He showed me around they have an environment friendly water based paint shop and were able to match my beautiful silver perfectly. I had to wait a half hour for them to show up. After two or three days, they extended the 5 day window to 10 (over text, not a phone call explaining why) meaning I would be spending another $100 on the rental vehicle. They said nothing to me the day my vehicle was supposed to be ready until I called them, when they informed me they didn't have the right part, DESPITE IT ALREADY BEING 10 DAYS, and I would have to wait another day for my vehicle to be ready. I had to shell out another $150 on my rental because I was lied to about the fixing time and will do everything in my power not to come here again. The workers are unprofessional, rude, and there is obviously a lack of communication between employees that ultimately puts costumers in a crummy position. I was appalled throughout every part of this experience at the utter lack of respect, care, and effort put into their customers' experience. Never again.
