My husband loved his sausage parm dinner and salad and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed Aly's grilled chicken grinder (teriyaki sauce and American cheese) and has enough for lunch tomorrow. The drinks and appetizer arrived quickly--drinks were good, but the appetizer was not. After that, we waited over an hour for our main courses. It honestly felt like our order may have been forgotten until I asked the waitress how much longer it would be. What made it more frustrating was that the restaurant didn't seem very busy, so the long wait was hard to understand. When the food finally arrived, it was extremely salty and barely edible. We ended up paying and leaving without finishing our meals. The service was also lacking, as the waitress was not attentive throughout our visit. They only offered to remake the order after we had already figured out what happened. Not only was the customer service disappointing, but the thought of exchanging food that had already left the restaurant and gone into someone else's home between customers is completely unacceptable.
