Attended a big soccer tournament in Wesley Chapel and stopped here for lunch between games. We had a party of 6, two of us ordered sandwiches, we had two orders of appetizers, and two deserts. It took forever to get our drinks, and we only got half of our order. After an hour and a half we cancelled the two desert orders. When we talked to the manager, he said he would take off the items we didn't get. No other incentives were offered. Granted they were busy, but you would think they would have had more staff when located in an area that is constantly having events like this. Would not recommend for anyone on a busy Saturday afternoon. read more

I don't normally write reviews. But, this place was absolutely horrendous. Wings were burnt. The Crave bowl had no flavor aside from the hummus and the shrimp tasted like straight butter as well as being undercooked. And the shrimp and fries platter was pathetically portioned. Pour service and the food felt like it was from the freezer to the plate. The food part is to be expected though so I won't dock it for that but I don't plan on going back. The nachos were the most disappointing thing. We got chicken in the nachos and it was a slightly cut whole chicken breast sitting under some chips. Also little to no cheese to be seen. Buffalo cauliflower was just fried vegetable flavor (but that is what it is, I've just had way better). The wannabe shrimp was great. I came here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend, in laws, and all their friends. I wish I remember our servers name, she was wonderful! The drinks were amazing and so was the food! I have tried this restaurant three times in three different locations . All three times I have been disappointed with the food. Twice I have had a hamburger that I ordered medium-well that showed up nearly raw. One cue the meat was still cold-raw in the center and once it came back to me a second time still raw. The third time i ordered a chicken Caesar salad that came with foul smelling chicken that I couldn't eat. While the Service and the prices are decent I can't get past the poor food quality control and wont go back. read more

This review isn't a full one. You see, I haven't tasted their food. I also look forward to the day when I can update this review, but it will take awhile before husband and I are ready to try again. We arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Two people opened the door for us, then two smiling people greeted us and seated us immediately. Sounds good, right? The girl who seated us told us all about their rewards program and the specialized speakers that allow you to watch any of the TVs with sound at your table. She was upbeat and really friendly. We were intrigued. We started perusing the menu, and the two empty tables near us filled as we did so. Then those tables were waited on. Still, we waited. No water, no greeting, nothing. Five minutes turned into ten. Finally, we started flagging down waiters. We had two waiters make eye contact, clearly see we were waving them over, and then purposefully look away. The final straw was when a waiter met our eyes, I said, "Excuse me," and her response was, "I'm busy." As we dropped off our menus at the door on the way out, we explained we were leaving because we hadn't been waited on. One of the five people at the door, who were standing the whole time within clear view of our table and situation, asked if she could assist us right then. It was awkward. We're leaving because no one was kind to us or even bothered to acknowledge us, even when two tables next to us who were seated later were served and had drinks and appetizers within the time frame it took us to leave. It's hard to stay after that kind of service issue knowing the rest of the evening will be about being "that" table if you stay. It was a nice gesture, but it didn't seem promising for our evening. New restaurants have growing pains, and the two stars are for the excellent service you get at the door. We'll try again at some point, hoping that the good reputation this restaurant has will be something we see by simply getting a glass of water without flagging down a waiter or harassing a manager. read more

WC has a new place to eat! And it's name is Glory Days! We had a friendly server who was quick to bring our drinks to us once they got low. We ordered nachos which we personally didn't care for. They are bbq style served with bbq sauce which was just yucky to us. Someone else may like that though. The onion rings were amazing! We also ordered boneless wings and didn't care for the flavor of sauce. We choose the teryaki flavor. Someone else may really like this though, and this was just our personal opinion. I also enjoyed how they have outdoor games like bags to play while waiting. We will need to go back to find foods we enjoy. It wasn't the quality of the food (which was good!). The employees seem to be more interested in getting off early much more than taking care of the guests. I understand why the place was empty and the rest of Wesley Chapel is packed. Lesson learned. We've become fans of glory days. Tonight we had Jyair ( hope I spelt it right) as our server, he was very friendly and attentive. We started with the Buffalo cauliflower wings which were awesome as always. I went with the lobster roll ,roasted corn and Cole slaw, the slaw a bit dry but overall its a good meal, my wife had the strawberry salmon salad and she was very happy. My husband and I would drive by this location often so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised once we walked in. Very nice sports bar restaurant. My husband LOVED all 30+ TV's. The service was exceptional and the food was great! We got the pretzel bites for appetizer (they were awesome and the sauces were amazing!). We ordered lobster rolls for dinner and I thought they were the best I've had in years! (I'm originally from Boston). My husband thought it had too much celery but I love celery so I thought they were perfect! It came with the most amazing roasted/grilled corn on the cob and cole slaw. So yummy!! Also, one of the best margaritas I've had in a long time! We will be going back for sure with additional family next time! read more

We ordered $140 worth of takeout for my mom's birthday. I was sitting there for an additional 30 min after they told me it would be 25 min. I sat next to another couple who were also waiting for food to go. I ran to the bathroom real quick. I came back and the girl said "someone already picked up your food." I said "what? I was sitting here and ran to the bathroom you saw me." Long story short she gave the 6 bags of food to the couple I was sitting next to! How can this happen? Stupidity. 6 bags. Not 1 or 2. SIX! It's been a couple years since we've visited. On our last visit there was fantastic, smiling service and the kitchen didn't miss. We were actually regulars and visited at least once a week. It is apparent that this location is under new management. Not one employee smiled on our visit, not even the hostess. Didn't seem like one single employee wanted to be there and it showed. We ordered 12 hot grilled wings, 12 buffaque wings and a kids grilled chicken meal and the food was below average, wings were very dry and Luke warm, the kids meal was just OK per my daughter. There appeared to be a manager on duty the entire time who made his way to every table except ours. So I'm not sure if the mediocre service or below average food was intentional. As an owner, I would consider reevaluating whomever has been appointed to run this location. Drastic difference from a couple years ago. Wouldn't recommend today. read more
