We had our two ragdoll cats groomed and shaved by Madi for the first time. She was really great with them and took the time to try to calm them down and help them feel secure. She was also very informative and patient with all my questions and easy to communicate with. We got our cats lioncuts to help with the shedding and they turned out great! One of our cats is more difficult to work with, so her front paws came out uneven, but overall, Madi did a great job. Mobile grooming is super convenient and her grooming trailer was very clean. One thing to note, she doesn't have an assistant, so if you have cats, be prepared to have the time to assist her with holding your pet and calming them while being groomed (and getting a little bit covered in fur)! Still, I think her pricing is reasonable for how difficult it is to safely shave cats and we are definitely going to be using Glitterati again in the future! read more

Maddie from Glitterati was great. Kind, caring and has worked with animals for 20 years. I saw her spa and she saw me checking it out and came out to greet me. She fit our dog in for grooming in about an hour after I met her. Did a wonderful job. Cosmo is a shelter dog so cages and being around other dogs are not for him. He is also about 8 so this environment was good for him. Maddie also checked his teeth and showed us a little mole to keep an eye on. She was personable and easy to talk to. Could not recommend Glitterati Paw Spa highly enough!!! I recently had my senior, long hair cat shaved and Madi was very patient--even though there was a lot of fur. She did a great job making sure my kitty was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated being able to be in the truck with her. I think my cat was definitely more comfortable. She also did my parents' ornery cat and bless her, she stuck with him the entire time (even though he is a scratcher and a biter). Madi is so patient, even with the difficult ones. Madi is amazing! I just moved to Cali from Boston with my two Persian cats, who have a bit of catitude and are not the easiest to groom. Madi is great with them, and has a way of calming them (and their owner) WITHOUT and drugs or sedation. She is extremely knowledgeable about animals and has given me helpful tips on how to maintain their manes in between groomings . Her truck is very clean and she handles my cats like her own. I have an old dog that has some very unique physical issues and has suffered serious abuse from a previous owner that still impacts her behavior. Even with all of these unique "attributes", I have never received less than amazing service AND quality from Glitterati. I recommend them to everyone I know. Madi has even found some other physical issues with my dog and recommended I visit my vet. My vet was very impressed that a groomer caught these things and told me I was very lucky. I called to get pricing for a cat grooming service and when she asked about my cat I told her he's an 8 year old lot haired orange tabby and he's declawed she rudely remarked " Oh I'm sorry" . This was my first time calling and judging me for decisions with my own cat is extremely unprofessional. AND might I just add that I rescued him from the shelter at 6 years old and he was already declawed. So in fact I didn't even make the decision to do so. But regardless I am paying you for service, I don't need your snide remarks about my cat being declawed. I'm sure she does a great job and her services end up well done but I will be going else where. read more

I've used Glitterati several times and I am thoroughly impressed! I've been using mobile groomers for over a year as both of my dogs are older and one has arthritis (Brownie, 13) while the other has terminal heart issues (Sugar, 15) and is nearing the end of her days. They are in no condition to be left at a grooming place for half a day or longer. I am overly impressed with Madi and the genuine care and attention to detail that she provides for them! She understands the extra comfort and gentleness that older (and sick) dogs need. She does a fabulous job on the cleaning and the cuts. She is incredibly accommodating with my schedule as I work full-time Monday through Friday. She even shows up early and with a smile! I found with the other groomers that they would want me to try to leave work early to accommodate their schedule if I wanted to get service for my dogs-even in a month's time frame-which I found completely inappropriate. Madi is always willing to be as flexible as possible to get me the service I need for my dogs when I need it. She pays extreme attention to detail while treating my dogs as if they were her own. I am so excited I found such a fantastic groomer for my babies!! I called and scheduled my appointment for the following week. Madi arrived right on time which I really appreciated. Her demeanor was kind and warm and she was a complete professional. I requested a shave and bath for my male Persian who had never before been groomed before as well as haircut and bath for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who also had a very thick coat. Surprisingly, I had a really hard time finding a groomer that worked on both cats and dogs. She began with my Persian who was regretfully, completely matted. She suggested that I be present while she worked on him because she said cats often remain more calm when their guardians are present. It was such a pleasure to watch her work and I was shocked at how calm and cooperative he was through the whole shaving. He became a little upset when the bath started and she was able to calm him down and make him feel safe again. She clearly has the perfect energy to work with animals. When she was finished, he looked so cute with his lion haircut. Next she worked on my dog who she did without my presence. She did a great job on his cut also and even pointed out an unusual growth he had that I was not aware of. I'm so grateful because he has had cancerous growths removed in the past so finding them early is very important. I would wholeheartedly recommend Madi and Glitterati to anyone looking for a groomer. Madi recently shaved/bathed my moderately long-haired cat - who weighs 19 lbs! Spike loved her and loved the experience. I have never seen him so loving as after this grooming. It may have been because she had me stay with her while grooming Spike - he is quite a handful! We've had Glitterati coming to our home to wash and groom my dog, Daisy, for about a year now. This company is top notch. First of all, I love having someone come to my home so I don't have to lug my dog in and out of the groomers. Beyond the basics (they always arrive on time and with a smile), Madi does amazing work on Daisy's fur. My dog sheds. A lot. After Madi is done, I can tell a huge difference both on Daisy's coat and on the floor over the following week. Seriously, it seems like Daisy sheds about 1/10 as much as she did before I switched to this company. As happy as that makes me, my very favorite part about Glitterati may be the products they use. What a huge difference from the results I've seen with other groomers - super smooth coat and a fabulous smell.
