Deep Dish - Large - Pepperoni

Deep dish pizza was okay. My partner likes it. I'm not a big fan of the crust. We got takeout and it was cold despite coming a few minutes before recommended. The place is a little dark, but has great discounts for Wright State students.

It's not Chicago but it satisfied my craving for deep dish pizza. The restaurant was clean, the service was fantastic, and the food was excellent.

Be prepared to wait. I could see the wait if it was busy or ordering the deep dish pizza. However this was not the case we ordered calamari as an appetizer which was very good cooked perfectly and not chewy with banana peppers and marinara. Small salad also it looks small coming out but packed with protein and very good the honey mustard dressing is light and refreshing and the Italian beef which was a great size and pretty good not exactly like a Chicago style but close the auju was really salty. Great parking, great size dining area, and plenty of restrooms with changing tables if needed for babies. The staff was friendly just the food comes out very slow and only 4 other families was dining in at the time.

The pizza did not have any flavor . Waitress was nice though. The sweet teas was not sweet. And I know sweet cause I got diabetes and it didn't affect me at all. SENDING HATE FROM THE PARKING LOT

Not my favorite Giordano's location. The pizza came out warm, as opposed to steaming and burn your face off hot, which led to a weak cheese pull. I need the burn the face off hot in my life Pizza. That being said, the pizza is very flavorful. Also recommend getting a family style salad as you wait for your pizza, as you'll wait about 40 minutes for the deep dish to be ready. Giordano's, when cooked right, can't be beaten when it comes to pizza. Deep dish is supreme! The flavor of the pizza is excelelnt.

So not a big Chicago style pizza fan but I always like to try new things. Had the individual lunch special and it was really good. The waitress explained how different t the small and regular pies were and the longer wait time for larger pies. The staff was helpful and super friendly. 45 minutes to cook is a long time but I will try them next time. Good place to

Deep dish pizza (pepperoni and extra cheese inside) and then 1/2 with black olives, as well. SO good!!

Great deep dish pizza and great service. Our server told us to be prepared to wait the 45 mins for the deep dish since they were made to order-- but it was a well worth the wait! It was crispy, gooey and delicious! Highly recommend-- but do bring your phone, or a book bc it will be a wait. Also! If you want an appetizer definitely get their house made cheesy garlic bread. It's SOOOOOOO good! We will def return!

I love Giordanos in Chicago, so I was excited to see an Ohio location! I tried to order ahead online, but it kept booting me out, so I called the business number and they were really nice about just taking my order by phone! I got a deep dish of course, which requires significantly more time, but it was ready as promised. I arrived to pickup my order and it was easy to find the take out area. The restaurant itself is large and very nice with a decent bar and patio as well. Multiple staff members greeted me in my time there. I got a small build your own deep dish which was perfect. The crust was done right, the sauce was good, plenty of cheese and the veggies had a nice flavor and freshness. I also ordered a chopped salad. I LOVE Chi chopped salad as they include pasta in it, but id never had it from Gios. Their version was delicious and I could have straight been drinking the honey mustard dressing. YaY for a Beavercreek Giordanos!

Fairfield Rd, Beavercreek, OH https://marionspiazza.com I have driven past Marion's for years on the way to the Mall at Fairfield Commons, the movies, or whatever, and I have never stopped. I've read plenty of people raving online about how "awesome" it is. Heck, they're even "Dayton's #1 Pizza" (self-proclaimed, naturally ). So, after a long day of visiting our youngest at college, dropping half my paycheck at Sam's Club and Walmart to restock her dorm fridge, embarking on a 7-mile hike around campus looking at stuff, and 6 hours of travel time... we were starving. My wife said, "Let's try Marion's in Beavercreek." Pizza? I'm in. We are basically pizza professionals, plus it's fresh content for the page. #DoubleScore We walked in and immediately got lost. We must have entered through the wrong door because we stood there looking as confused as a boomer trying to navigate TikTok. We were staring at what looked like a gas station cooler filled with sodas, beers, and hard ciders. After our two semi-educated brains collided, we walked down to a counter with a good view of the kitchen where an army of teenagers was violently assembling pizzas. Saw a cash register and put 2 and 2 together on our very own. A nice young lady acknowledged us, and I just confessed: "We've never been here, how does this work?" She explained; You order your food in this line, and pay. Then, you migrate over to the "bar" area (those gas station coolers), wait in another line, and pay for your drinks separately. It's a totally segregated system for food and beverages. Umm what? We ordered a large (13") pepperoni. Half mushroom, half banana peppers (my toxic trait). Slid a few feet to the left for drinks. I asked for a draft Michelob Ultra. Turns out they don't have Ultra on draft. No Ultra on draft... on the Lord's day?! Fine. I asked for a Bud Light draft. I watched the barmaid pour my beer into a plastic mug... and it was Miller Lite. Honestly? I'm choosing peace today. I just drank the Miller Lite. My safe space is sitting down with a cold beer, whatever the brand. Not worth the hassle. Now, my wife has an unhealthy obsession with extra pizza sauce. So, I asked for a container of extra sauce. You would have thought I asked for the nuclear launch codes. The girl asked if I wanted it "warmed up." I said yes (apparently the wrong answer). She warned me it would take 3-4 minutes. I watched this girl open a giant metal can, scoop out raw, basic tomato paste into a tin, and send it on a 4-minute spiritual journey through the pizza oven. Boom. "Sauce." #HERO Let's talk about the pizza. I have friends who have hyped this place up for years. Honestly... I wasn't impressed. If this truly is Dayton's #1 Pizza, let's send some thoughts and prayers to Dayton. The crust was actually pretty good--crunchy, thin, and loaded with toppings. Favor.......Basic, nothing to brag about. Could have used a parmesan or red pepper kick...... But the tables inside? Naked. Just salt and pepper. No parmesan cheese. No red pepper flakes. Eating pizza without shaky cheese feels like a hate crime against Italian culture, but okay. Customer service is basically non-existent. You order at two different counters, pay at two different counters, pick up your own food, fetch your own refills, and clean up your own mess. Paper plates, small enough for one pizza square. Look, I'm all for personal responsibility, but if I wanted to do chores, I'd have just gone home. ‍‍‍ 3 out of 5 Bald Heads PROS: * Crispy Thin Crust * Affordable * Massive seating area (very clean and nice!) * Awesome arcade room for the kids CONS: * Just very... basic. Could have done better at home * Confusing ordering dynamic * NO PARMESAN OR RED PEPPER FLAKES * Total lack of table service The Verdict: If I was locked in Beavercreek and this was the only option, I would happily eat it again and support a local business. But I ain't making a road trip just to eat here when I have amazing local pizza back home in the WCH. Do you agree with me or am I totally wrong? Let me know in the comments! But, while you're in the area, you need to eat. We were looking for Italian, and the Yelp reviews led us here. It's a small not-a-chain Italian restaurant. The ambiance isn't why you go, it's the great food! I say that because there are only 3 tables inside that can seat 4 or 5 people maximum. And it's not fancy looking. But the pizza was excellent. My adult daughter declared it was the best pizza she'd had in a couple of decades. And she's a picky eater. We all enjoyed the pizza. A especially nice touch is that they have a bulletin board where people have pre-paid for meals for people who can't afford to eat. If you are in that situation, you walk in, choose a receipt, and take it to the counter to get your free meal. It obviously hadn't been abused, as there were at least a dozen pre-paid receipts there. We really liked that community service aspect. But the only reason I'm writing this review (after the fact; sorry I didn't get photos) is that the pizza was great and the cost was also great. We highly recommend them!
