I love Glory Days! I was excited when Glory Days announced they were opening a second location in the KC area that was a lot closer to my house. The pizza may be a bit more than the average delivery pizza, but I think it is well worth it. It is more comparable to like a Minsky's. On my most recent visit, I found the service to be friendly, and the pizzas I ordered online were ready when I got there. This is going to sound weird, but you have to try the baked potato pizza. I got it on a whim once, and now it is one of my favorite things to get when I want something a bit out of the norm pizza wise. read more

Moved to Olathe from Topeka, the home of Glory Days Pizza, and I was thrilled when they opened a location here. They make everything from scratch, including the sauce, and it shows. I've been able to visit twice so far, and every pizza has been outstanding. The original crust is perfect. It has just the right amount of crunch on the outside and chew on the inside, just like a great pan pizza should. I've had just about all the big names in the Kansas City area. Minsky's, Pizza Shoppe, Grinders, and many others. In my opinion, nothing tops Glory Days. I'm so happy they made it to the KC area. Now let's get the next location in Olathe around 135th and Black Bob. It would be a perfect fit. Just ordered a Large Works, Large Cheese, and a Small Taco Pizza and I'm heading out to pick it up now. Can't wait. Welcome to Kansas City, Glory Days. You've got a customer for life. read more

The food was good, but unfortunately the customer service was bad enough that I won't be returning. The cashier was rude and unwelcoming throughout our visit. At one point, my 10-year-old daughter simply asked for a small container of ranch, and the cashier acted like the request was a major inconvenience. My wife was also handed/thrown the plates in a very rude manner after we chose not to leave a tip. To be clear, we were ordering at the counter, essentially like you would at a fast-food restaurant. She wasn't providing table service, bringing our food, or refilling drinks, she was simply providing the empty plates. The final interaction really summed up the experience. My daughter ordered a root beer float and didn't realize we were getting ready to leave. When we asked if we could have it put in a to-go container, the cashier responded, "She said it was for here, but I guess." The food itself was good, but when a simple meal turns into an uncomfortable experience because of the person at the counter it's not worth coming back. Hopefully management addresses the customer service, because the food deserves better. read more

In my never-ending hunt to try new restaurants, I came across Glory Days to satiate my pizza craving. I got a medium traditional crust as a create your own with those cute little Cupped Pepperonis, Red Onion, and mushrooms. This tasted like it was all fresh ingredients and I could tell it was freshly baked and not sitting around. I really loved that the little pepperonis were crispy and It had toppings all the way to the crust which I prefer as opposed to a thick, giant plain dough ring. I enjoyed my opening day dine-in lunch at this new location. My weekday lunch special ($9.79) included a house salad, a slice (with choice of three pizza varieties) and a drink. The salad was served three minutes after I ordered at the counter, while the slice was served seven minutes later. The house salad had a good variety of fresh veggies, croutons and pepperoni slices with choice of dressing in a nicely sized 7" x 7" container. The slice measured 7" x 5" with a slightly crunchy crust, delicious toppings and plenty of very flavorful sauce. The service at the counter from the manager was first rate - friendly, helpful and cheerful. I noticed a nice, clean dining area with plenty of natural light, four TVs, background music, a Coke dispenser and six beers on tap. The menu included appetizers, pizzas (with four crusts and 32 toppings available), wings, sandwiches, salads and desserts. They also offered daily specials. I wish the pizza slices were bigger than 7" x 5". Overall, very nice. read more

I ordered a loaded pizza blk olives peppers sausage hamburger onions etc. you were lucky to find Hardly any of these ingredients wasnot like a real combo pizza. Sorry my first and last try. Had a wonderful lunch there last Friday. Got 2 slices of their 'works' to try. I stay away from soda usually & didn't feel like a salad. It did not disappoint! Was fabulous! A lovely, friendly woman was working the counter, checked on us. Said special is weekdays during lunch hour, slices $2. I had a fantastic lunch for $4!!! Where else can you go for that! The new location 148th Metcalf opened last fall. Im hoping it does so well they open yet another one in Olathe!! read more

This place is fire! Best pizza I've had by far and I'm originally from STL. Absolutely loved the regular crust and the toppings were fresh and pizza was perfecto! A big shoutout to an outstanding staff that gave excellent service-- Thanks to Jack, DJ, and Ayden. If you have a sweet tooth, you must get the Apple pie pizza as well! This was our first visit since they have opened as "Glory Days Pizza". We ordered two pizzas, a salad, cookies, and drinks. The lady at the register was nice, but there was trouble communicating, and so I think we could have gotten the order a little cheaper, so we ended up spending over $100. The salad was good and crisp, but very browned lettuce, it was passable though. We could have used more ranch dressing. While we waited for our pizza, we saw the manager cuss at a waitress and they argued over tips right in front of us and our children. We came out for a family night and did not appreciate the language. When we got our pizza, the young man that brought it was very rude and non responsive when we tried to speak to him. As we ate, we heard the manager talking about how she got fired for flipping someone off and that policy says you can't fight with, cuss, or flip someone off .. (ugh, yes, that is a great piece of advice ) The pizza was soggy and excessively greasy..and honestly, not edible. I have eaten lots of pizza, good and bad, and I can't believe that I am saying this is the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. I did not say anything because I wanted my children to eat, but one by one, they put their pizza back and did not eat. (They are NOT picky eaters either) While we ate, we got to see the waitress clock out, say good bye, and start walking out. The manager started hollering again, "What did you say??" to the waitress and the manager started running her mouth again, even after the waitress left. The food was not good, the atmosphere was terrible, but the worst part is that my kids had to watch and listen to all of that craziness and profanity. It almost felt like I took them to a trashy bar. This is the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. It is way over priced too! I am so disappointed. I'm not a complainer at restaurants, but this was so inappropriate. I don't see how they can stay in business. If I could give no stars, I would. Actually, one of my kids said they liked the pizza, but the crust wasn't amazing. read more

The service was so awful we left without even trying the pizza we bought. we were first timers, the manager treated us like she was mad we were there. They couldn't work the register which wasn't the end of the worod but they sure treated us like it was... Then we watched them give our pizzas away to a carryout customer who took them home and brought them back to complain that they didn't get the correct order. The manager then walked them straight to us and dropped them on our table .... she didn't say a word. Didn't feel comfortable eating them after someone else took them home and brought them back. First and last time going here I would advise others to be wary!!! read more

Take out very slow, unorganized and ETAs provided not accurate. Could improve signage for pickup vs live orders, info on pizza status and get the tracker online working as it did not work to track progress. read more

Pizza was amazing! We got an all meat and baked potato pizza. The baked potato pizza was so good. Staff were so friendly.
