Gina's beauty salon is my go-to for all my hair supplies. They have a variety of brands for edge control, and braiding jams. I like that they always have the latest products in stock from some of my favorite brands. I do wish they had a wider selection of shampoo/conditioner at a more affordable price. I like that they keep a good inventory of braiding hair and I also like that they carry affordable clip-in extensions. They also have a wide variety of wigs and drawstring ponytails. They two women who work here are always very helpful and sweet to me. Since I shop here so often I have a stamp card. After about 10 stamps they give you $3 off your next purchase. I frequent here due to convenience, The services blah but the inventory is great. On my last visit I purchased 4 packs of braiding hair at $5.99 each my total for the purchase was $26.42 I looked at my credit card statement and noticed I was charged $46.42 . Not only is this annoying I can't help but wonder how often they pull this and if it has happened to me before and I didn't notice. I can't resolve this issue with them as they're closed Sunday's- I'm very annoyed and after this is done I definitely will not be returning as the same products they have are cheaper online by more than 30% . read more

I normally drive all the way to Vallejo to grab any essential products but this place is a few exits away from my job. The store itself is in a very nice mini mall area with spacious parking. The building itself was vastly large and very clear on where each section of beauty products was! I was able to acquire my hair and also find different colors and brands that are usually online! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY. I was discriminated against at this beauty supply this morning as I went in to buy me a human hair wig. The short Asian lady asked me did I need any help and I said no, she gave me this nasty stare and walked off. When I went to the counter to pay for it, she IMMEDIATELY said "oh the price went up" I said no problem I can pay for it, she hesitated behind the register as she was ringing me up. I gave her the money and she gave me another nasty stare in my face. Then she proceeded to ask her husband/ guy about my money and he whispered something ( I couldn't hear) and she stalled for 15 seconds and gave me my money back saying "I don't want it, you can go". I had a great experience here today. My dog's vet is right down the street so I thought I'd run in to get a few things after her appointment. The girl who helped me knew exactly what I wanted and was so helpful, and the husband and wife who were there were also very friendly and sweet. We actually had a great convo about our dogs. The two employees stared at the security screen the entire time as if we were criminals. Got angry at us when we made eye contact with the wigs, and said we weren't allowed to go near that area. Have been shopping here off and one for about 7 years. For most of this time ive noticed a Hispanic woman that stands at the counter shouting at vlients. Though it isnt usually directed at me last month it was. She was sighing because she didnt want to go in the back to get what i came in there to purchase. She even went as far as to say that they wouldn't be selling that product anymore anyway way so she got her lazy behind in the back to get my products and i stopped shopping there however a few weeks ago I did come back with not only 1 but several of the products she claimed they no lo ger sell. The two ladies who work there have a nasty (*Wannabe* pretentious) attitude, the young Asian and Hispanic chicks. As I was asking another employee (she's always nice, wears glasses) about a wig piece those two were off to the side listening then looked at each other snickering, looking at one another as though they were embarrassed to see me asking about the wig or like I was dumb for asking the question. I IMMEDIATELY noticed & left the store because I had a few descriptive words of exchange for them, but didn't want to get upset. I usually don't care about the girls nonchalant attitudes since this was my go to beauty supply, but I will not step another foot in there again. You never know who the people are stepping foot into your business which is kind of a big deal. Customers have questions and she was very snappy cause she didn't carry it. Instead of that response maybe stock it. *Update your shelves find out what's needed and update. And get rid of old stuff. Went to this place with my mom shopping for wigs. I asked the lady to help us to try on the wig. The lady asked me "why do you want it try it on? Do you just want to see the hair colors? Very clean, well organized store. I went there looking for acrylic nails supplies (liquid and powder). The beauty supply that I normally go to is further away, and I was in a rush so I went on Yelp to look for one nearby. They do not have a large selection of nail supplies but they did have what I was looking for. They also sell some cosmetics, accessories (earrings, wallets, rings), and have a HUGE selection of hair products. Polite employees, quick customer service, very reasonable prices. I went here to purchase hair scissors and a couple of other things; when I went to the register to pay Gina recommended I buy a better brand of scissors at a better price, so my mother went and grabbed the hair scissors she recommended. I had already gave Gina my money for and she didn't give me my change back from the first transaction. When we got to the second transaction she demanded I give her more money. I told her she owed me my change since she didn't give me my money back. Instead of believing me she refused to give me my change. I told her to go back and look at her security cameras.
