We were greeted by Kiet who asked exactly what we were looking for (high back, high arm rests, removable seat, covers, within our budget, and high-performance fabric to hold up to our cat!) and took us to the area of the store that had items with our exact specifications. Within just a few minutes, we found our couch! It hasn't been delivered yet, but I just wanted to take a minute to give this place a shout out. Instead, I got a defective product and a company that refuses to stand behind what it sells. In less than a year, with a total usage of maybe 30 hours, the cushions have severely sunk. My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap. Blake was very helpful and relaxed. I don't love it when someone talks your ear off offering all kinds of opinions, when I usually know what I want. I like a softer touch. Blake was really kind and just offered information when I asked or when he could see me pondering something. I found the mattress I wanted and he didn't try to upsell me to something I wasn't interested in, which instills trust. He made the whole process very easy, even coordinating a pretty quick delivery so I didn't have to have too many more uncomfortable nights! The delivery guys came on time and were helpful as well. Now, I'm sleeping much better on this more comfortable mattress. All in all, a really easy process!

    After a two-month back and forth with both Jerome's and Easy Rest trying to get the mattress…read morewarranty honored, Jerome's finally came through--and the in-store team made all the difference. When we originally purchased the mattress, we were told that in order for the warranty to be honored, we needed to use a mattress cover. Unfortunately, that same cover ended up causing the stain issue that led to our claim. After countless emails with Easy Rest and a denied claim, Jerome's sent out a technician to inspect the mattress. That's when Georgina, who I believe is the manager, stepped in and really took ownership of the situation. Along with Jasmine, our sales representative, they were both incredibly patient, courteous, and committed to helping us find a solution. Despite the initial denial from Easy Rest, Jerome's ultimately honored the warranty, replaced the mattress, and helped us with a new cover and other items. Their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their customer turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one. We truly appreciate the support from Georgina and Jasmine and will definitely be returning customers.

    My 82 year-old mother-in-law bought a sectional here and was sold an "insurance plan" that covers…read more"everything" for $290. When she and my sister-in-law tried to file a claim for crappy furniture and workmanship they were told that the "plan" doesn't cover slipping of cushions before the furniture was even inspected. This was 15 months after delivery, so February of 2025. We Have been trying to get them to come back out because it's not an issue of a slipped cushion, but rather shoddy workmanship and subpar furniture, not worth the $2500 price tag. We have been dealing directly with the store manager who said he would help escalate and had done nothing until January 2026. He assisted getting us in touch with a liaison for their FCP yet nothing, so we went back on 2/16/26 and spoke with the store manager again who set us up with Alyssa in customer service there at the store. We had to go through the whole story and timeline once again. Meanwhile, the store manager says it would be easiest to just "swap out the piece, but too bad we don't have it any longer". Why in the hell was that not offered at the beginning? They string you along for months and months then deny the claim. Elder abuse at work here, easy prey. They see and elderly woman and tell her that the "insurance plan" covers "everything" and get her on the hook for $290 plus the price of crappy furniture. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JEROME'S!!!
