We decided to go to Giordanos for lunch. I heard about their lunch menu the personal pan pizza and a house salad. It was great! The house salad was great!!! Good size portion with shaved Parmesan, tomatoes, fennel slices and mixed salad. I loved it! Fresh and hearty! The personal size pepperoni pizza was very good! The sauce and cheese and pepperoni worked well together. All for $10. There are other fast food and sit down restaurants nearby but this hits the spot. The restaurant is clean and Heather our waitress was attentive, quick with the drinks food and bill. We didn't have to wait for a table which made it easier to have lunch and go on with our errands! read more

There are obviously a lot of pizza places around here, but you can't go wrong with Giordano's! We especially like the staff at this location - always friendly and helpful. We go to this location even though there's one closer to our house. Great atmosphere and plenty of room for a party! Thought I'd try their new tavern style pizza so I scheduled an order to be delivered to me through DoorDash from this location (less than 2 miles away). I opened the pizza to find it cooked but completely cold as if they'd baked it and let it sit out for awhile until my driver came to pick it up. Giordano's used to be great pizza but sounds like this location is run by a bunch of bozos who don't care about their customer experience. You can't go wrong. The pizza is delicious, and my favorite is the deep dish/stuffed - whatever you want to call it. But I was in the restaurant after a doctor's appointment one early evening and I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich. The chicken was tender and tasty. Today we had a birthday celebration for my autistic son. The staff at the Willowbrook location were amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, helpful but most of all KIND! I don't always want deep dish pizza, but I like it once in a while. Giordano's has the thick doughy deep dish crust, tons of cheese and ample amount of sauce. Their crust has a hard crunchy exterior with a little softness in the middle. I've gone to this location once and my takeout order was ready at the expected time. It was hot and tasted good. My favorite Chicago deep dish pizza. I've eaten two separate locations. Both were good service and nice locations.

I come to this location at least once a week and today was the first time I had a terrible experience. The staff was completely different. There's only one familiar face in there today. The service was terrible. The food was absolutely horrendous. The buffalo wings were not only dry, but the quality of the chicken was terrible and they were completely overcooked. The staff was not even boxing everybody's pizzas up and handed me a Tupperware to put my own into. I'm not typically a fan of leaving a facility without giving a tip, but today was the exception to that rule. read more

My friend brought us to eat here with her kids and wife. The servers was extremely rude she did not understand anything I was telling her. She made it know she did not comprehend a word I told her and she put my order wrong. She was too busy stuffing her face by the dirty dishes and neglected to bring us refills. At the end of the food I got up and told the manager and he was rude himself and I told him that the server was so rude to me making fun of my s accent and the server gave me the wrong order plus she never came back to see if the food was ok the manager did not say sorry so I told him I was going to give them a bad review he said go ahead just do that and here is it . -5 stars read more

Giordano's is one of Chicago's most popular deep dish pizza joints. I highly suggest if you ever visit Chicago and you've never had deep dish pizza to check out Giordano's, the pizza is different from your typical thin crust or pan pizza but that's what makes it so special. I have been to this location more than a handful of times and I don't believe I've ever had any issues. More recently my experience was more than pleasant, my waitress was Shirley and she was fantastic at her job. She made my experience comfortable and relaxed. The manager was extremely rude. He asked me what I was there for and then immediately turned away before I could answer. After about 10 minutes he asked me again and said he ignored me because he thought I was there for pickup. Apparently if you are there for pick up it's fine to completely ignore the person. I'm from the East coast so I get it, Chicago pizza is deeeep i.e. thick and saucy. I'm a "foldable slice " type of guy. It's a good place to try Chicago style pizza but if you like "pie cut" (each slice has crust) you will need to request it when you order it. Called to place a to go order as I have in the past , wanted to place a veggie pizza with half pepperoni. The to go girl lulu I believe was her name or something close to that said I couldn't do that, even though I've done it before . I asked her if she'd be able to ask if we could , even if we had to pay more she didn't even ask just flat out said no and as I was asking something else she said anything else? And I said no and she hung up rudely even though I wasn't done saying I was going to order something else. Called back and spoke to Samsun the manager said they were able to do as we asked just had to ring it in differently , he said he would address this issue with her . This is the 4th time I have had Giordano's pizza in Willowbrook. Barely warm dry, with burned edges, & that was at the empty restaurant. Meh.. First delivery, the driver got lost. He delivered ice-cold pizza, shrugged his shoulders & left. Management basically said "Tough". I was stunned but that was years ago. We continue to try ordering & visiting every now & again, with the hopes of improvement, but to no avail. However, management & staff have changed for the better.
