We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food. The bonus was the owners were extremely nice and gracious and so appreciative. We were sitting inside the bar and they brought the food to us and even brought some extra sauce. They don't have a food truck or building and do most advertising via Instagram so follow them and find out where they will be around the city. You won't regret it!

When I walked in, I heard someone say from that back that they'd be with me in a little while. It wasn't long before a young man came out to speak with me. It was about 90 minutes before closing and he immediately told me I should not expect service right before closing. I apologized, said I thought they closed at 6pm, he said they did, then said he'd go to the back to see if they'd be willing to talk to me. Someone was in the back washing dishes, but never came to the front. The same employee came back out, sighed, and said he'd take my order. I told him I had never been in, I just heard about it from the gift card, and was curious what I could order and what was included with the menu items (inside, it's just a counter and a table off to the side with trays/boxes with names, but not prices or a list of what comes in them). He told me I should read the TV, which looked to be off at the time. He turned it back on while huffing and puffing, then said "LOOK!" at the menu, which was just names of the boxes with prices, not sizes or again what's included/what I can choose from. I remained calm, despite feeling uncomfortable, and again asked if I could see a list of what's included or what I can choose from, and if I can pick something up same day or order for a future pickup (I was honestly hoping for a grab & go cooler like other similar places but no problem, I can order something for another time). I still have no idea what items are available, as the employee was just getting more and more mad at me with each question, which he refused to answer. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable, which he just said, "okay!" so I said I didn't feel like I was wanted there as a customer, and I left. I've tried calling the store to rectify the situation and maybe speak with a different employee or member of management. Either the phone just rings and rings or the same employee I spoke with in-person answers. I really wanted to use my gift card but I'd rather throw it away than go through that experience again. Brad Gates Catering is a preferred vendor for the IAC and came highly recommended by the staff at IAC. From the first email, to pricing, to the contract and payment options, BGC has provided an easy, stress-less and smooth process. Meggin was very responsive and proactive when working with us and our fixed budget. We didn't want to cut quality while cutting cost, and Meggin understood that and was able to put together a menu that not only meets our budgetary needs, but also our tastes. She is on the ball with all the nuances behind planning and executing a wedding reception dinner so she's been a huge help and resource when it comes to managing and making decisions around things like kids menu, buffet set-up and the like. The owner responded quickly and was able to make 50 cake pops for our party with only a week's notice. Not only did she make cake pops, but they were intricate, incredibly-themed cake pops that brought a lot of fun to our event. The party was right before Thanksgiving, so the cake pops had fun toppers that looked like turkeys, footballs, autumn leaves, etc. They were also delicious, which is sometimes hard to do when they're that beautiful too. You can now order dessert tasting platters from this business, which is definitely the next thing I want to try! You can sit in the Market's indoor dining area that is located on the upper (and now lower) levels or at one of the tables in the outdoor courtyard. It was a nice day, so I decided to eat outside. The catfish and fries were decent. I cant give them the title of best that I have had, but it was good. It came with some hot sauce. If I have one suggestion, it would be to up their hot sauce game.
