    Philly cheesesteak

This showed up on a list of Top 20 cheesesteaks in the country so I had to try it. Having gone to school in Philly, I've had my share of cheesesteaks and this one is right up there with the best of the best. Cheesy steak on a fresh made roll. Definitely need to come back and try their pizza.

Visiting our children and grandsons who live in Chappaqua and ordered from Grigg Street Pizza. The pizzas were good plus they also got a salad and some subs.

This is my brother's favorite spot which he suggested. The pizza place is on a side street off Greenwich Avenue. Small pizza shop that sell slices and pies. Very good pizza, Taste a lot better than Planet Pizza. Dough was good low yeast taste and delicious sauce. Cheese got hard quick though. I liked that they sprinkle fresh parm cheese on it from block of cheese.

Finally got a chance to try Grigg Street Pizza in Greenwich. The pizza was really good, crispy and chewy crust. My favorite was the pepperoncini and onion slice. They had free beer when I went too! So awesome. I'd say it's as good or even better than some NYC pizza places!

Heard lots about Grigg street pizza and was really happy we got to try it! We got the Philly cheesesteak on sourdough and a slice of pepperoni. Both were great, I loved how crispy the thin pizza was and the cheese they grate on top of it before serving it that melts was delicious. Slightly oily but overall really delicious. The Philly cheese steak was good and a large portion, though slightly on the pricier side $20 for the baguette. Will definitely be back and likely to get the whole pie next time! Really friendly service too for a small place, but keep in mind there isn't much seating so it's good for a casual bite but not a sit down meal.

Their pizza is better than New York City. High quality slices. Fresh cheese, crispy crust but not burnt! And amazing sauce. Looking forward to my next slice whenever I visit CT again.

Popped in on Friday for lunch, and this pizza is unreal. They do free beer on Friday, so we had a Gansett with our food. No complaints there. Their Detroit style was so good. No frills, just great food.

Absolutely blown away with this pizza! Definitely in my top 5 pizza spots now. If you don't want a pie, you can get a slice which I love. My husband got their Philly Cheese Steak, which they are famous for and we can see why. It was absolutely delicious and just thinking back on it now is making my mouth water. We went on a Saturday and they were giving out free beer which was also a fun bonus. On Fridays and Saturday, when you eat there you can get free beer. We will definitely be back again soon.

Unassuming entrance and phenomenal pizza The cool exudes off of this place. From the music (Beastie Boys) and decor (Pearl Jam posters and Govt Mule records), to cooler of free Coors Light Beer... Well worth a pop in if you are shopping in Greenwich. We got a plain cheese slice and onion/peppers. Crispy and delicious Next time I get the steak and cheese sandwich - someone ordered it after me and it looked amazing.

Burn't and hard as a rock!

Where to start. I'm always been a huge fan of the place! The location, the help, the ingredients, all top notch. You guys use to put out a monster pizza! I'm trying to figure out what has happened the last two times I had your pizza. Two times ago I ordered slices. They were burnt on the bottom and hard as a rock. I spoke with one of the gentleman behind the counter to complain. He had a good response. He said to just tell them you want it lightly heated. Still no excuse for burn't pizza. Today I decided the best way to handle the situation was to order a fresh pie and wait for it and eat it there. I'm fine waiting for it, I just want a fresh pie! It took a while so I assumed it was a fresh pie and not reheated. I've been preaching to my girl friend that your pizza is as good as it gets. Sadly the pizza was burn't on the bottom and hard as a rock. I totally understand the extremely hot pizza ovens and the little patchs of black on the top. I get that, burn't on the bottom, no! My girl friend was amazed, she said we drove all this way for this. So later I thought I would try the rest of the pie I brought home. She couldn't imagine why I would want to bring it home. Anyway I tried to cut it with a regular knife, that didn't work, I had to use a sharp knife. I've attached several photos to show you what a piece of card board looks like! The bottom line is this is unacceptable and extremely disappointing!!! Ben

Can't recommend their sandwiches enough. They are absolutely delicious and their bread is fresh baked. Definitely will be returning

Perfect pizza. Better than a 8.2 score portnoy! Crust was perfect, no flop. Great sauce, great sauce... exceptional.

It's merely ok for Connecticut pizza. I would rather go to my local NY pizzeria for better quality pizza.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Westchester…read moreRelaxed atmosphere, delicious food, attentive staff The owners Lisa and Dan are lovely and friendly. They are hands on and ready to help!

We arrived here around 12:30pm, I anticipated a wait due to the holiday (Juneteenth). We were told…read moreno more than 20 mins. We do notice two empty tables outside but understood that maybe they don't want to seat people and overwhelm the kitchen. After about 10 mins of waiting we're offered one of the tables that had been empty. (Which were outside). No menus given but we noticed the QR codes. Guy comes by and drops off cups w ice and a carat of water. Waiting... waiting.... Finally another server comes and asks if we'd like to order drinks. Yes, and our meals bc we've been sitting here for quite some time. We get our coffees and there's a lot of grinds at the bottom of the cups, server switches it out. We finally get our food and two of the three meals were not hot, not even warm. But we're hungry and eat but when the server checks in my sister says "honestly for as long as we waited we would've expected hotter food, these two (egg dishes) are cold." He apologizes and says he'll let the manager know. The manager, who I can only assume is Lisa (based on the responses I'm seeing here on Yelp) came out and said I hear the food is cold? And was very aggressive right off the bat. Saying everything comes right out of the kitchen and to the table, we don't have heat lamps. Offers to "reheat" the food (but how, the microwave?) we're already half way thru the dishes as we had waited a long time. My sister tried to express that after waiting for a table, service and grounds in the coffee that this was disappointing - the manager interjects w "well did you tell him did he give you a new one" She does NOT take criticism very well, she's abrasive and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. She then came out (after I assume finding out the whole story and how long we had been there) she said she would take the two items off the bill, which we weren't gunning for. As we just gave honest feedback when asked how everything was. We then noticed her come and check in on the other tables outside bc people who got there well after us also got their food at the same time... As much as I'd want to come back and try it again bc the promise is there. The manager was such a turn off, that I would be spending my money there, again.
