All I can say is if you want an amazing breakfast this is the place to go. I know it's bold to say this, but one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a latte and the Biria omelet. It came with potatoes and refried beans. Not only was it delicious but the portion size was MASSIVE. The whole menu looks delicious and it was hard to choose what to get. My waitress was so sweet and very attentive. (I think her name was Mariana). Highly recommend! read more

Finally, a great Mexican-American culinary experience in Rancho Cucamonga! My wife and I tried this place on a whim on a sleepy Wednesday morning and were immediately greeted with beautiful colors, decor, and heritage on the walls. I was very impressed with how lovely everything went together. It was instantly "Instagrammable" but also had a warm, homey feeling. My wife ordered a Spanish latte, the salmon eggs Benedict, and I ordered the chilaquiles. I was very surprised when our orders arrived, that they were not only quick, but also very beautifully plated! The old adage of, "You eat with your eyes," rang true. The chefs in the back knew what they were doing by using watermelon radish on the eggs Benedict, and searing the steak on the chilaquiles perfectly with distinguishable grill lines. The sauce on the chilaquiles had a beautiful deep flavor with a nice, but not overwhelming kick to it. The steak was cooked perfectly. I judge a place by their refried beans as that is something that is often an afterthought, but this place NAILED them. They tasted like my mom was in the back cooking them up! The salmon eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly, and had an amazingly creamy finish. My wife and I couldn't stop eating off of each other's plates. I was so impressed by the whole meal, and thankful that a place like this had opened in Rancho, that I asked to speak to the owner. I couldn't stop telling Jorge about how wonderful the food and decor was. You can tell that he put great care and thought into everything. He told me he went to culinary school (it showed) and that his family had done the decor and construction! This is the sort of place that is needed in Rancho Cucamonga. Not a corporate restaurant, but a family restaurant that does quality food with heritage and love. Go now before they start getting really busy, because it's only a matter of time until it takes an hour to get a table. But let me tell you what, it'll be worth it. read more

The food and presentation at Gina's Kitchen are outstanding! Today, I tried the Chorizo Skillet and it was really, really good! Great portion and good mix of chorizo, potatoes, and other ingredients. This was the first time I had been here and had to wait for a table. We were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant. The chairs were brutally uncomfortable. They only have 3 tables with half booths which are much more comfortable than the chairs. If I return, I will definitely wait for one of the booths. read more

We got the bottle with 3 juices and a matcha which were beyond tasty and then I got the birria grilled cheese which was a first for me and it was absolutely perfect. I've come here a few times now and decided I should leave a review. To start, the food is really good, their pancakes are amazing, and any dish with those breakfast potatoes are immediately a 10. Tried their coffee drinks, kinda mid, taste like straight up milk. The service is on and off sometimes, but with a little improvement it would be top notch. The restaurant is a little tight with tables being very close to eachother, and the only problem I have with this place is please for the love of god LOWER the music. It's fine to play music, but it's insanely loud, people are yelling over eachother just to hear. Overall I think this place is a great place to have breakfast in Rancho. I highly recommend the blueberry lemon pancakes, the machaca omelette, and their everything burrito. read more

My daughters both ordered the smiley pancake, one replaced her eggs with French fries, "You got it!" Pancakes were fluffy & fire French fries, yesssss with the garlic would sugggest ordering a whole side of fries Also ordered a side of their French toast for my sweet tooth. She was also pleased. For this reason I am always excited to bring new people :)) Last weekend we had some family friends visiting from out of town and Marcos, our server, made their experience awesome. This place is new to the city of Rancho Cucamonga and it is delicious. The staff is very friendly and the service was fast. The food tasted fresh like it was made to order unlike some other breakfast spots out there. The whole menu sounded delicious but I went with a simple breakfast burrito because I knew I wanted to save half of it. The portion was huge! Definitely shareable if your not starving. I appreciate great food, and this did not disappoint. I have been wanting to try this place since it opened, but the wait was always too long for a 30-60 min lunch break. So, for my birthday, I chose breakfast instead of lunch. My coworkers and I were the first customers, while the staff were still prepping to open. We sat, ordered, and ate a variety of plates. They ordered some of the popular dishes in other reviews, but my go-to for breakfast is always eggs Benedict when it's on the menu. The salad was a nice combo along with leeks and potato patties instead of the English muffin. I chose salmon, which melted in my mouth like butter. It wasn't strong-flavored or fishy. It was the best salmon Benedict I have ever tasted in my life. The eggs just burst and covered everything like it was supposed to. This was our 2nd time at Ginas and I have to say this is our new favorite place! The food is absolutely amazing. Everything tastes like fresh, homeade food with authentic Mexican flavors. Definitely nothing out of the can or box from here. I have enjoyed the pork chops with salsa verde and my husband has enjoyed the red chilaquiles with steak and we always want to finish everything on our plate. Amazing!!! I'm so glad we stumbled upon Gina's kitchen. Where do I even start?! The food was DELICIOUS. We ordered the Chilaquiles and the french toast. The carne asada was juicy and bursting with flavor, eggs cooked perfectly, and a delicious red sauce on crispy tortilla chips. The French toast was gone the instant it hit our table. It was soft and fluffy and basically melts in your mouth. The staff is so kind and incredible. They are in their soft opening so please be patient, it is so worth it!
