Glendale Property Management is awesome! I rent out one of the houses under their management, and I couldn't be happier about the last 3 years I've been living here. If there are any issues with the house, the team of staff will quickly respond through text or email to immediately get it fixed. Also, the companies that they work with are as kind and professional as they are. I recently got a part fixed on the refrigerator, and they sent GNR Appliance Repair to my house. The service was fast, they reached out to the owner of the house, and everything was simple and fixed within the week. Along with my two housemates, I was a renter at a property managed by GPM for a year. Simply put, GPM's work is top-notch. Edwin and Ed are consummate professionals who are communicative and responsive. For example, when one of my roommates had to move out on short notice due to military service, GPM was helpful, gracious, and understanding. I had a longtime tenant in my rental home when I left the area and went with GPM. As far as property management goes, this place was a pass for me. Basically they only want to use their vendors and have no interest in getting quotes for property owners outside of their vendors. I get that this is typical with a lot of property management companies, but on an introduction call I'd asked about being a bit more hands on with quotes this and it was just so rudely shot down. I've also read some horrible things about this company and how they treat tenants on other platforms. Not sure about the credibility but it's still not a good look. read more

I used to live here and it was an overall good experience, but the property sits on a busy street, so night traffic was fairly horrible. My bedroom was near the major street and the walls were super thin creating so much noise I could barely sleep at night. Other than that, the management was very responsive and I loved my apartment. read more
