I like my specialty coffees served hot. I do have to say every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. They seemed happy and were there to help and answer questions. You place your order at the counter, and you receive a number which you display at your table. There are two dining areas with tables and a few booths to dine at next to where you place your order. This was the first time my husband and I actually threw our bowls out, it was that bad. I do hope they get to how they used to. With the increased prices, they need to maintain quality, and quality has been severely lacking.
