Come here if you want to absolutely waste your money. I ordered a large barbecue chicken pizza for $26 expecting something good but what I got was far from that. The pizza was soggy and the overall flavor of the cheese was terrible. Barely any barbecue sauce on the pizza, overall one of the worst pizzas I've ate. Update 6/21/10: The boneless buffalo wings are terrific. They're thin chicken strips smothered in buffalo and come with a side of blue cheese. This makes up for the OK regular buffalo wings. If I could give this place no stars I would but it doesn't let me. I always order from here and in the past month the pizza I ordered was not the same. The drivers either forgot half of my order and have to go back to get it. Or like today on June 8th I ordered one large cheese pizza and a medium Hawaiian pizza. My total was $31.14. So the delivery driver give us our food and the minute I sat down to eat a slice I find out that I have two slices missing. I call the driver back and ask him, where is my two missing slices. He answer back with "I have it here I'll put it in a container and bring back, do you want me to bring it back"? I told him I paid for a whole pizza pie not for this. He brings it back in a dirty container with the two slices full of dirt and hair. I have no idea why he would do this it was uncalled for and disgusting. I called the place back and told the manager what happened and she was kind enough to send me back what I ordered. I blame the drivers that handle the food like that. Will never order from here again. I placed a no-contact delivery order to side door as I have no access to front of house. The driver called me. I asked if he was at the side door. He said, "No, in front." I explained to him I have no access and besides the order instructions clearly state no contact delivery must leave on back deck. I go out to my deck and here comes this nasty, sweaty man carrying the food which will go in the garbage. He started yelling at me, telling me he was here for 10 mins, which from the time he called me the entire exchange took 5 mins, I checked my phone. He was nasty, rude, and dirty looking. Today 7/12 around 230pm my family and I decided to dine in because we've ordered from here before and really liked the food. Today I came here with my mother, father and 4 yr old daughter only to be it ignored when we walked in. It was like we weren't even there. The woman behind the counter never once greeted us...walked passed us twice...only to go and have a flirty conversation with the guys sitting in the back. It was only when we decided to walk out that she decided to say hello...terrible service and its safe to say we will never step foot into this establishment again...You should really teach the people who work there about good customer service. read more

Came to town for the weekend to visit family and we wanted a simple meal of pizza, salad and buffalo chicken. We used GrubHub to order and the service suggested about an hour for delivery time. We decided to patiently wait. Once an hour and 10 mins went by, we called to check in. The young lady on the other end said the driver already left and should be arriving in "5-7 minutes". After 15 more minutes of waiting, we still didn't get our food. We called back and the same young lady said she would call the driver. After two minutes of waiting, she came back on the line to say that her father was the delivery guy and he was 3 minutes away. She also told me that the delivery person takes multiple orders out on each delivery. So I inquired about the warmth of our food if indeed it's been out in the car for over 45 minutes. She insured the food would be warm and apologized for the lateness. She said that as it was Sunday and the football game was on, the restaurant was busy. I reminded her the "big game" was a 1pm kick off and we were ordering around 6pm for dinner. Well, 15 more minutes went by and we still didn't have our food. Before we called back, we sent a member of our party downstairs to check and sure enough the guy was there but wasn't able to call our phone on the ticket order for some reason and was talking to another person on the intercom system in our apartment building. Total wait time: over two hours. Food was sure enough cold and unsatisfactory. We will most likely never go to Gino's again and thankfully we are from out of town but our family who lives here told us they too will choose pizza from other venues. 1 star, maybe this rating is too generous. read more

I have been here twice and i can say that their buffalo chicken pizza is the best ive ever had...from anywhere...period. The calamari is perfect, the right amount of salt and the marinara is fresh and perfectly seasoned. I love that it is byob and the staff is very friendly. Their hidden gems are the desserts though. My last visit i decided to try the tiramisu and i must say it was absolutely delicious, beautifully layered and very authentic. Will keep returning and keep recommending to others. read more

This pizza place is located across the street from my office. One night we decided to go out for dinner before a meeting and this was our choice. We were very much impressed with the quality of the pizza and have been ordering from here ever since. What struck us as odd is that it never seems busy here. Whenever we walk by there are occasionally some customers sitting down but we never see a full crowd. This leads us to believe it is a frequent spot for take out and delivery service. One pizza that we have been ordering lately has been the a large white pizza with broccoli. One of the best slices I've ever had. I'm definitely a fan and if you like pizza its worth the drive. I ordered the keto pizza several times and they did not charge for the toppings then suddenly after placing an order via Grubhub, they decided to charge $8 for the toppings. The Grubhub site only allows you to write your topping in the notes box. If they included a checklist with the pricing in advance, I would have selected the toppings and of course if this is disclosed moving forward I have no issues paying for the toppings. But to up charge after the order is place and cancel on the customer because they refuse to pay an additional fee for not disclosing their pricing is ridiculous. So I like to call myself a "Chicken Parmesanneur" as a joke, because I always order a chicken parm entree or meal at every Italian restaurant I visit. I have to be honest when I say Gino's does an EXCELLENT job making theirs. If you've ordered a chicken parm at restaurants before, you literally dont know what to expect between too much sauce vs no cheese vs a lot of chicken with no seasoning etc., but Gino's executes their chicken parm with a delicious flavor and balanced blend of sauce with cheese. You can't go wrong with it. I've ordered plenty of other plates here as well, such as their gnocchi dishes, shrimp dishes, vodka pasta related dishes, and my fiancée and I have not yet been disappointed in over a year of coming here. The wait staff are very attentive and caring towards their customers, which is a great thing to add considering we have all had the experience of a bad waiter/waitress at a restaurant and have left dissatisfied due to that. I tried this pizza place for the first time today. The food- the food was ok. I ordered the scrimp scampi. The sauce didn't have much flavor. The shrimp were fairly large. The garlic knots were nothing special, it could have used more garlic. The rigatoni was really good! And I also ordered the cannoli, which was excellent. All portions were large and very filling. Overall the food was average. The delivery man was really nice. There was a mistake on our order and he took it back. He also apologized for the long wait. On the other hand, the counter girl was rude and unprofessional. First when I called she rushed me. Fine it's busy. But when she gave me the price it seemed very high. I was in the mood of pizza tonight . Nothing seem better than going on Uber eats for delivery. This place has a 4.6 on Uber eats so I decided to go with this place. I went for the buffalo pizza since the reviews were good on here. All I can say is too much sauce !!! And I thought I would never say that. So much sauce that the pizza was falling apart, it was overwhelming . And is it just me or isn't buffalo pizza suppose to have blue cheese to balance the taste of the sauce ? I order off Uber an antipasto salad and a Hawaii pizza "small" which they charged me $13.95 for. The pizza gets here it's about the size of a personal pizza and all the toppings on one side. So when I pick up the slice everything falls off completely and even when I use a fork to put everything back on the slice all it taste like is undercooked dough.
