swiss cheese, pickles, mayo, and mustard with side of fries] ($16) - I wasn't expecting an authentic Cubano from an American sports bar, so my expectations weren't super high. This was good, but not great. The pork was flavorful, but could've been more tender. I wish there were more pickles and mayo for that extra tangy crunch. The bread was pressed a little too hard, so it was a bit tough to bite through. *Double Blackened Chicken Breast Sandwich [includes pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, red peppers, and red onion on brioche with side of fries] ($18) - This was huge and filling! They did not skimp out on the protein. The brioche bun was soft and buttery. The chicken was well seasoned - smoky and savory with crispy charred edges. BUT... to my disappointment, the inside was dry and not juicy at all. Another small issue was the ratio - There was so much chicken compared to the rest of the toppings, so it wasn't the most cohesive sandwich. It really needed more cheese and chipotle mayo to tie all the flavors together. The fries were the best part - thick, crispy, and golden! It's decent bar food, just not the best I've had. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great or memorable. For the price, I didn't feel it was worth it. I do appreciate that their food is served piping hot and fresh. To be fair, this is probably the perfect spot for beer lovers. I happen to not be one, lol. The burger options sound popular and promising too. I'd consider giving them another shot for Happy Hour or to try a burger, but it's not at the top of my list. Just because it's not the sports bar for me, doesn't mean it won't be the one for you.

The mangu slider was delicious, I guess it's their speciality in this place as most guests ordered this dish.
