Waited until some time passed to ensure no problems would arise--I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Mike reached out after we requested an offer on our Mercedes E350 (leased through MBFS); he offered us top dollar and closed the deal within days (would've done so same day if MBFS was open to provide the paperwork they needed). I am not sure that I was dealing with the Burbank location, but my interactions with givemethevin.com were horrible. They offered me $500 for the same car Carmax wanted to give me $1500 for. When I presented my Carmax documentation and asked givemethevin.com reps to beat the Carmax offer or give me the $100 as they say in their commercial, all communication ceased. Screw this company. They do not honor their own guarantees and will try to lowball you. Go to Carmax instead and save yourself a headache. read more
