I had to correct her and make sure she fully painted my nails (she kept missing the top portion). I'm already paying you for this service. A tip is never mandatory nor is it your right to treat a customer lower than normal because the tip isn't to your expectation. Would not recommend coming here. I really like how each person's space is decorated their own way. Illa's room is cozy and warm, which is so inviting and nice, especially in this cold weather. I try to get in with her at least once a month. Her massages leave me feeling lighter not only physically but also spiritually. Coco's room is a beautiful, lush, botanical atmosphere.
