I can confidently say that Zaaed S. and Max M. at Valencia BMW were exceptional throughout the entire process. I live in Fresno, so purchasing a vehicle from Valencia BMW meant traveling roughly three hours to the dealership. From my first conversations with Max, he was responsive, straightforward, patient with my questions and genuinely helpful. There was never any pressure, and communication was excellent before I ever made the drive. Once I arrived, that experience continued. Max was personable, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. Zaaed made the finance portion of the purchase just as comfortable. He took the time to explain everything, answer my questions and work through the different options with me without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Both of them made what can normally be a long and exhausting process feel surprisingly easy. What really distinguished both Zaaed and Max, however, was their follow-through and communication. Their responsiveness did not end once the paperwork was signed. Zaaed consistently answered, returned calls quickly, followed up personally and stayed involved whenever something required additional coordination. I especially appreciated that he would actually pick up the phone and have a conversation rather than simply sending a quick text or passing something along to someone else. He remained accessible and engaged throughout the entire experience and made it very clear that he was paying attention and taking ownership. Max was equally responsive and attentive. He kept me updated, followed through on what he said he would do and ultimately made the drive all the way from Valencia to Fresno himself to personally deliver my other vehicle back to me. What impressed me even more was that he arrived prepared. He had already coordinated with the appropriate people at the dealership so that he could help me with a couple of additional questions while he was here. That kind of preparation and attention to detail was completely unexpected and genuinely appreciated. What stood out to me most was that both of them remained just as accessible and helpful after the sale as they were before it. There was never a feeling that because the paperwork was complete, their responsibility to me as a customer was complete. That's rare, and I think it says a great deal about both of them. Being familiar with finance myself, responsiveness, accountability and follow-through are things I notice and value. I also understand that not every question has an immediate answer and that sometimes several people have to be involved behind the scenes. What matters to me is communication, knowing that someone has taken ownership and, most importantly, seeing that they follow through on what they say they're going to do. Both Zaaed and Max consistently did exactly that. I absolutely love my BMW, but my experience with these two is a significant part of why I would recommend Valencia BMW. Buying a vehicle three hours away could easily have made me hesitant, particularly when there are BMW dealerships much closer to home. Instead, Zaaed and Max gave me every reason to feel that making the drive was worth it. If you're considering purchasing from Valencia BMW, I highly recommend working with Max and Zaaed. They are both professional, responsive, personable and exceptional when it comes to customer service and follow-through. I would gladly make the three-hour drive again to work with them. For context, I have a dealership 5 min from my home, but we drove an hour to Valencia and would do it again 10x over! Let's be honest, most of us hate car shopping. THIS car purchase could NOT have been smoother, more professionally handled or more of a genuinely pleasant surprise. Truly. I felt like Danny (Sales Manager), Amir (Salesperson), and Zaeed (Finance) were all in our corner from the minute I called and until we pulled away in our brand new BMW. They wanted us to have the car as much as we wanted it! And they were happy to make it happen and be a part of it. Some dealerships have a "move metal" mentality... well, at Valencia BMW, we felt like their goal wasn't just to sell us a car, it was to become our family dealership. I had been communicating with a salesperson here for almost two weeks and told them in advance that I would arrive between 2-3 PM. I arrived around 2:30 PM, but we still ended up waiting nearly another hour because our salesperson was busy with another client. I completely understand that dealerships get busy, so I asked if someone else could assist us in the meantime. Eventually, another salesperson helped us look at the GLC Coupe we were interested in. We were serious buyers and ready to make a deal that day. The biggest problem started when we discussed financing and leasing. I have an approximately 850 credit score, excellent credit history, and a long history with Mercedes-Benz, including multiple vehicles that have been successfully paid off. Despite that, the financing numbers being presented to us were extremely disappointing, including rates that went as high as around 10% - 8%during the discussion. Even the lower financing options we discussed were nowhere near what I expected with my credit profile. What disappointed me even more was the attitude during the negotiation. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution and earn our business, I felt like we were being pushed away from making a deal. When the manager became involved, the customer service did not improve. In my opinion, the management team could benefit from additional customer-service training, especially when dealing with serious returning luxury-car customers. The unfortunate part is that we were considering purchasing multiple vehicles. After leaving this dealership, we literally crossed the street to BMW. The difference in experience was night and day. They treated us professionally, worked with us on the numbers, offered a much more competitive deal, and we purchased a vehicle for around $60,000 that same day. Mercedes didn't lose our business because we couldn't afford the car. They lost our business because they didn't give us a reason to do business with them. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I believe every business deserves an opportunity to improve. I also have documentation and photos from the experience, but I'm choosing not to share them publicly at this time. I genuinely hope management takes feedback like this seriously and focuses on improving both the customer experience and the way financing options are presented to highly qualified buyers.

This kind of behavior shows a shocking lack of respect for customers. Assuming your clients are clueless and trying to push unnecessary parts at outrageous prices is unacceptable -- especially from a brand that claims to represent luxury and trust. Emphasis on the "When can I come down" I explained numerous times I can't come down unless I have a hard approval as it's a 100 dollar uber ride to and from. Nonetheless, they kept pushing the idea. C Brower finally pulled my credit (If this is a "your job is your credit") program, why do you need to run my credit. So the answer was a no go for the approval. I knew that because I was transparent about the identity theft. So when I asked why do they market it as your job is your credit, they claim it runs aside the job. Which basically is how the traditional way of buying a car is. You pick the car, they take proof of income, residency, and ID. It's not a Your job is your credit program. It's the traditional way of buying a car and the "Job is Credit" Scam b/s is to get you down there. Carmax has better tactics than this. Also if you have good credit, stop buying cars from these dealers that add all these extra to the sticker price. Go to BMW or Mercedes, get a service loaner for the same price as a K5 and move on.
