I happened to be walking by and my friend suggested we go inside to check it out.This store is filled to the brim with such unique gifts. It was the New Year and they had a sale on both fall, 70% off, and Christmas, 60% off, items! I found the best gifts for my great nephews that included stuffed animal warmies and the neatest birthday plates that sing the bday song! They have so many things to look at in every nook and cranny. My wife wanted a whole new look for our family room. She had Joanne come over and give her ideas and they spoke a few more times about the details and specifications etc. The day arrived for the delivery and everything looked pretty good...except one thing. The table that she bought was a little larger than we thought. When my wife called Joanne and told her that we weren't very high on the table that we've never seen before and how it was too large for the room, she said "that was a special order table so we can't return it." With how much money she made off of us, you'd think the least she could do is put the table in her showroom and sell it there. But no. No help at all. read more

There are 2 shops across the street from each other. They have nice home decor and gifts. Lots of floral decor that is very realistic and good quality and nice candles and seasonal items in the shop with Christmas trees in window. We had just moved into a new house when we hired Joann, owner of Gina T Interiors to completely furnish and decorate it. We did not to repeat what we had done in the past with our other house, buying furniture and it not fitting or looking right and having to return it! What a nightmare!! Joann came out to our house and took measurements of each room. She discussed with us what our vision was of our home. Shortly after we meet with her in her beautiful store. Joann gave us many color ideas, furniture options, fabrics, artwork and other aspects of each room with complete details. She asked us questions about what she had presented and listened to our answers. If we wanted a certain color and told her, she would have adjusted everything to go with it. We were very pleased with all of her ideas and gave her our approval to proceed. Joann could not have been more professional with her actions and how everything was presented to us. We left her store happy knowing our house would be beautiful when finished! A few days ago Joann and her design team came to our house and DiID the transformation! Every room is amazing!! The style and the color of the furniture, the artwork, the beautiful rugs, exquisite lamps, the impressive plants and trees, all beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! When I walk into my home now, I look around and think what an incredible home and its ours. If you think her prices are higher then those big stores, you are wrong! I had the worst experience. I hired the Owner (Joann) to decorate my living room, dining room, playroom and family room. She came to the house and charged me $600. She charged $100 for the home visit and gave $500 in store credit. She brought me into the store and showed me a couch that I did not like at all which was $6000. A few weeks later I found a couch a Bassett which I bought. I still needed to furnish the whole house so I called her to tell her the colors of my couch that I purchased. I needed the coffee table, end tables, another couch for the playroom, coffee table, artwork, etc. A few days later she has her manager call me and leave me a message stating that she no longer wants to work with me because I bought a couch elsewhere. I still needed so much furniture but she refused to work with me because I bought the couch at Bassett. She expected me to buy every single piece of furniture from her little store. I just could not believe it. I hired her for her interior design services and I could purchase items from her if I liked the pieces. I never signed a contract saying I needed to purchase everything from her. I had to make some large purchases and the family room couch was just one item that I bought. She charged me $280 and the $100 for the initial visit. The $280 was for the time she spent picking out the couch which was not my style. I was suppose to have credit but she mailed me a check for the remaining of the $500. I was suppose to have credit in the store. She was so unprofessional and did not return my calls and the fact that she refused to work with me because I bought a couch somewhere else was insane. I do not recommend her interior design services or her store. I was really disappointed and actually hurt. I do not recommend at all. The store is very traditional and there is a lot of gold throughout the store. Not my style. read more

Drove by the window and thought some of their things looked interesting and as I was looking for some new stuff for my home, I decided to give them a try. On walking in to the store, everything looked so cluttered. As I checked out the inventory much of it looked like it had been there awhile and a lot if the stuff was marked off 20% - which made me think they were trying to get rid of it. But aside from all of this, NO ONE even said hello or acknowledged I was in the store. There were a few sales people behind the counter but they couldn't be bothered with me. I am a huge fan of customer service and there was none found here! I will not go into Gina T's again, the items are nothing to write home about either! read more

A couple of years ago I remodeled my house and needed help decorating. I am very good at a lot of things, but decorating is not one of them. One of my friends recommended Gina T. I decided I needed professional help, and I walked into her store, which at that time was on D Street. Joann, the owner of Gina T, happened to be in the store and I told her my situation. She scheduled an immediate visit to my house, which was in late January. My parents were visiting from out of state on Valentine's Day and I really wanted to show them all of my home improvements. Joann and I went to work. I already had an idea of the motif but was clueless where to start. Within a week, we had everything picked out and ordered. She promised that it would be done before Valentine's weekend. I gave her my key and while I was at work, she and her employees decorated my whole house. When I got home in the evening, it was transformed into a masterpiece. Since, I have been back to her store on numerous occasions for additional decorations and gifts for family and friends.
