I ordered two burgers on Uber Eats late Wednesday night. Food from here is ok, been ordering from here for a few years now. Unfortunately with this order the minute I bit into my burger it tasted freezer burned , and then like it had been warmed in a microwave. No grill marks just a grey piece of meat. I tried to eat half with the avocado( which were brown) but it was just awful. My boyfriend order a cheeseburger and reluctantly ate his as well. Come Friday morning, we are both violently ill. This dinner was our only shared experience in the past couple of days and I can only surmise that we have food poisoning from poor preparation of beef. Reading the other reviews about food quality and cleanliness of the kitchen my assumption are further strengthened. We had vacation plans for this Valentines Day Weekend which we had to completely cancel. Will not be eating from here ever again. read more

I wish I could give less than one star, but alas, not an option. Food was fine but the service was utterly reprehensible. From the man who sat us to the waiter who (finally after we sat with no acknowledgement for at least 5-7 minutes) took our order, not one person made me feel welcome. Not one person greeted us, when the food came we had to ask for the cole slaw and pickle that are supposed to come with the meal. No one checked to see how everything was, and after finishing and sitting there for a bit longer, we got up and went to the register to ask if we could pay for our meal. At that point, the server came over and handed the check to us. The man behind the counter was on his cell phone while he took care of the customers ahead of us. the Panini sandwiches here are awesome. Burgers are pretty good, as is most breakfast foods. I went to Glory Days for dinner last week and found the proportions to be way more then I expected. Seriously for the money you spend you really get more then you pay for. Which is good because nothing pisses me off more then feeling jipped at a restaurant and leaving hungry. I never post reviews but I think this warrants one: They charged me extra because I have a food allergy and my food needed to be cooked in a separate pan!! Stopped here en route home from Boston, and it's basically your average diner fare, nothing special. I was in the mood for chocolate chip pancakes, so I ordered them, and I was in for somewhat of a disappointment. The pancakes had hardly any chocolate chips in them, and there was either a mass of them in the middle or very few just scattered around the pancake. As we walked into the diner, there were 2 employees at the front counter and the place was not overly busy but we were not attended to right away. The other flaw was when the waitress came over to take our order, she walked over asked if we were ready to order I said yes however she just walked away and didn't come back until I had to wave her down. Mostly spanish speaking employees so possibly she didn't understand 100% when we were ready to order, but as a person she seemed very nice. Not bad, not great, ok. Simply ok. The one thing I have to say about this place is that they do get you your meal quickly. The food well it depends what you get. There eggs are good and can't go wrong with burgers of course. Don't get anything with fish cause I got there fish and chips once and I couldn't stomach eating it at all. I used to like it...until they trimmed down their hours, upped the prices and managed to make the food awful. You know what all diners should be able to do? They should be able to make a simple eggs benedict (even I can make it and I am not a master chef by any means). The last time I ate there...haven't eaten since because they forgot the canadian bacon, the poached eggs were overcooked and the amount Hollandaise sauce was equivalent to about a dime on each egg. Placed an order with them through grubhub and when the order was delivered an item was missing.and what did get delivered was cold. So I called glory days and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and not bothered by their mistake she did let me know that she will not deliver the missing item nor will she refund my card. This was the worst diner I have ever been to. We were seated right away, due to the fact that it wasn't busy, and it took the waiter at least 15 minutes to come to our table even though we clearly were ready and the place was slow, no reason to take so long. The waiter was very rude and literally only said what do you want, once he decided to show up, and when we finished said thanks has he dropped the check on the table. Stopped in on Sunday @ 3:00 pm. We had just changed the clocks... (not the clock in our car)... so it wasn't really 3:00 yet. Ha ha! Shared a turkey club. Delish. French fries well done. Well done Passed by the dessert display on the way out. The Lemon Meringue Pie looked like perfection. Took it to go. The generous slice was luscious: tart creamy filling, sweet marshmellowy topping and the crust amazing. Hostess said all desserts baked on premises.
