Madi is so wonderful! I completely fell in love with her and was impressed by her skills. I had her do a full shave and bath for our 3 adult cats, and the whole process was fun and hilarious and went really well. She's very good with cats, very loving, and she was able to calm them whenever they were anxious. She even gave them lots of kisses any time they were starting to get stressed out, which makes my heart happy I appreciate when groomers or vets are sweet towards them like that. She did a beautiful job grooming them, and was extremely knowledgeable about cats in general. You can tell she's a true animal lover. She actually has you in the session with her to assist since she works alone, which I prefer because I can be with my babies the whole time and help keep them calm, plus that way I know they won't feel abandoned or too confused. I had a great time talking to her while we worked. Pricing is very reasonable, Madi is communicative, friendly and good via text, and payment is easy since she's fine with Zelle/PayPal/Venmo etc. Genuinely sad that I only groom my cats once every year or two max, because it was such a pleasure working with her. The groomer has no knowledge on cat health and kept insisting our cat was underweight regardless of how I tried to explain his weight has been consistent since birth, now 8 years later. Also, what does this have to do with grooming??? The grooming was awful, every time, and the owner was clearly lacking in feline experience. I regret trying mobile grooming for convenience sakes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Madi is absolutely FANTASTIC. My cat was full of mats... a nightmare. Madi let me stay on the truck and actually watch them take care of him. I was pleasantly surprised how amazing she was with my cat. My cat, Frankie, is a sweet boy but has never been properly groomed before. Madi is the best, she's worked with my boy Diezel most of his years, our American Bully. He required a 3 part shampoo and soak that most groomers couldn't or chose not to handle due to his breed and look. He's a big baby and Madi loved him and Diezel loved Madi. We unfortunately had to put him down a few years ago. She continues to provide quality grooming and Lion cuts to my girl Rezin, our mature 18yr old Pomeranian. What can I say....we love our shepherds. And boy did Maddi and Cassandra hit it out of the park. Not Only did I walk into the house and smell my super clean shepherds. They pointed out areas that our previous groomer never paid attention too. Who does that?! Glitterati Paw Spa does! Glitterati is absolutely the best! I have 2 senior cats 14 and 15. They do not like riding in their carriers, they really don't like leaving the house either. I decided that mobile grooming might be less stressful. I contacted Glitterati and booked for the next day. They arrived on time, and asked us lots of questions about our cats. Then off they went with our 15 year old make cat, who I'm certain meowed the entire time. Then off with our 14 year old girl for a lion cut. Very happy with the services we received at Glitterati Paw Spa. We had our 5-year old mainecoon mix- Mia- groomed yesterday. I was very apprehensive about having her shaved. But after doing a good deal of research and speaking with Madi, it was determined as the best option. She had a few deep hair clumps and it is hard to get those out. Self grooming had become tough. Also her nails were overgrown and she had been itching a lot. Madi arrived yesterday and she was on time. Our cat was very scared to say the least. I couldn't hear her so I asked her to repeat the question. Then she proceeded with saying "well I need to know what city you're in" in such a rude tone. Like really? Madi the owner/ groomer is great!!! It's just her and your dog. Full attention for 1.5-2 hours. Cody LOVES her! It's very reasonable too. And she does everything.... Brush, cut, wash, dry, nails, ears, anal expression and he smells like baby powder. Super unprofessional. Do not use their service. Made an appointment to get my cat dematted. And shaved to a lion cut (he was given to us from a friend who did not take good care of him). He can be aggressive which led to the job only being half done and getting charged $140, however that's a different issue. She was 4 hours late to our appointment. While we had communicated she might be late I was in need of grooming that day so I said okay. But coming at 6pm when our appointment was at 2 is an excessive delay. What was even worse was because I wasn't home my mom had to discuss my cats matting and getting shaved. The groomer told my mom she was a bad cat owner and she should give our cat up, And berated my mother for my cats mattes. Not that she took a min to ask why my cat was like this or got any information about my cat.
