    Spanish Omelette with Rodeo Potatoes
    Angela N.

I have been to a few of their other locations but it was my first time at this one. This spot was smaller than the others and the tables felt more crammed together. We were basically eating with the couple at the table next to us. Other than that, the food is good and the employees are friendly. I have enjoyed all of the dishes that I have tried so far. Their rodeo potatoes are a must! They are delicious.

Food was delicious but it came out in less than 5 mins after we ordered. The server was extremely brief and seemed rushed even though it was super busy. Coffee was great and the ambiance is super cute. I think once they find their groove this place will shine. We still very much enjoyed our experience so maybe soon we will be back for lunch instead of breakfast.

Chorizo scrambled eggs. Added avocado. This came with choice of tortillas or bread.

Food was outstanding! The chilaquiles were the perfect semi crunchy texture and with some bits and pieces of the pork from the chile verde. Chorizo scramble was good too. The must have is the house potatoes cooked to perfection! It's a busy place but they make sure you are not forgotten and all are attentive to your needs most of the time before you ask for a refills they are filling your cup. It is a smaller place, but the service is on point so you are in and out quickly. But don't feel rushed.

Omg... delicious breakfast. Me and my boyfriend decided to come here to try this place out and let me tell you it was awesome. Not only was the breakfast super good but this restaurant was clean, nice and tidy, and our waitress. Karina was the best. She made sure everything was OK. We are definitely coming back here two ,thumbs up.!!!!!

I was so ecstatic to try a ribeye steak for breakfast when I was visiting town. It came with the sides of refried beans, potatoes, red, salsa, avocado, eggs, jalapenos, and green chilaquiles that our server recommended. The medium rare ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, and the green chilaquiles was still crunchy despite being drenched in delicious green sauce. The serving size is so large that the 2 of us shared 1 order and left so full and satisfied. I was so stuffed for the rest of the day. I could not imagine eating a whole order by myself. We also got a cup of hot coffee, and they had plenty of sugar and creamer at the table already. The server came and offered to refill our cup once it was empty. There is plenty of parking in the plazas parking lot. I highly recommend coming if you are looking to engorge yourself with a hefty, hearty meal.

Green chilaquiles, very tasty and delicious

We went to breakfast at about 9:00 am. We were greeted and seated immediately. The workers were pleasant and friendly. I ordered the green chilaquiles. The tortilla chips were crispy and tasted fresh. The chips maintained their crispness even though they were soaked with the green sauce and over easy egg yolk. The green sauce was not spicy and had a nice flavor. The pancakes were also ordered and they were some of the best pancakes we had in a while. Overall it was a delicious breakfast and we will be back to try more items on the menu.

We came in on a Saturday morning. Wait wasn't that bad. Even though they were busy staff was amazing. We enjoyed our food and I recommend this place. Thank you!

Chorizo & eggs. With a side of Rodeo potatoes & beans

This place never disappoints. Food is sooo good! I had the Tortilla Rodeo... it's eggs, peppers, diced ham and cheese in a flour tortilla topped with delicious sauce. Served with a side of Rodeo potatoes that are yummy! My husband has the chorizo & eggs ... service was great as well. Everyone of the employees are sweet. The inside is a bit small, so on the weekends get there early. But if you have to wait... it's definitely worth the wait!

Machaca with rodeo potatoes & beans. Delicious!

The food and service were great! They had the place decorated for Easter. The place is small, but accommodating. I would come back again.

As i was on my way back to LA I saw this business was conveniently off the 10 Fwy And decided to stop by for a quick coffee break. I ordered their Spanish Latte and sat down inside to send some work emails. Their Spanish Latte was strong and flavorful. I enjoyed how sweet it was while maintaining the strong coffee notes. Strong wifi and cold AC inside is what you can expect inside. They had music playing but very low volume. Good for people who wanna WFH. I also didn't have trouble finding parking. Plenty of street parking available. The place itself was to busy. Quick service and friendly staff. If i'm ever in the Ontario Area again i will definitely stop by Mestiza again!

Additionally, their prices are reasonable and appropriate. However, I do wish their location were a bit bigger, as it can become quite crowded during rush hours while people wait for their orders. I have noticed they are always changing their indoor seating options to maximize their space. Also, they do close at 5 pm. I hope there are plans for them to stay open later down the line! I always find myself at Mestiza at least once a week! My drink go-tos are the Spanish Latte and their unique Bees & Flowers Latte, depending on my mood. As for pastries (which are ALL delicious), I always walk out with either the strawberry Nutella croissant, the strawberry croissant, or an Alfajor! Whatever you get, you'll 100% enjoy it!!

Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

The line was out the door, but I knew she'd love waking up to a nice cup of coffee, so the wait didn't bother me. I ordered coffee along with three ham and cheese croissants to go. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

Let's be real... most of us show up needing caffeine and not exactly in the best mood, so that positive energy matters. I initially tried the Orchata and the Garden Golden, and neither one really hit for me. Just not my personal taste. That said, the service alone made me willing to give them another shot and I'm glad I did. I came back and tried Eve's Cup, and that one's the winner for me. I enjoyed every bit of it and it's what will keep me coming back. If I had one critique, it would be the ambiance. It's not bad, but I do think with a little more investment in the decor and overall feel, this place could really stand out and feel even more inviting. That said, decor is secondary coffee and service come first, and they're doing a solid job there. Overall, a spot with great people, good drinks (once you find your go-to), and a lot of potential to level up even more.
