The Perro had beef frank, cheese, pink sauce, garlic sauce, pineapple sauce, chips, and a quail egg on top. My husband ordered the Paisa Burger which had Angus Beef, Cheese, Pink Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Pineapple Sauce, Slaw, Chips, and Quail Egg. Of course, I had to have a Colombiana to quench my thirst. My husband had a jugo de mora (blackberry juice). Unfortunately, it tasted sweet and not natural fruit. I felt like the chips could have been more crispy, but the whole hotdog was tasty especially the sauces. My husband really enjoyed his burger. It didn't take a very long time for all the food to come out. The portions were a really good size so we packed some to go. Served with some crispy spiced potatoes and a lovely salad. The dish was delicious, the eggs were poached well and I loved every bit of it. Gio's Columbian Egg Sandwich was also excellent, also served with the same potatoes and salad. Everyone enjoyed their plates which also included pancakes, Steak & Eggs and Carne Asada.
