The tow truck driver arrived around the time he said he would and I explained that we probably only needed a jump. He gave us a quick jump, and then followed us to my mechanic's shop just in case, to make sure it wasn't just battery issues. They came to a girl's rescue. Locked my key fob in my new BMW. Was told by roadside service that it would take 2 hrs. My ID and all my money was in the car and I was literally out in the cold. Yesterday will I had a blowout on betteravia in Santa Maria I use my roadside assistance and they referred Gill's Towing the tow truck driver showed up 15 minutes faster than the service said they would be there he fixed my flat and no time and ironically my spare tire there was some chunks out of that tire he advised me that it wasn't safe to drive on the freeway and even referred me to a tire shop that was open to get a used one before heading back to San Luis Obispo I work for Precision garage doors and he was able to get me back on the road and get the spare tire and run my Santa Maria call and another call came in in Paso Robles and I wasn't able to make it to that call as well I can't remember the tow truck drivers name but the guy was great he needs a raise and the service was great I recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! Gil's Towing 117 W Mill St Santa Maria, CA 93458 To Whom It May Concern:. On October 24, 2015 your company came by to change a flat tire, and your technition broke the nut and bolt that holds the wheel. I took it to a place to remove the bolt and they ended up having to put a bigger whole into my alloy wheel so that they can remove the tire, They also destroyed the lock for the wheels and I had to replace a complete set, due to the fact that the key lock willl not match to the lock I had to purchase. Attach are the invoices of which I had to purchase items that are destroyed. The total bill comes to $547.75.* I have tried to no avail to communicate to you regarding the damage, and to date have not received a response. It is best you contact me, if not I will see you in small claims court, and you will definitely lose the case. read more

Yesterday my keys got locked inside my car for the first time, so I called Gil's Towing company. It was the first company I called, but I decided to try other places around because or the price. Victor called me back and offered me a different cheaper price, he came super quick, was super sweet and explained to me that he called me back because he knew that just by being a women people will rip you off. My clutch gave out about 22 miles east of Santa Maria. I could not get a cell phone signal and there were no call boxes. A good Samaritan stopped and offered to call a tow company in Santa Maria once they got a signal. Gil's Towing company showed up and saved the day. The driver, Vicente, was very courteous and professional. He quickly and safely hooked my car to his tow truck and took us into town. He gave us several suggestions for mechanics that could perform the work, and was very patient with us while we figured out where we wanted him to drop us off at. Everything worked out great and he even suggested where to eat. He was definitely our guardian angel. He didn't get a phone call directly from us and he could have played it off as a hoax, but since he is caring and wanted to make sure there wasn't anybody in dire need, he went out of his way to help us.
