It feels nice that they know me by name, and going in to get my copying and printing jobs completed are always a pleasant experience.

For the most part, customers service is OK. If you know exactly what you want, then it's excellent. However, if you need a little more assistance then a couple members of the staff can be a bit cold. Don't get me wrong, they will help you out, but you can feel as if you are getting on their nerves (or you are mentally incapacitated) when you ask a lot of questions. Since (I'm assuming), that most of the clients are from Columbia and probably printing program books, posters, and fliers, it might useful for Village Copier to have standard templates. I think that would make life simpler for the customers and the staff.

But their self righteous attitude when I was not satisfied with results still bothers me. So I'll keep my review as a record and for your reference, if you are considering using village copier amsterdam. ------------ I printed my work sample the day before my job interview. The printed color was very off and redly toned. I complained. They said, laser printing was always right, so your file must be wrong. I asked them to reprint for double check. They said, you have to pay for it. I said, what if it's your problem. They said, no, the laser machine is too good to be failed. They won by claiming absolute rightness and charging me before they started to print. I left with anxiety about the coming interview, discomfort infilled by humid air, and anguish by my inability to fight back. Just leave a reminder here: Their level of professional service is a lie. They are always right about why the print looks different from what you have imagined. They may assume they have the best flawless machine in the world. Stay away from village copier amsterdam please. If you have to use village copier, do remember to pay for the job after you have seen the satisfying prints. Otherwise, you are left with no weapon and destined to loss.

However, the drop-off experience has been consistently frustrating when it comes to customer service choices. Staff members are quick to make visitors aware that self-checkout is available, which is great for anyone who wants a fast, hands-off drop-off. However, customers should have the right to opt out. Every time I visit to drop off a package and request an associate scan it at the counter for a receipt, I am redirected to the kiosks. When I politely decline and choose to wait in line for a real person, I am met with resistance and attitude. I don't mind waiting in line for counter service, and customers who prefer an in-person receipt shouldn't be made to feel like a nuisance for making that choice. I don't work here, and opting for traditional counter service shouldn't come with pushback. I hope management uses this feedback to ensure staff inform customers about the kiosks as an optional convenience, while continuing to serve those waiting in line with a professional and friendly attitude.
