I had searched many places and found phone repairs to be expensive and was worried that I would be ripped off. I approached the worker and he put my mind to ease with his great customer service. He attentively examined the problem and told me it will be fixed in 20 minutes. To my surprise, when i came back in 20 minutes, my phone was in perfect condition and the cost of service was to good to be true! In addition he gave me some nuggets about how to take care of my phone and taught me some technical aspects. I hope my phone will never crack, but if it does, I'll be back! I needed a new iPhone 6 battery and the first thing I did was request a quote through Yelp. Rafael replied back in (not exaggerating) 5 seconds!! I was charged $40 (best quote I received from 4 stores) and he was finished in 20 minutes. It would have taken 15 minutes but he noticed my screen protector was cracked and replaced it at no additional charge! I didn't even recognize my phone when he brought it back out. I also enjoyed watching the Armenian music videos in the lobby. I didn't have my phone because he was working on it, so I didn't have much of a choice, but one of the Armenian pop stars was really hot and her song was pretty catchy. Today was a bad day, I dropped my 5s flat on its face leaving work. It got better after google pointed me here. I called around and this was by far the BEST PRICE, FASTEST estimated repair time, and turned out to be GREAT service. A very well-kept business. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Had time to check out the shops next door. Phone looks and works as though today didn't happen with a new case of course, the gentleman there did a great job.
