I bought a Gladly Avocado Bagel this morning through the drive thru. I had asked for no strawberries. All I got was the bagel, avocado, and strawberries. I recently tried their pumpkin walnut pralines latte man oh man what a delish! And I am not a HUGE pumpkin fan of anything. But this was stellar. ‍ The inside has been closed for like ever not sure what that is about but the drive thru parking area will tear up your front bumper if your don't drive in there with caution . It is a cute little business with a drive thru and the staff is beyond friendly and kind. They are super quick with their food and drinks alike without jeopardizing the quality of it all! I'm telling you, if I could marry a bagel, I would marry their Gladly Avocado Bagel (with the goat cheese addition, of course). Their Dirty Harry drink is so delicious that I am ready to go to my nearest jewelry shop and pick out the largest diamond I can find for the barista. I've been to gladly maybe 4 times in the last week. My current fixation is their iced lemon poppy seed latte with oat milk. Beware the drink still has dairy in it. I like to pair my drink with their chorizo breakFEASTO sandwich. This sandwich is filled with mouthwatering flavors. It has chorizo, pepper jack cheese, purple onions, tomatoes, and the sauces (my fave) a cilantro sauce, chipotle sauce! I really enjoy how each ingredient compliments the other. I wish I had pictures to show you all these masterpieces. Right now their drive-thru is the only thing open as they are remodeling the inside! This is a new coffee shop in the spring valley area! I wish it was closer to where I lived! If anything stood out the most, it was their welcoming, warm, amazing customer service! They have such patience, and take your order with cheer. I love that. During COVID-19, the inside of the coffee shops is closed, but they have a drive thru!!!! What happened Gladys!? First off it takes me 25min to get here, however it was worth it when you first opened. Now it has all gone down the pooper in the last year or so. There seems to be a HIGH turnover rate here and it's affecting the quality of their products. I get it not everything can be perfect,but when cons out weigh the pros it's time to go. Pretty good! The ultimate breakfast sandwich was great (albeit a bit small) and the coffee was rich and flavorful, though it was a bit too sweet and a little grainy lol (I had a Dirty Harry iced latte). The coffee was much better than a lot of the other local places I've tried however (Better Buzz, Public Square, Holsem, The Livingroom etc). Seems to be a local favorite based off of how busy the drive through was, but the line moved very quickly--much faster than Starbucks does. The baristas seemed very kind too! I pulled up to the ordering intercom and asked a few questions about some different coffees and was greeted by a super friendly voice who happily took the time to explain things to me. I ended up going with the Kyoto cold brew and boy my cold brew life has changed for the better after just one sip - it tasted smooth and sweet,and there are plenty of flavor options (even sugar free flavors) for your coffees. I'm always looking to try new coffee shops seeking out a new favorite spot. I tried a tuxedo mocha, vanilla latte and avocado toast. Coffee was good. Nothing special. I was kinda looking for an unique new coffee to try... however nothing popped for me on the menu. The avocado toast was good the strawberries added a hint of sweetness to the avocado plus tomato. Honestly, I've tried multiple time with these people. The keyword is quality control. Owner years ago made a fuss about wanting apple juice without ice. I didn't go back for a year. Every time I go, I order a sandwich from the cheese that wasn't taken off or they've gotten the wrong. Recently I went and ordered a cheese and jalapeño bagel to my bagel with cheese and jalapeño. I'm allergic to sesame seeds. no problem. Customer service on that particular occasion was pretty good. I give it another shot the next day order veggie sandwich.
