Very nice lunch at Ginger & Spice and loved how management made sure my daughter's meal was gluten free! We ordered the Spring Rolls, Taste of Ginger, and Basil Fried Rice (gluten free). Spring Rolls were fresh and tasty with an excellent peanut sauce for dipping. Both main dishes were very good and plentiful for a lunch meal...we enjoyed every bite! Good food and wonderful service!

Just bc they're not serving sushi this month doesn't mean you should pass up Ginger & Spice. It's a cozy with an inviting environment. The waitress was on top of everything, was incredibly kind and had perfect timing anytime anything was needed. We ordered the spring rolls and the royal dumplings for appetizers. The dumplings had a fantastic rich flavor. The spring rolls were the perfect size. Our entrees included yum nur, yellow curry and tiger cry. The curry alone is 5 stars. Rich and just the right amount of heat to it. The yum nur, the taste was fantastic and my only downside was the meat was pretty thick and took a bit to chew. The tiger cry was an absolute joy. I've never had it that way and really enjoyed it. Overall great experience and will be back to try more items!

Food here was spot on. We knew it would be good when we came in after 8 on Sunday and every table was full. Pad Thai was saucy and the perfect tenderness. Tom kha gai was flavorful and the egg rolls were super crisp and hot. Thai tea doesn't have tapioca beads. Servixenisnverybsttentive and food comes out quick.

Cashew Chicken. Over cooked. Disgusting flavor. Didn't taste as described

Food was not good at all. I have no comment on service or ambiance because it was take out.

Came here for the Sushi and the short answer is it is okay. It's a small little restaurant and you would definitely miss if you weren't looking for it. But easy parking and we didn't need to make reservations. We were seated right away and our server took our drink order. Instead of a traditional sushi restaurant, their focus seems to be more on Thai food. To just try the basics, we ordered a seaweed salad, some nigiri sushi and a roll. The timing wasn't the best. The seaweed salad didn't come out until well after the sushi was brought to the table. Pretty standard for a seaweed salad although could have used some sesame seeds. I think they might have, but so sparse you can barely tell. We ordered Tuna, Yellowtail and Salmon for the nigiri; unfortunately, they were out of Yellowtail. The tuna was just average and nothing special. The salmon seemed almost partially frozen. It wasn't... but was super cold/chilled as if it had just thawed out. It was fair salmon. For the roll, we got the Philadelphia Roll; they put tuna along with salmon in theirs and we asked to hold the tuna which they did. The rolls seemed to be overwhelmed with cream cheese so it was hard to taste the quality of the salmon but it seemed to be the same quality of the salmon nigiri we ate. For sushi, it's pretty average. There are some incredible sushi restaurants in Austin and even a few above average in Bee Cave so we were hoping we were going to get lucky but this sushi was just average. We will of course go back to try the Thai food at some point but not sure about going back here for the sushi.

inside and delightful, competent Kylie.

Service was prompt and complete. My food came so piping hot I had to let it cool a bit. My server who may be the owner, Kylie, was so responsive she filled my tea four times. I had the red ginger with chicken. It was absolutely perfect. The chicken and peppers were cut in bites, sized for the chopsticks I love to use. Enough heat to make me enjoy it but not too much to make it uncomfortably spicey. It's a quaint little spot that you don't want to miss if you enjoy Asian food. not a chain - Mom and Pop operated.

White sushi has hamachi in it and tasted good.

Good food choices for both Japanese and Thai cuisine. Place is small and filled in less than 30 min right after opening on a Sunday midday. Place is clean and tidy. Service is quick with a pleasant and attentive customer service . I ordered white sushi and A taste of Ginger dish. Both were good. Glad that they have pescatarian option.

We were in the area for the weekend and wanted something that wasn't a winery. Menu looked great so…read moreour party of 10 came in for early dinner on a Saturday. Nice, modern decor with indoor and outdoor seating. The items we wanted were all crossed out: pad see ew, pad Thai, Crying Tiger (main reason for us coming in), and a few more items. We watched as dishes get brought out to all the tables around us, people enjoying their meals and leaving, even those that came in after us sat down ordered got their food ate and left. Not a single person came over to tell us about any delay or a wait times. Servers were walking everywhere, but none came over to check on us. I ordered a kid's fried rice for my daughter specifically stating only rice and eggs. It came out with turmeric and other spices. When I told the guy he gave an attitude saying, "I'll fry up another one." It still came out with the spices. I had to let someone else eat it while I took the white rice from my dish to feed her. Besides the nonexistent and snappy customer service we received, the food was pretty decent. Some of the dishes were salty, but pretty good overall--ex: fried chicken was pretty good. Not sure if they can't handle large groups or if we were the exception, but we were pretty disappointed with our service here. I felt responsible since I was the one that chose this joint for dinner.

Found this cute Thai spot while on a drive to Fredericksburg and decided to stop in. Reviews looked…read moresolid, so we were pretty excited. We sat on the patio with our pup -- super nice atmosphere out there. We ordered Pad Woon Sen (mild spice) and Curry Fried Rice (medium spice). The spice level wasn't the issue... both dishes were just way too salty. The curry fried rice was at least edible, but the Pad Woon Sen was impossible. We asked if they could remake it, but even the second try was still extremely salty. Ended up just picking out the pork and cabbage and leaving the noodles. Service started off friendly, but after we asked for the remake, the vibe shifted and it got a little awkward. Overall, we really wanted to love this place, but left pretty disappointed.
