Fair and Honest I've just moved to Maryland. Co-workers warned me that some mechanics take advantage of the mandatory safety inspection for out-of-state vehicles by requiring hundreds or thousands of dollars-worth of repairs to get the certificate. PJ found one minor issue ($30 repair) and topped up my tire pressure and checked my valve stems for free. Unbelievably reasonable. I brought my Jeep here to have the brakes repaired and most recently because my Check Engine light had been on (for nearly a month). PJ scanned my car for free. He replaced the part that needed repair, fixed a frayed wire, checked the fluids, put air in my tires, and replaced the windshield wipers. He charged me only for the part he replaced and the labor. PJ has been taking care of our cars for years - My family, my extended family, and some family friends living nearby almost exclusively use his service. He is the most detail-oriented and honest person one can find. I'm writing this review now because I just had my car saved by him - The drain was clogged sitting under a tree during the quarantine and the inside of my car was flooded because of all the rain we had in the past few months. He took great pains removing the seats, taking off the carpeting, painting the floor under the carpet, making sure there is no bad smell, and even having my car detailed... it took days to get all that done because of all the mold that grew under the carpet. He charged us about half the price we had expected. And that was not even the first time he did that! The last time was because, according to him, he learned something out of it.
